Left alone in the Autobots' home base, Sari must defend it against an intrusion by the Constructicons.
Tropes:
- Badass Adorable: Sari for most of the episode.
- The Bad Guy Wins: The Autobots fail to tackle Blitzwing even as a whole. And the episode ends with Blitzwing successfully finding the Constructicons and recruiting them to Megatron's cause.
- Chekhov's Gag: Bumblebee's oil leak at first seemed like a minor joke (because it was driving Bulkhead crazy). Then it ended up leaving a trail that led the Constructicons back to the base, leaving Sari to face them alone.
- Chekhov's Skill: Sari mastering the obstacle training course that Prowl set up for her, giving her the agility and tactical mindset she needs to outsmart Scrapper and Mixmaster.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Blitzwing wipes the floor with the Autobots, and only stops because Megatron orders him to stop fooling around since his real mission was to find the Constructicons and recruit them.
- Diegetic Soundtrack Usage: When Sari is listening to music in Prowl's room, she hums the show's theme song.
- Dumbass Has a Point: The none-too-bright Scrapper notices Sari is luring them into an obvious trap, but Mixmaster tells him to shut up. The two then proceed get their asses handed to them by Sari.
- Funny Background Event: While Sari contacts Bumblebee, Prowl and Bulkhead can be seen wrestling with Blitzwing. The Decepticon wriggles free of Bulkhead and tosses Prowl screaming into the air behind him.
- Gollum Made Me Do It: Icy Blitzwing wants to obey Megatron's orders (avoid the Autobots and focus on finding the Constructicons) but Hothead and Random overrule him.
- Oh, Crap!: Blitzwing's face when Megatron radios in, as the triple-changer went against direct orders and picked a fight with the Autobots. Blitzwing is extremely lucky that he gets off with just a light verbal reprimand.
- Rage Breaking Point: The sound of oil leaking from Bumblebee and dripping onto the floor sends the usually meek Bulkhead into an irritated rage.
- Say My Name: Much like a parent would, Optimus yells out Sari's name after he finds the mess she made (read: candy wrappings) in the base while the Autobots were gone.
- Shout-Out: The plot involving Sari and the Constructicons is one to Home Alone. Sari plays Kevin, Mixmaster plays Harry and Scrapper plays Marv.
- So Proud of You: Optimus displays this attitude towards Sari upon learning that she was victorious against the Constructicons. That is until Optimus discovers the huge mess of candy wrappings she made.
- Took a Level in Jerkass: While Mixmaster and Scrapper were never kind paragons of purity, in this episode they actually threaten to hurt (and possibly kill) Sari. Presumably they did this so Sari is more justified in beating up two amnesiacs.
- Unusual Euphemism: Mixmaster threatents to shove a "steel boot" up Scrapper's "tailpipe".
- Would Hurt a Child: Mixmaster and Scrapper do threaten to hurt Sari (although they don't actually manage to live up to their threats).
