ZettaiRyouiki getting ZCE'd seems like a problem, so what's the solution?

Willbyr: There isn't any real discussion but a lot of descriptions of clothing styles and some references to the grade level. A couple says it is parodied or lampshaded in the work but don't describe how at all. One example is personal speculation that it might be more comfortable for riding horseback. There isn't really anything approaching a discussion of the trope, describing actual parody, lampooning, or lampshading.

In that case I'm good to do an example sectionectomy, rewrite the definition a bit, and call it done.

Yes, remove all wicks from work articles.

So make it Fan Speak, then? Keeping it a trope will still cause it to attract wicks.

I think making it fanspeak is a good idea. I volunteer for wick removal if example sectionectomy goes ahead, if my slow pace is acceptable.

So how exactly do we go with the clearing of examples? Do just remove them from the page or we talking about all pages it exists on?

I'd probably start with an official TRS topic to ratify the proposals made. Maybe someone who watches the page (and will thus be alerted by the TRS tag) will know whether this has any trope value.

The TRS tag has been gone since the update, and I have no idea if there are plans to bring it back.

I think it's tropable, but I don't think the troper base as a whole is competent enough to do so. Much like with most appearance tropes.

So, I am one of the tropers who has long had a problem with this "trope" and thinks it should go, but for some odd reason, it has repeatedly been shot down. Personally, while it is a concept in Japanese culture thus making it possibly tropeworthy, I think it should be restricted to examples where it is pointed out In-Universe. Or merged with Shes Got Legs.

I don’t see what makes this any different from a meaningless appearance trope, or other tropes deleted for being creepy as hell, like the Fetish Fuel stuff.

Combine that with the ZC Es, and It can go to hell for all I care.

The trope was turned into a Fan Speak page ages ago. There should be no examples left.

It's DO; it shouldn't even be getting "is type X" examples anymore. Those can be zapped on sight.
