- Digger Zombie is cut from the audition when he burps, after which he slowly rides away on a pink tricycle.
- Yeti Zombie skates into Chomper's audition, which makes the plant eat him up as payback.
- Peashooter is about to sing his audition when a Gargantuar comes along:
- Twin Sunflower ends up being run over by a lawnmower.
- Grave Buster provides payback to the director for disliking his voice buy eating him alive.
- Doom Shroom ends up sleeping on the job, and a Coffee Bean is thrown at him and he awakens, immediately blowing up.
- Magnet Shroom attracts the stage equipment, which makes him fail the audition.
- Potato Mine's mic drops on him, which causes him to explode.
- Jalapeno ends up throwing a Mexican-themed party during his audition.
- Starfruit sings "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" in a high-pitched voice, and it starts snowing for some reason.
- Torchwood ends up burning the entire stage.
- Blover blows everything away in his audition: not just the stage, but the zombies and even the lawn, too!
- Coffee Bean's hyperactivity causes him to sing the song faster in a high-pitched voice.
- Hypno-Shroom smokes and hallucinates a sky full of Starfruits, a moon that looks like Mac Tonight, Crazy Dave flying in space and a brain with a rainbow trail.
- Cattail's Nyan Cat-themed audition features Crazy Dave and Dr. Zomboss, who have somehow made peace in the pool.
- Cob Cannon fires a cob in the air in his audition, which drops down to Earth and blows everyone up (except for himself, who is lying in the crater, Crazy Dave, who is blown away, and the skeletons of a few Peashooters).
- Due to being underwater, Sea-Shroom ends up being unintelligible during his audition.
- Imitater's Retraux audition, where he sings in French and has an Imagine Spot of a date with Sunflower.
- Balloon Zombie gets his balloon popped by Cattail.
- Wall-nut bowls over some zombies during his audition in a reference to the source game's Wall-nut Bowling minigame.
- Plantern fails his audition immediately, as he lights up the entire studio and reveals all of the equipment.
- Threepeater fails due to his triple voice creating a lack of harmony, and at the end of his audition, there are three FAIL signs instead of one.
- Later repeated with Split Pea, this time with a double voice and two FAIL signs.
- Gold Magnet attracts two coins, which end up knocking the heads off several zombies.
- Kernel-pult tries to knock down two Yeti Zombies on the house's roof with butter, but it comes down on the stage instead and slows down the song.
- Winter Melon's audition, featuring zombies gathering on the roof to "Jingle Bells". It turns out the Christmas really wasn't the best time to put on an audition for something not related to Christmas.
- Bungee Zombie steals the entire stage, somehow.
- Tall-nut is too tall to reach the microphone, so he fails his audition.
- Marigold singing "Money" by Pink Floyd.
- Tangle Kelp's vines bring him down... all the way to China.
- Sun Shroom singing "Here Comes the Sun" by The Beatles, and later being placed in a black & white poster of the band.
- Flag Zombie's role of calling in the other zombies causes a horde of zombies to trample him and destroy the stage.
- Ducky Tube Zombie singing Donald Duck's rendition of "Old MacDonald Had a Farm".
- Bloomerang uses his boomerang on his microphone, which makes him only able to say the words that are dotted on the screen when the microphone passes by.
- Bonk Choy imagining himself training to "Gonna Fly Now", only to find out he knocked out an entire crowd of zombies when he was daydreaming.
- Zombie Chicken singing in chicken sounds.
- Spring Bean launching one of the speakers into the air, where it lands on a UFO piloted by Dr. Zomboss.
- Wizard Zombie turning the entire crowd into sheep.
- And the "deleted scene" where he turns the zombie crowd into a bowl of brains instead.
