Saying this, I thrust my paddle forward, as the face of it turns huge, the ferris wheel starting to spin like crazy. The wheel pops off as the gears and levers dismantle, while the candy cane segment starts to spin as well. I swing the weapon around in a circle as the candy cane portion condenses into a long, cylindrical funnel shape, as the gears and levers start to assemble themselves to the side of it. Lastly, the ferris wheel aligns in front of the funnel as I thrust it forward, the ferris wheel passing through and attaching itself to the middle.
I am now holding an abnormally large, ridiculously elaborate-looking cotton candy stick.
"He's about to taste just how SWEET defeat can be!" I exclaim, as I leap into the air, twirling in circles as I do so. With each spin, my stick seems to gather cotton candy from out of nowhere, condensing into a large mass at the end of it.
At the height of my jump, I stop, before holding my cotton candy stick forward at Flowey. The cotton candy starts to glow hot pink, before shooting forward and exploding into an enormous maelstrom of sugary sweetness.

Steph just runs around happily trying to eat the pieces of cotton-candy that rained down from the sky and looking like she's in pure heaven, bliss upon her face, "Free candy! Om, nom, nom!" she tastes the cotton candy, her illness forgotten about in the prospect of eating the deliciously sweet treat. "It's raining sweets!

The combined forces of all the jokes, Afterward's keyblade, Alivia's shooting, and other attacks cause Omega Flowey's screen face to explode, and all the souls of Tropesberg to pour out. Flowey is just standing there where the screen was when he sees the souls.
"Oh."
The souls spin around Omega Flowey, and the room is filled with light.
When the light clears, everyone is back the way they were, including Flowey, although he's leaning over and looks wilted.
