In the Fantasy Island episode "The Comic/The Golden Hour," Tattoo does an "impression" of Bing Crosby that involves lip synching to "Too-Ra-Loo-Ra-Loo-Ral" with a record player hidden in the bushes.
Der Binger was a favorite of the crew of Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, and was spoofed on many of their cartoons. Among the most notable:
"Bingo Crosbyana" featured a caricature of Bing as a fly, who was also a Dirty Coward who fled the scene when a spider abducts the leading lady. Crosby was not amused and sued Warner Bros.
"Baby Bottleneck" features a brief mention of Crosby during the scene of Daffy answering phones, referencing his large family of boys. ("I'm sorry, Bing, you've already filled your quota.")
"Swooner Crooner" features a rooster version of Bing helping Porky get his chickens back from a rooster version of Frank Sinatra.
"Catch as Cats Can" also references Bing's rivalry with Sinatra; in this case, Bing is a parrot who tries to get a cat (an early version of Sylvester) to eat Frankie as a canary.
Taz's father Hugh in Tazmania is patterned after Bing Crosby. The episodes featuring Uncle Drew, who is a parody of Bob Hope, are based on the Road to ... film series.
