• Cowboy BeBop at His Computer:
  • Sometimes, when a person new to these videos makes one, they'll get various things wrong from minor errors such as scenes of a Drew Pickles Goes To video being out of order, Drew's Gag Penis being longer or shorter than 300 miles long or members of the Barney Bunch not being established members to major errors such as Drew's enemies Yogi Bear and Pube Muppet being his boyfriends or the Barney Bunch either having female members or any of the members raping women or showing bisexual tendencies.
  • SavageBoy has admitted to this being the reason behind using The Who as characters in his early videos, despite the fact they were essentially accepted due to numerous other users creating videos.
  • The Barney Bunch Goes to IHOP, the first video featuring the Quaker Queer, showed Drew and company raping a female waitress for getting their orders wrong even though Drew and the others are generally depicted as gay and not bisexual and that Drew is typically depicted as a misogynist who would rather beat a woman to death with his penis than have sex with her.
  • The In Name Only Barney Bunch wiki has very little to do with the Bunch, and when they do have it be about the Bunch a lot of information is wrong, such as Drew Pickles Jr.'s design being a Palette Swap of Dil Pickles rather than the Half-Human Hybrid, and most notoriously females being included in the Bunch. This video covers it.
  • Many videos of Drew Pickles going to Ponyville have him engage in sexual acts with various members of the female cast as opposed to the males. This was reverted in a video where he went to Ponyville "the right way"
• Creative Differences: A major feud broke out because of this, and lasted for most of the summer and part of the fall of 2011.
• Creator Backlash:
  • Many popular video makers, such as MrCaptainJeff, grew to dislike the repetitive nature of the videos and have stopped making them. Video maker Blood (a well-respected long runner in the community and pioneer of what is known as the "Blood-style" type of video) announced his retirement as 2016 drew to a close, disillusioned with community, however made a return on Vidlii (as of 2019 a new base of operations for the community) in 2019. Video maker Skewt (originally Scoot69) retired in early 2018 for mostly the same reasons, comparing the decline of Speakonia Community to "some guy sitting around in the middle of buttfuck nowhere poking stuff with a stick out of sheer boredom because he can't think of anything else to do" in his retirement announcement video, also lambasting the increasing usage and subsequent overabundance of videos made about the Wiggles throughout 2016 and beyond. However, a lot of the Barney Bunch videos posted to VidLii WERE actually Wiggles videos.
  • To a lesser extent, some users, especially the remaining YouTube-based Barney Bunch video makers, grew tired of the "Blood-style" type of video and tried to go back to the old "Drew Pickles goes to" type of video that was previously eschewed (or combine both types of video into one).
  • Even the original founding members of the Barney Bunch on Newgrounds have spoken out against their creation. In a 2014 post, BarneyPoop talked about how he and StrawberryBarney grew a strong disdain towards the YouTube incarnation of the Barney Bunch, going as far as to call them "fakes" and "wannabes", and disregarded their videos as "cheap imitations".
• Hey, It's That Sound!: The "ROFLCOPTER" noise, AKA Microsoft Sam saying "soi soi soi", is used for ejaculations.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Being troll videos, they can be flagged off Newgrounds and YouTube (the latter has been increasingly taking down more and more Barney Bunch videos over time thanks to Moral Guardians). In fact, most, if not all, videos made by MrCaptainJeff are basically Missing Episodes, due to his original account being terminated and his hard drive accidentally being wiped out. Note that one old Barney Bunch website has a list of Image Shack mirrors to some Newgrounds-era videos. However, a handful of links no longer work, and actually viewing anything requires you to register an Image Shack account and get the direct link. Various reuploads of Barney Bunch videos from other users have surfaced; Prime8NStuff's Wiggles Go To Denny's video was reuploaded by another user in April 2019 after Prime's channel was terminated the previous November.
• Missing Episode: "Secret Missing Episodes" of assorted TV shows are an example of videos made by the bunch. They're really just videos where all the male characters of said show announce that they're gay and have an orgasm that's either censored or represented poorly.
• One-Steve Limit: There are two characters named Dick: Dick the Clown, Ronald McDonald's brother of unknown origin and one of the founding members of the Bunch, and Dick Pickles, Drew's African-American Child by Rape (though he has been phased out in favor of Drew Pickles Jr.).
• The Other Darrin: Almost all characters have had a different voice in some videos; even Drew had TTS voices other than Microsoft Sam's in one or two.
