Many contributors on This Very Wiki have titles that relate to their avatars somehow. The mission here is, of course, to logically deduce how said titles relate to said avatars.
It would be most amusing if contributors with titles that do not relate to their avatars at all post in here.

You Fail Logic Forever - which is going to be renamed, IIRC - as told by logic. The fridge is to represent Fridge Logic. So it's a Troperriffic Twofer!

The pose of the avatar implies that the avatar is saying it.

The user behind that handle clearly has.. ehrm.. feelings for the human being of ehrm.. interpretable gender (why would he need to explain that it's a female otherwise?) that he has in the avatar.
It doesn't appear to actually relate to their avatar at all. Instead, it seems to relate to their username, the formatting of which implies that it stands for something, which ties it in with their title's request/order to 'Have Fun with Acronyms.'
The above user wants to inform you that his avatar is, in fact, female.

Girl-on-Girl Is Hot condensed to a single word, which is used to describe the avatar. And then an emoticon indicating they like their avatar for that reason.

The above is a Nightmare Fuel Station Attendant, or at least thinks he is.

Obviously a very cute avatar. With phonetic spelling of "I'm".

I...can't see anyway it does. Perhaps the avatar is a character who hates violence?
Perverse Sexual Lust for the character in the avatar is an established trait of the poster.
As a wolf preys on rabbits, so does BlackWolfe feast upon the lapine subject of his avatar.
A common reaction the Czernobog.

Your present avatar is Joeseph Bunco.
The Pheasant Was The Mastermind!
That Farfetch'd is sporting a leek katana and their typical attire.

Not a clue.
All that pheasant needs is a monocle, a scar, and a pet cat, and it can be the typical Evil Genius.
He probably expects to lure them in with that lollipop...
Yep hes suspicuse.
Why? Are you a Boo given human form?

A trope which could be applied to his avatar.
Well, isn't it obvious?
It's hard to decide if it's predicting Mugging the Monster or Bullying a Dragon really....
So that's the weapon that Togusa is wielding...

How well does it match the trope?
