After learning about the existence of the evil Chef Forgifta, Yui is sent to find him and defeat him.

- Cry into Chest: After being told that she can't go home just yet, Yui bawls into Bruno's chest.
- Dwindling Party: Saaya mentions that Ran, Asuka, and Miki have all been infected.
- "Eureka!" Moment: Luigi says that they can use the spare cheese to fix the big trench in Cheese Land.
- Friendly Enemy: Bowser uses his fire breath to melt the cheese into a brand new track after Mario and the others put the cheese into the trench.
- Level Ate: The chapter takes place in Mario Kart: Super Circuit's Cheese Land which appears to be based off its Mario Kart 8 version, given Baby Mario appears and Sweet Sweet Canyon is mentioned.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Instead of going home to Rosemary, Yui has to continue her quest and find Chef Forgifta. This makes her burst into Broken Tears.
