When Finn and Jake are stuck indoors during a knifestorm, Jake suggests using their imaginations to pass the time, only to find out that whatever he imagines becomes real.
Tropes:
- Closed Circle: A knife storm prevents Finn and Jake from adventuring outside, kicking off the plot of the episode.
- Gone Horribly Right: Finn manages to turn off Jake's "imagination machine"... which gets rid of all the imaginary threats to the house, but causes his friend to completely lose his imagination. Finn is forced to use his own imagination to imagine a device that will turn Jake's imagination back on.
- The Ground Is Lava: Jake begins by imagining that their house is a lava-filled death course. Finn brushes it off until he steps on the floor and his foot catches fire — and once unleashed, Jake can't turn off his imagination on his own.
- Invisible Monsters: Forget that; Finn and Jake go through an entire invisible obstacle course, which only Jake could see because it was in his imagination. "A bowl of baby elephants, chainsaws, and doo-doo's flying towards us! JUMP, DUDE!" Soon they come to a completely invisible monster, who can't be seen by either Finn or Jake.
- Parental Sexuality Squick: After Finn briefly sends Jake's imagination into overdrive, Jake complains "I imagined my mom naked! Yuck!"
- Power Incontinence: Jake can't stop his imagination once he begins; the best he can do is to imagine a switch to let Finn stop it for him.
- Rain of Something Unusual: It is raining knives, and this is apparently such a routine occurrence that Finn and Jake just go indoors and think of something to do to pass the time.
- Stop Hitting Yourself: Finn shuts Bellamy Bug up by imagining him with an enormous tentacle and cybernetic arm that start beating the snot out of Bellamy.
- Swiper, No Swiping!: Finn does this to an imaginary goblin.
Jake: The bazooka goblin has you in its sights!
Finn: HEY! Don't shoot us with that bazooka!
Bazooka goblin: [giggling]
Finn: Don't you do it...
Bazooka goblin: [still giggling]
Finn: DON'T DO IT, MAN!
Bazooka goblin: Hehehehe... [beat] Okay.
Finn and Jake: Haha, YEAH! [fist pound]

Finn: Represent this! [slaps Bellamy away]
