Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

re. Guy Fawkes... yes, a guy gets burned every year, but it was so long ago it's more just done for the sake of tradition and there's very little actual hate. It can easily be funny, especially since religious freedom now prospers in the UK so a bunch of people would actually be in support of him.
OH MY GOD; MY PARENTS ARE GARDENIIIIINNNNGGGGG!!!!! My knowledge of the subject was basically what was on that page. For some reason, the name rung a bell. The Guy Fawkes mask. I remember now.
Anyway, "to burn someone in effigy" connotes hatred or anger, unlike "to burn someone's effigy" (which still doesn't sound right, to be honest). I think your edits to the description on that page are really helpful. I'm gonna edit it for grammar and some wicking.

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyWorth mentioning the rivalry between Guy Fawkes Night and Hallowe'en, which both involve bonfires and take place less than a week apart.
Hallowe'en/Samhain has been practiced continuously in Ireland and parts of Scotland, but in England was either displaced by Bonfire Night or had faded in popularity some time beforehand. Then it was brought to America by Irish and Scottish immigrants, and later brought back to England by Eagleland Osmosis. As a result, there's something of a perception in England of Hallowe'en as a new-fangled American holiday trying to displace ancient British traditions - it doesn't help that it's far more merchandisable, particularly given the laws on selling fireworks to children.
In particular, in Northern Ireland (and even some small pockets of the Republic) you can find people who make a big show of celebrating the Protestant Bonfire Night rather than the Catholic Hallowe'en or vice versa.

ImageLinks.Magnet Girl Wireless and Synopsis.Magnet Girl Wireless are the same image and description on the Literature.Magnet Girl Wireless page, it was made by new account who may not understand what those pages are for. The page also a few ZCEs and out of alphabetical order.
FanWorks.Fullmetal Alchemist looks like it would be better on a headscratchers page
Great work on the Guy Fawkes page by the way

Trying to respond to everything (from this post):
- The Kindness of Strangers (brought up here): I still think it's a duplicate. Cut / merge.
- The Crossroads Of Destiny (brought up here): Creator notified 19 Oct and it's now 8 Nov. At the time of reporting / notifying, the page had no tropes, but the page now has tropes added by the page's creator. I don't think this person is cooperating as far as the namespace issue goes. The creator is ~Jaloux, for the record. Other people are working on the page as well so check out the history maybe.
- Creator.Eddy Kariti's subpages (Trivia/ and Characters/) have not been cutlisted yet. I'll add the Characters/ page now since it has no tropes, but what about the trivia entries?
- SugarWiki.Mystery Kids (brought up here): Cut for still not being done.
- Personalized Afterlife (here): Send back.
- Adiboo And The Energy Thieves (here): Cut for having problems only fans can solve and for being abandoned. That is, there really isn't anyone here who can solve these issues, so just cut it.
- Fantasy Counterpart Religion (here): I'm definitely voting to send it back.
- Dangerous Dealings (here): Cut for lack of content.
- Wakko Warner (here): Cut for being a troper's OC interpretation of a character.
- Pigwidgeon (here): Nothing's happened for this page yet. I think it could be cut.
- Universal Paperclips seems to have improved.
- Cutlisting Fullmetal Alchemist for being in the wrong namespace.

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyCan I go ahead and cut Cold Blooded Chimera (mentioned here)? No one's spoken in its defense.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Oops, missed that one. Yeah, I think it should be cut. It's like the "Milk Serpent" and "Wormpent" drafts that you linked to that got discarded.
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyYou know, just noticed the damn thing has more bombs than hats. I'm just going to cut it.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Cold Blooded Chimera has been unlaunched; its owner has been called in, as they made other less than stellar drafts.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportStock Shōnen Rival was launched despite no consensus on the draft being launch-ready (as there was a debate on whether or not certain examples fit that stalled).
There's been no change on The Changeling (first brought up here I think). It's gone through the ZCE thread and the Harry Potter fan fiction thread and there haven't been any takers for cleaning up the page. What do?
Also, Tae Kwon Door is still around but we pretty much panned it for the name. First brought up here and I think we're mostly in agreement that it ought to be sent back for a new name at the very least...?

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyGuess we can cut The Changeling, then, as a ZCE-infested stub.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportI'm not sure what what Tropes.TWICE is for but it seems to be a list fo r a page
Given the names of the individuals mentioned, I checked out the Music.TWICE page. Sure enough, that's the tropes list for that works page. I don't understand why bi-sweet split that off into another page. They have no forum posts (from a forum search) and they apparently have been troping for only a few days.
Thankfully, there's only that one page in the Tropes/ namespace. Not sure if the namespace notifier is good for this or just a regular PM...?

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettySend them to administrivia ?
OH MY GOD; MY PARENTS ARE GARDENIIIIINNNNGGGGG!!!!!Sent a notifier. Expect that page to be cut some time in the near future.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportOneSteveLimit.Marvel Cinamatic Universe been misspelt and unindexed
moved to Marvel Cinematic Universe and cutlist old. It was created by randomtroper89, tagging to let them know.
OH MY GOD; MY PARENTS ARE GARDENIIIIINNNNGGGGG!!!!!Characters.Anime S To V was created by a new account with what looks an malformed atrempt to add a Sailor Moon to Five-Man Band, I know that those examples tend to be controversial
The_Thirteenth_Crusade was created with underscores in the address and a repetitive namespace, I sent a namespace notifier
Roleplay.Ghost Quest has no tropes, sent a stub notifier
edited 12th Nov '17 4:21:18 AM by jormis29
Tana Mongeau has a sentence for a description and nothing more than two examples, created and last edited on March 12th. Creator messaged.
Theatre.Sweet Bird Of Youth is a ten-word stub. Is it worth sending a notifier to the creator or should it just go on the cutlist? The creator was Utah Film Bryan (edit history). There aren't really enough edits to figure out if this is going to be a pattern...?
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyRoleplay.Ghost Quest been recreated with more tropes but a lot of ZC Es (have not messaged them)
Roleplay.Dangan Underground has no tropes, sent stub notifier
Music.Allegaeon tropes examples is poor (sliding scales as tropes, weird formatting, ZC Es, etc)
Crossing The GODS was created in the wrong namespace with hyphens in the address (that has been corrected by St Fan) the page still has zero tropes, sent stub notifier
I sent a namespace notifier for OnlineGames. The Crossroads Of Destiny back on the 18th of Oct but the page creator hasn't fixed it
Timeline.Natalie Lander looks like it was meant to be trivia and it also attached to a Creator/ page
New tropes Annoying Background Event has some problems - little description, several examples are not "Background" type events
If Relieving the Reaper is to make it as a trope I think all the applicable examples need to moved off of Subbing for Santa to the page and the wicks need to be checked
Trivia.Steven Universe S 5 E 5 Dewey Wins and YMMV.Supernatural S 11 E 07 Plush seem to consist of examples that seem very shaky at best
Synopsis.Video Games seems misplaced or something
Trivia.Show Some Leg is another misplaced example

Dino Maurus created Sandbox. Our Chimeras Are Crazier back in last February. I cannot find any relevant draft in TLP, there are no wicks, and all the search results appear to be "ghosts" from history pages. I'm suspecting this to be an attempt to circumvent TLP procedures.
Cut and send back to TLP?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
The user who created Brogulls was using an anonymizer and has been bounced, so I'm pretty sure we can cut that without loss.
