The LOL King is a DaThings YouTube Poop, based on the 1994 animated feature The Lion King.

This poop contains examples of:

• Bread, Eggs, Breaded Eggs: When Nala explains what happened to the Pridelands under Scar's rule:
  Nala: There's no food, no water, no footer, no waod...
• Brick Joke
  Scar: Mufasa, Simba peed in the gorge!
  • And later...
  Nala: Scar told us you peed.
• Camp Gay: Scar
  Scar: That was today? Oh, I feel simply gay! I shall practice my curtsy!
• Let Me Get This Straight...: "You're straight?"
• Narcissist: Simba.
  Simba: Timon, this is me, my best friend. (A "forever alone" face appears over both Simbas)
• Running Gag:
  • When Simba is about to get scolded by his father, he looks into his pawprint and Steve appears telling us to play "Blue's Clues". Several blue pawprints then appear in random places throughout the poop.
  • Every time a character laughs, their laughing sound effect is played backwards.
• Shout-Out
  Nala: Who are you?
  Simba: Smee.
  • When Simba encounters Rafiki.
  Simba: Who are you anyway?
  Rafiki: When first I appear, I seem mysterious...
  • When Scar finds Simba dangling by a ledge over a fire.
  Scar: This looks familiar... Where have I seen this before? Let me think. (we see a TV screen showing Frollo falling to his death) Oh, yes, I remember!
• Something Only They Would Say: Simba recognizes Nala when she says "Ninja".
• Take That!:
  Scar: Sing something with a little bounce in it!
  Zazu: It's Friday! Friday!
  Scar: NO, NO, ANYTHING BUT THAT!
  • Pumbaa and Timon scream when they see Justin Bieber in front of them.
  • Simba starts reading The Twilight Saga, but Mufasa pushes him out of the way, shouting "No, son!"
• Title Drop
  Simba: I LOL in the face of danger. Oh, ho ho HO!
  • Which is awesomely given a Call-Back towards the end of the poop.
