Beroba: We return to the final round of the JGP: the Heaven and Hell game!
As the civilians continue to thin out by falling from our floating city, players on both the Jyamato and Rider sides have met similar fates, leaving only Buffa, Geats, and the final boss himself: Gazer.
Who will be the one to come out on top, and make their ideal world a reality...?

With the news he had received about his mother, Ace is left with more questions than answers. But he can't rest now. He's currently the last player standing against the JGP, and the time has come for him to settle the score with Michinaga.

Will Ace be heading to heaven, or will Michinaga send him to hell?

Tropes

  • The Bad Guy Wins: Unlike the other games before it, the Heaven and Hell game ends with Michinaga getting his wish granted and a few slain Jyamato reviving as well.
  • Batman Gambit: Beroba manages to use Ace and Michinaga's own desires for revenge to get Niram into a location where she can claim his Vision Driver and finally claim the two Drivers needed to bypass the Two-Keyed Lock on the Goddess granting a wish.
  • The Bus Came Back:
    • Ziin returns, along with his and Niram's Rider forms and classics from Geats and Buffa.
    • The Desire Grand Prix's announcer makes his return from #24, now under the role as the announcer of the Desire Royale.
  • Darkest Hour: The JGP ends with Michinaga as the victor and getting his power to destroy all Kamen Riders in the form of a Sadist Show called Desire Royale. Geats gets dragged into the bubble zone and he along with Tycoon don't return when the world resets while the Jyamato players do.
  • Downer Ending: The Lamentation arc ends with Buffa winning the final mission, and Michinaga uses his wish to create the Desire Royale game, which involves the defeat of all Kamen Riders.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: In-Universe, the early DGP was simply a gladiatorial battle with zero stakes for the players with the only prize being a golden coin.
  • Freeze-Frame Bonus: The ID Cores that are in Sueru's possession belong to Geats, Tycoon, Na-Go, Buffa (which is intact compared to Michinaga's broken one), PunkJack, Nadge-Sparrow, and an unknown Rider.
  • Hope Spot: When Ace begins faltering against Niram due to the side effects of the Boost Mk II Buckle, Ziin arrives just in time to throw his Laser Raise Riser at him so that Ace could continue the fight with Laser Boost. While this does help Ace make up for lost ground, Michinaga arrives just in time to send both Ace and Niram to the bubble zone, beating both of them in the process.
  • I Surrender, Suckers: Ace intentionally loses to Michinaga so he could take the Vision Driver from the latter's possession.
  • Our Hero Is Dead: After Ace was dragged down to his death in the bubble zone by Michinaga, he's nowhere to be found after the reset.
  • The Reveal: According to what Ziin uncovered, the DGP's rules in the past were very different from the current ones: Desashins were simply given a gold coin (like the one in Ace's possession), and participants did not have to put their lives on the line. It was only after Mitsume's "stepping down" as Navigator (in actuality Sueru discovering her powers and turning her into the Goddess) did the DGP change into a Deadly Game and the Desashin's reward being changed to "getting one's ideal world realized".
  • The Unreveal: We never get to see Gazer's Shut Down finisher, as he's eliminated before he can fully execute it.
  • Unspoken Plan Guarantee: Beroba and Michinaga's plan to take both Vision Drivers works because neither of them divulged any details about before pulling it off, even to the point where they antagonize each other which turns out to be part of the plan.
  • Wham Episode: Michinaga unleashes his Zombie Strike finisher on both Niram and Ace, which results in the latter two being dragged into the bubble zone and him obtaining their Vision Drivers in the process. Making his wish, he obtains the new world he wanted for so long, though Sueru seems interested in starting a new game.
  • Wham Shot:
    • Everyone standing on a colored spot falling, leaving only Sara and a young boy who happened to stand on a black spot behind.
    • The JGP Rule Closing Screen fizzling out and replaced by a Desire Royale Rule Screen.
    • The shot of Sueru with unbroken ID Cores for seven Riders that had participated, including the main Riders, the Riders who sided with the Jyamato, PunkJack (who should be fully dead), and an unknown Rider.
