Today I found out an interesting fact from troper Ironeye:
Don't ever make the mistake of using the Laconic version as the canonical trope meaning—the laconics are often written by people who don't actually understand the drop. In this case, the laconic only corresponds to one possible cause of Darkness-Induced Audience Apathy.
The Laconic Description for DIAA states as follows:
The thing is, these descriptions are supposed to make it easier to understand what the page is about. If they can't be accurate as well as short and sweet, then there's a problem.
So for starters, what would be a better description for DIAA?

I thought it was obvious. "Had it coming" -> karma. Add the Double Entendre -> Sexual Karma. It's as simple as that.
Edit: to be fair, it's not telling much more than what can be deduced from the title.

I am dubious whether a let's player does need a Laconic page. Either way, the Laconic is poor.

Laconic.Never Heard That One Before is a response to the trope name. We can never remember whether those are forbidden or just not preferred (this one does describe the trope, just obliquely) but we're bringing it up for feedback anyway.

This is the current laconic for Wardrobe Flaw of Characterization
- The way they (incorrectly) wear an accessory really says something about them.
Looking at the description and a few examples, this isn't just about acessories as it notes that its also about wearing something that doesn't go with their outfit, or wearing something that is cheap (or any type of wardrobe flaw) and that it goes with their character.
Any possible replacement?

Laconic.Squick is describing the type of content that might cause that reaction. (And, to be frank, we don't like the very judgemental tone it's taking about it.)
This is a disconnect we should fix, right?

Yeah, better not to rely on knowledge of another trope.
The main page is quite brief on what it is supposed to be about. A laconic page may not be necessary.
Need some feedback on my newly proposed Hidden Depths laconic, because I think the current one is too vague.
