Crayon Shinchan Arashi no Yobu Cinema Land no Daibouken is the first videogame of the franchise Crayon Shin-chan co-developed by Banpresto and Inti Creates for the console Game Boy Advance in 2004. In the game, Shinnosuke and his family visit an amusement park based on the movies of the franchise. The game would later get a remake on the Nintendo DS in 2008.

This game provides examples of:

  • And Your Reward Is Clothes: The first four levels give Shin four costumes based on Action Mask, a monkey one and a frog one, those being useful to him by granting useful abilities in order to pass the levels of the game.
  • Ass Shove: This is Shinnosuke's secondary way to attack while wearing his regular costume, using it on the opponents behind to deal damage.
  • Bittersweet Ending: In the end the Nohara family suceeds in stopping the Cineland director's plans of dominating the world, but they don't get a reward for completing all the movies. This is averted on the ds remake where they at least have some small wishes granted by the Cinema genie as compensation for all the trouble.
  • Changing Clothes Is a Free Action: During the costume change the game pauses for a brief moment to allow Shinnosuke to change his clothes.
  • Extremely Short Timespan: The entire game happens during one whole day.
  • Flight Is the Final Power: The last costume Shin can unlock is the bee costume, which allows him to fly for a limited time before needing to recharge.
  • Goomba Stomp: Shinnosuke can stomp his enemies on almost every costume. The only costume that doesn't do it is the unlockable bee costume
  • Maniac Monkeys: The monkey enemies in the movie Crayon Shin-chan: Jungle That Invites Storm. However, they don't attack Shin if he wears the monkey costume.
  • Multipurpose Tongue: The tounge of Shin's frog costume allows him to paralize enemies and reach frog-shaped hooks for him to use.
  • Nostalgia Level: The whole game itself, given how it homages the movies of the franchise that were released until 2004/2008.
  • Rolling Attack: This is the Action Mask's costume most powerful attack, dealing massive damage to enemies and bosses when charged.
  • Save the Villain: In the DS remake, shinnosuke must defeat the cinema genie who is controlling the Cineland director in the final boss battle.
  • Shock and Awe: The Action Mask costume can damage enemies with electricity.
  • Timed Mission:
    • In the lebel based on the "Crayon Shin-chan: Blitzkrieg! Pig's Hoof's Secret Mission" movie, Shin must reach the end of the level before the bomb explodes.
    • In the final level of the world based on Crayon Shin Chan The Adult Empire Strikes Back , Shin must reach the top of the tower before Ken and Chako's elevator. Failing to do this results in an immediate loss, forcing the player to restart the level again.
  • Turned Against Their Masters: In the DS remake The cinema genie turns against the Cineland director, controlling his body against his will.
  • Wall Jump: The monkey costume allows Shin to jump between walls.
