Narrator: Previously on… Kamen Rider Gotchard!
A group of extra-dimensional villains known as Hundred showed up, so Houtaro and his friends "Gotchank-o" to stop them!
Amidst their fierce battles, Hundred finally managed to send in their army, only to be stopped by Kamen Rider Legend, who descends in all his golden glory.
His overwhelming might wiped out the forces of Hundred!
Now behold, as his legendary personage is legendarily born anew!

Kaguya has arrived at Houtaro's world to fight the ruthless terrorist organization Hundred who are determined to rule the world. The rich Kamen Rider visits Furasu High School, charming everyone there with his "gorgeousness"... to the point where many of them form a fan club in his name.

Houtaro and Kaguya are once again confronted by Hundred's Kasshine army, but amidst the defense, Kaguya is certain the leaders of Hundred are not far behind...

Tropes:

  • Action Bomb: The echo of Ark inside the Ark-Driver Saigetsu uses absorbs his malice and activates a time bomb when the leaders of Hundred execute him.
  • Beam-O-War: One occurs between Legendary Legend and Saigetsu!Dark Kiva when they unleash their attacks at each other, with Legend emerging victorious.
  • Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Satellite Ark itself emerging from Saigetsu's corpse and turning into a bomb, and Kaguya suddenly turning on Houtaro.
  • Foreshadowing: After Kaguya defeats Saigetsu the first time, he greets Houtaro warmly, only to frown in disappointment when Houtaro fails to recognize him. Butler later divulges that Kaguya may have subconsciously wanted to visit Houtaro, with repelling Hundred from the World of Gotchard as a pretext.
  • Forgotten First Meeting: Houtaro has forgotten the events of the Gotchard vs Legend specials, with Butler explaining it as the Aurora Curtains malfunctioning causing Houtaro to develop Laser-Guided Amnesia.
  • Gratuitous English: Kaguya says this in English when Houtarou and Kajiki are doing their English test.
Kaguya: [claps] Alright! Look at me! All roads... lead to... gorgeous!
  • Instant Fan Club: Kaguya, a person from a different dimension from the main Gotchard one, joins Houtarou at his high school and immediately wins everyone's affections, leading to this trope.
  • Jerkass Realization: Houtaro realizes he's been harsh on Kaguya after he took back Hopper1 and Steamliner and accused Kaguya of using the Chemies as tools, causing the latter to storm off in a fit of pique. Butler tells Houtaro that Kaguya went to the World of Gotchard not just to retrieve his Legend Kamen Riser, but also implies that he also went to try and reconnect with one of the few people he considers a friend. This makes Houtaro realize that he was a bit too quick in passing judgment on his friend.
  • Laser-Guided Amnesia:
    • Houtaro is revealed to have suffered from one due to a malfunction with the Aurora Curtain causing him to forget everything related to Kaguya.
    • Once again, Kajiki falls under this as he laments to Houtaro over "wanting to meet the Kamen Rider", as though he didn't witness the entire ordeal the previous episode.
  • Moment Killer: Just when Houtaro reaches out his hand for Kaguya to shake, Saigetsu attacks the two, forcing them to transform into their Rider forms.
  • Mythology Gag: The final battle with Saigetsu is one towards Zero-One, to the point where if you removed Gotchard (who manages to do very little in said battle) or the Legend bits on Zero-Two from the battle, you could swear this was the deleted Ark-One vs. Zero-Two battle that could have been.
  • Running Gag: In an inversion of the one from the previous episode and the special, Kaguya mistakes Kajiki for Butler. This comes on the heels of Rinne mistaking Butler for Kajiki as she shows him around town.
  • Somebody Doesn't Love Raymond: Supana is seemingly the one person who isn’t irrationally fond of Kaguya.
  • Throwing Your Sword Always Works: Legendary Legend Build Genius form takes out a Kasshine by throwing its comrade's pilfered lance at it.
  • You Have Failed Me: After his defeat early in the episode, Saigetsu is given one more chance to defeat Kaguya. He screws up this last chance and gets executed for it.
