It's Christmas and Kevin finds out that the killer of Terry Two-Toes is actually somebody on the team. Meanwhile, the Christmas spirit is lacking in Paradise so Dusty tries to bring it back.
- Back for the Finale: Tons of one-time characters from previous episodes of the first season all make return appearances for the lighting of the Christmas tree. This includes Karla 9000, Carbortion Wrex, Jerry Flipperfist, the singagram angel, Edna Dorsaldigits, Dark Zuckerberg, Chastity, Pedro Pooptooth, and many, many more.
- Bad Santa:
- The mall Santa is a horrible man, who acts inappropriately in front of the kids.Kid: Santa, can you make daddy come home for Christmas?
Mall Santa: Can you make mommy stop blowing the line cook at the Waffle House? Now stop bothering daddy at work. Next! - Then of course, there's the real Santa Claus, who ends up being a badass criminal, who sells argyle meth, cusses like a New Yorker, beats the shit out of Dusty, and attempts to murder him.
- The mall Santa is a horrible man, who acts inappropriately in front of the kids.
- Book Ends: This is the season finale, which follows up on the open-ended story arc, that began in this season's premiere episode.
- Break the Cutie: Santa destroys Dusty's spirit when he reveals he's actually an argyle meth distributor.
- Christmas Episode: This is undeniably a Christmas Special.
- Cliffhanger: Fitz turns out to be the argyle meth kingpin, who's faking his coma.
- Dude Looks Like a Lady: Dusty is mistaken for a woman and gets thrown into a woman's prison.Dusty: I'm not a woman!
Cop: Yes you are. We checked ... twice.
Dusty: I have a buried penis! - Evil All Along: Fitz turns out to be the one who killed Terry Two-Toes as well as the kingpin of the argyle meth corporation.
- Funny Background Event: Kevin unplugs Fitz' life support, causing the latter to start flatlining and for Dr. Fudlicker and the nurse to scramble about, trying to save his life.
- Gag Penis: The midget black guy, who pretends to be an angel comes back and is naked this time, revealing that he has a disproportionately large penis.Dusty: I can't tell if what wiener is big or just looks big on you, little man.
Midget: It's big, asshole!
Dusty: Alright, if you say so. - Hidden Depths: Bullet reveals that as a child, he was taken from his biological family one Christmas and given to a kid like a Christmas present.
- Hope Spot: The mall Santa, who had his lap crushed by Dusty's weight, is relieved that his next patron is a little girl. Said little girl turns out to be just as heavy as Dusty (and needs a forklift for mobility).Fat girl: Santa, I want a pony! My last one hung itself!
- Hypocritical Humor: Gina calls Kevin a weirdo for sleeping with Fitz's comatose body in the hospital, as she shines the manboob of her life-sized golden statue of Dusty posing naked.
- Ironic Juxtaposition:
- Dusty's childlike happiness, when it comes to celebrating Christmas on top of him living in a miserable, piece-of-shit podunk town like Paradise.
- Then of course, there's the happy, cheery, jolly song about Santa Claus, that's sung, while Santa beats the shit out of Dusty and tries to kill him.
- Jerkass: Bullet impregnates his girlfriend and feels at peace when she gets crushed to death.
- Laser-Guided Karma: The Jerkass mall Santa gets his lap crushed by Dusty, then an equally heavy girl.
- Manchild: Dusty still believes in Santa.
- The Mole: Kevin finds out someone on the Paradise P.D. team is the killer of Terry Two-Toes.
- Psychopathic Manchild: Dusty kills Santa.
- Rage Breaking Point:
- Dusty hits this at the end of the episode, when Santa Claus tries to kill him.
- On the other hand, Kevin apparently doesn't seem to have one. He ended up sucking Hopson's dick through a glory hole and ended up nearly choking to death on it. To him, this was "very close to crossing the line".
- Red Herring: Kevin runs into a lot of these, when trying to find out who the Argyle Meth Kingpin is.
- Gina makes a popcorn string of blood-drenched human teeth, not-so-subtly hinting that she's a killer.
- Hopson acts like an obvious fake-out when he menacingly tells Kevin to stop snooping around and stay out of the argyle meth business in a very obviously villainous way.
- Randall throws Kevin in prison for trying to figure out who the kingpin is.
- Suspiciously Specific Denial: In the song, "Jolly Old St. Nicholas", one of the lyrics is, "He'd never pick up a yule log and crush a fat guy's skull." in reference to Santa Claus. As you can guess, this is exactly what the real Santa attempted to do to Dusty.
- That's What She Said: Dusty, wanting to get a toy choo choo train from Santa Claus, wishes that Santa would "pull a train on him."
- Under the Mistletoe: Gina's goal is to get a kiss with Dusty under the mistletoe.
