Seasons Of Blossom is a four-season Korean Webtoon by HONGDUCK and NEMONE. Each season focuses on a different person while maintaining all the other lines in the background.

"Bomi's Flower" is about a girl named Bomi who is thought to pair well with her classmate Jaemin. Bomi's best friend Seonhui has a crush on Jaemin, so Bomi pretends to be in love with Jinyoung to give Seonhui a chance with Jaemin.

"Hamin's Flower" focuses on the Posthumous Character Hamin, the last season of his life, and how his death affected his loved ones, including his girlfriend Somang and his younger brother Jaemin.

"Ga-eul's Flower" is about Somang's best friend, Ga-eul, who was terribly bullied in high school. Subin (Seonhui's older brother) was part of the group of bullies but doesn't realize how bad they were or remember Ga-eul. Ga-eul starts dating him for revenge but eventually opens up to him about how his friends tormented her.

"Dongchae's Flower" is about a boy named Dongchae who has been bullied severely but keeps it bottled up so the bullies don't find out about his younger sister, Eunchae, and go after her too. Eunchae seeks Jaemin's help to save Dongchae, and major characters from the previous seasons return to help him too.

Seasons of Blossom provides examples of:

  • Almost Kiss: Bomi and Jinyoung are about to kiss when the latter notices the former's mother spying on them from her apartment. Jinyoung pulls away and tells Bomi he was just teasing her.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Dongchae hides Eunchae's existence from his bullies so they won't hurt her. In his suicide note, he asks the reader to protect her now that the bullies know about her.
  • Bystander Syndrome: The students in Dongchae's class look the other way when U-jae is beating up Dongchae. In stark contrast, Jaemin and his classmates barge into the room to defend Dongchae while the other students don't stir. When Dongchae threatens to throw a chair at U-jae, U-jae tells his classmates to report the violence, but Jaemin tells them that they wouldn't change their tune if they had a conscience.
  • Darker and Edgier: "Bomi's Flower" isn't sunshine and rainbows, but it is far more light-hearted than the following three seasons, which deal with bullying and suicide.
  • Driven to Suicide: Hamin jumped off the roof due to severe emotional stress from high expectations. Dongchae tries to jump off the same roof, but Subin and Jaemin pull him back up.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Somang, Ga-eul, and Dongchae make brief appearances before their time in the limelight.
  • Face Framed in Shadow: Dongchae's face is always partially obscured until he takes the elevator up to the roof, at which point it shows his full face, battered and sobbing.
  • Flashback Episode: "Hamin's Flower" largely takes place in the past.
  • Holding Hands: In addition to the typical romantic moments, a platonic version occurs when Somang holds Eunchae's hand while calling 911 for Dongchae.
  • Interrupted Suicide: As Dongchae falls from the roof, Jaemin catches him and tells him everything he wanted to tell Hamin before pulling him up with Subin's help.
  • Posthumous Character: Hamin died before the beginning of the series, but the second season focuses on him.
  • Precocious Crush: Eunchae, a middle-schooler, has a crush on Jaemin. As soon as she graduates, she confesses her feelings to him just so he knows because they'll be at the same school now. She doesn't expect him to return her affections.
  • Romantic Fakeā€“Real Turn: Bomi and Jinyoung started dating to give Seonhui a chance at dating Jaemin, but they eventually get together for real.
  • Self-Harm: Ga-eul cut her thighs when she was bullied in high school.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Jaemin and Hamin look so similar that Somang mistakes the former for the latter when she runs into him at the end of the first season.
  • Temporal Theme Naming: The title characters (Bomi, Hamin, Ga-eul, Dongchae) are named after the four seasons.
  • Tiny Guy, Huge Girl: Bomi is the tallest girl in her class, while Jinyoung is the shortest guy in that class.
