Jeramie: Jeramie Brasieri is revealed to be the child of a union between a human father and Bognaarok mother, who has passed on the legend of King-Ohger for two millennia as a storyteller.
His goal is to end the war between mankind and the Bognaarok.
When Dethnaarok vehemently objected to this, Jeramie transformed into Spider Kumonos, and defeated him single-handedly!
...Or so the story goes.

Now accepted as a sort-of ally to the Ohsama Sentai, Jeramie decides to prod Yanma to get an "interesting story", leaving the Venomix Shooter in the president's hands. Yanma, having been ordered along with the storyteller to appear before Racules, decides to pull off a prank with the weapon, being inspired by Jeramie's tricks. Things very quickly go sideways, leading Jeramie to use his powers to teach Yanma and the others a lesson.

Meanwhile, Hymeno works with Gira to try and find where the Greater Shugods are residing after Gira reveals that he is unable to reach them.

Tropes

  • Actually a Doombot: The episode reveals that the Gerojim God Hopper destroyed in #8 was a mere illusion.
  • Bait-and-Switch: Jeramie seemingly destroys Gerojim, only for it to be revealed at the end of the episode that he saved the Kaijim for his own purposes.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: In response to secretly being saved after the battle with God Tarantula, Gerojim declares allegiance to Jeramie.
  • Breather Episode: Downplayed. The episode has quite a bit more comedy than prior episodes and barely moves the plot forward, but it ends on a serious note as Jeramie takes all of the team's OhgerCaliburs.
  • Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Jeramie taking all of the OhgerCaliburs in anger, all the while saving Gerojim and recruiting him to his side.
  • Commonality Connection: Jeramie sees a kindred spirit in Gerojim, due to them sharing "half-and-half natures".
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Jeramie quickly dispatches the core five. Gira and Yanma do better than the others but are still laid out without doing any damage to Jeramie.
  • Did Not Think This Through: Yanma prevents Gerojim!Shiokara from prematurely triggering the prank by drop-kicking him out of the way... only to realize too late that this brings him right above the whoopie cushion, resulting him triggering it anyway.
  • Epic Fail: Yanma's plan to trick Racules with the whoopee cushion goes wrong from the moment he steps into Shugoddam's palace. First off is that Gerojim impersonates Shiokara, which almost gives it away until Yanma steps in. Unfortunately, this results in Yanma himself earning ridicule from the Shugoddam court, as well as severely angering Jeramie who proceeds to curbstomp him and the other monarchs.
  • Foreshadowing: Shiokara points out that Yanma using the Venomix Shooter's power to prank Racules will cause an international incident. The prank greatly angers Jeramie when he finds out about it, who ends the episode having taken down every one of the monarchs single-handedly.
  • Horrible Judge of Character: In an act of good faith, Jeramie leaves the Venomix Shooter (an heirloom of his late mother) with Yanma so he can analyze it. He didn't expect Yanma to use its power to pull a prank on Racules, and absolutely flips his lid when he finds out.
Jeramie: I offer up my trust... and this is what it gets me?
  • The Infiltration: Gerojim poses as Shiokara when the N'Kosopa representatives visit Shugoddam. He was completely in the dark about Yanma's whoopee cushion plan and flees in fear when he returns to normal form.
  • Meaningful Echo: Jeramie repeats the prophecy of the three Greater Shugods rising up to the sky, this time with the context of them joining him on his quest.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Yanma decides to use the Venomix Shooter in a prank against Racules, not knowing that it was a memento of Jeramie's mother. This naturally gets Jeramie very angry, causing him to dispatch the team and take back God Scorpion's Shuggod Soul along with taking their OhgerCaliburs.
  • Not Brainwashed: While Himeno doesn't want to believe, Gira tells everyone that Sasorine and the othe Greater Shugods are following Jeramie of their own volition, and not being controlled by him in any way.
  • Not Me This Time: When Gerojim's Shiokara disguise is found out, Yanma tries to deflect suspicion from himself by making the whoopee cushion seem like a Bognnarok scheme and going after him.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Yanma using the Venomix Shooter for a prank causes Jeramie to lose the confident persona for pure Tranquil Fury, angered that it was used in such a disrespectful manner.
  • Playing Both Sides: Discussed. Jeramie posits that the human-Bognaarok conflict wasn't natural, but instead manufactured by a third party.
  • Poke the Poodle: Yanma's idea to get one over Racules turns out to be pranking him with a whoopee cushion using the Venomix Shooter. Contrast with Kaguragi's scheme using swapped poisons and Gira in #8.
  • The Reveal:
    • Shiokara reveals that N'Kosopa was turned into a wasteland after the Fury of the Gods, leaving the country impoverished for many years. It wasn't until Yanma decided to take things into his own hands that the country managed to get back up on its feet.
    • Gerojim is allegedly a half-Bognaarok, just like Jeramie, which was why the latter saved and recruited him.
  • Skewed Priorities: Racules responds to Jeramie's insinuation that someone manufactured humanity's conflict with the Bognnarok with the fact that his question wasn't answered first.
  • Unspoken Plan Guarantee: With how campy Yanma's explained plan to prank Racules is, the actual event fails terribly as expected.
  • Third-Party Peacekeeper: Jeramie confesses he was doing that by giving the Ohsama Sentai God Scorpion's Shuggod Soul in the previous episode, keeping God Kabuto's Shuggod Soul while handing God Hopper's Shuggod Soul to the Bognaarok. But Yanma's actions and the Bognaarok attack forces him to take back the Shuggod Souls in disgust.

  • Two Lines, No Waiting: Plot A revolves around Yanma deciding to pull a prank on Racules, using the Venomix Shooter to do so. Plot B revolves around Hymeno and Gira trying to find the Greater Shugods within the other kingdoms since Gira can't reach them.
