Y'know, he's probably the only human so far that wouldn't try to kill her, so it's a decent friendship in my head.

Well, she isn't human nor is exactly Earth life as SCP-682 hates those, though I'm still surprised at this development.

Not even his Atomic Fire can kill 682.

My avatar just befriended an anime character whose name i don't know.

If Eggman is just pretending to have retrograde amnesia and still remembers his motivations and who he is then this is probably part of a plan to take over the world while using the above avatar as a Red Herring or something.

Assuming that Eggman legitimately doesn't remember who he even was then he legitimately wants to be friends with him and there are no ulterior motives involved.

Shantae and Stitch look so adorbs as friends. I am sure Shantae won't mind Stitch's interest in Elvis Presley's music.

Pre-insanity, Sephiroth and Shantae might be pretty good friends. Not so much post-Nibelheim Incident.

I could see the '97 Special Team befriending Sephiroth pre-crazy, and him actually kinda getting along with Mary quite well, although as just friends.
Post-crazy, if they do beat enough sense into him, I could see him as a Token Evil Teammate similar to Yamazaki, who I'd feel would get along with Sephy more nicely than I'm comfy with.
Billy would always be wary of the dark-wearing anime-haired pretty boy, partially because he has people he wants to protect, and partially due to the fact that Sephy carries a bigger stick.

An alien planet and it's 128 million inhabitats just all befriended a random person.
