Here's the place to inquire about pages whose images aren't potholed to anything.
Google Image Search and Tineye are good resources.
Images Without a Source lists the pages that have been discussed in this thread but haven't been sourced yet. Once a source is found for an image, please add it to the appropriate Image Source pagenote and remove it from Images Without a Source.
About Images and Copyright covers our general policies about image use; see here for more details and Image Pickin' forum policies. It's always a good idea to link images to their original versions and (when available) providing a link to the artist's site when they are located, especially if we're given permission to use an image.note

Well, "Equestria" would imply something related to My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, but beyond that, couldn't tell you. Certainly nothing official, anyway (it may get dark at times, but not killing-dark).

Moon◊It was added by cloudtail65536, so try asking them
The filename is mlpdpp_7401.PNG, if that is helpful.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Well it looks like a grimdark Friendship Is Magic Bullet Hell fangame. Gonna dig in that direction :V
Our Bullet Hell page mentions:
- My Little Pegasus: Kizuna DoPonyPachi, a danmaku fangame based on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic
Looks like it fits the filename too.

So what do we link it to?
@Hylarn: To a redlink for the source work.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAnd that may not be such a good image anyway. A pickin' thread, anyone?
Combat Medic looks a lot like (though not exactly) the cover art for the game Combat Medic: Special Ops. We have no page for it.
please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.It's the art, just sans text. I'll pothole it to our nonexistant page on the game.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. It's taken from this◊...I dunno if this is technically a policy violation or not since it's not the whole comic.
I can't see any picture on that page, just a white space in the middle. The page image is familiar to me; I'll check at dad's house later if we've got it.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.(oops, ninja'd.)
Cement Shoes: I'm not sure if cropping and flipping a single-panel comic is fair use.. We should probably look for another image.

please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.Cement Shoes is a copyright violation. A copyright notice was cropped out and painted over. It from a site that is in the business of licensing cartoons.
Here's the original:

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Pulling it then.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIP thread or just put that full one in it's place?
IP thread. That is a clearly copyrighted, single panel cartoon, taken from a source that has it available for licensing. Using it without paying for the license is blatant infringement. There's no way we could argue that it's "Fair Use".
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Thread is up: [1]
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI think it's just a generic photograph.
Research suggests that it's a scopa minigame in Nancy Drew: Phantom of Venice.
And Lichtenstein stole the image from John Romita, Sr.
