Satellite Zea, who was known as the intelligence behind Zero-One, has been taken over by the Ark after Aruto had his Zero-One Driver stolen! Even in a situation of such despair, even Jin, who was determined to destroy the Ark, is starting to doubt himself. However, Aruto has not given up just yet, as he is trying to create a new kind of Kamen Rider! However, Kamen Rider Ark-Zero then suddenly appears before Aruto, and fatally wounds him!!

Episode Trope:

  • All Just a Dream: Or rather, all just a simulation. The events of Aruto and the rest of the heroes dying before they can finish Zero-Two turns out to be a simulation experienced by Is, but she and the audience are not aware of this until after the fact.
  • Chekhov's Gun: Aruto and Is possessing a direct link to Zea ultimately pays off this episode, since its through those links that Zea was able to formulate and fill Aruto in with its plan within the seconds it took for Ark-Zero to rip off the Zero-One Driver, as well as revive it from within Is.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Zero-Two easily countered all of Ark-Zero’s predictions and utterly demolished it by separating it from Ikazuchi before delivering a powerful Finishing Move towards it.
  • Darkest Hour: In the first simulation, Ark initiated a full-scale attack towards humanity and killed all of the heroes… and Gai.
  • Didn't See That Coming: Ark, being a highly advanced A.I that can make countless predictions and using them to its advantage, failed to foresee Zea's own action of incorporating itself with Is.
  • Good Is Not Nice: While he does apologize afterward, Aruto still had Is go through thousands of simulations, with at least 2 of them having her deal with his death, in order to reactivate Zea within her. Naturally, Is is in no mood to accept his apology.
  • "Groundhog Day" Loop: A simulation variant. Is makes several simulations of how to make countermeasures to fight Ark.
  • The Hero Dies: Subverted with the reveal that it was all in simulations, but Aruto’s death is initially presented as a straightforward case of this.
  • Hero Killer: According to Zea’s simulations within Is, Ark-Zero would have killed Aruto, Fuwa, Yua, and Gai in short order had Zero-Two not been developed before its arrival.
  • Out-Gambitted: Before Zea ceased from being online by Ark, it linked itself to Is to integrate with her programming and run thousands of simulations within her in order to counter back Ark's own prediction.
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis: Is’s simulations basically shows Ark-Zero to be this, when he (in Ikazuchi's body) breaks into Hiden Manufacturing to prevent the slightest chance of Aruto figuring something out by killing him, then after playing with Jin for a bit and doing the deed, basically kills the rest of the heroes and Gai with quick, pin-point shots to the heart. Notably, he doesn't even give the chance for Fuwa to fight back, interrupting his transformation by destroying his Rider Models before killing him.
  • Not Quite Dead: Even after the original Ark Driver-Zero is destroyed, the Ark itself survives within Zea and can return easily.
    • Also applies to Zea, which exists within Is even after the Ark forced itself into the actual Satellite Sea and took over.
  • Powered by a Forsaken Child: Is cannot make use of Zea’s Progrise Key manufacturing to create Aruto’s Zero-Two equipment until her Singularity experiences an emotion she’s never felt before while running Zea’s simulations. What ultimately causes catalyzes Zero-Two’s completion is her grief over the trauma of Aruto dying.
  • Super-Empowering: Zea downloading its core programming into Is not only grants her Zea's ability to produce Progrisekeys and the Zero-Two Driver, but also boosts her simulation capabilities to nigh-clairvoyant levels. The latter part is not as good you think it would be, though. She wasn't running simulations on command, she experienced them as if they were actually happening and had no idea those were simulations. To Is, she experienced the death of Aruto, her Benevolent Boss and dear friend, twice. First time while she was away at Hiden Intelligence, the second time she actually witnesses it. Both of which she was powerless to stop.
  • Taking the Bullet: Jin, in his Kamen Rider form, ends up taking Ark-Zero's energy orb attack meant for Aruto, leaving them in the rubble of Hiden Manufacturing injured, alive, and at Ark-Zero's lack of mercy.
  • Tender Tears: Is actually starts crying over Aruto's apparent death and sobs about how she can't lose him, something that Singularity and emotional development or not should be physically impossible given that she shouldn't have the biological parts to do so. Even she seems surprised at this while Jin is baffled at the impossibility and struggles to find some robotic explanation like her leaking coolant from her head modules.
  • Trash the Set: Hiden Manufacturing ends up being destroyed as a result of Ark-Zero's attack, leaving it in burning rubble.
  • Wham Line: Horobi delivers a warning and reminder towards Aruto:
Horobi: As long as the satellite still functions, so too does Ark.
  • Wham Shot: Ark is now occupying Satellite Zea, completely with Red Eyes, Take Warning.
