  • Since it was unknown what happened to Webby's parents and what made her grandmother her guardian in the first place, it was widely believed they're deceased one way or another and were killed in a S.H.U.S.H. mission; hence Beakley's overprotective nature towards Webby. It's revealed in the final episodes of the series that she has no actual biological parents, instead being an Opposite-Sex Clone of Scrooge.
  • Several characters have been Diagnosed by the Audience as being on the autism spectrum due to their behavioral quirks: specifically Huey, Gyro, Fethry, and Launchpad.
  • It is generally believed that Donald was in the Navy just like in the original show for a period of time before canon. Whatever happened to him in the Navy caused him to suffer from PTSD and panic attacks.
  • Donald is usually portrayed as being a very good cook who got even better with time after taking the triplets in.
  • Since Louie is canonically the most emotionally sensitive and vulnerable triplet, he's often shown going to his Uncle Donald if he has nightmares or needs some kind of emotional support.
  • It's generally accepted that only Scrooge and Donald knew exactly what happened to Della, but if any third person was aware of the details around her disappearance, Gladstone is often picked to be The Confidant who was told by Donald.
  • Thanks to the comics, most of the fandom seems to be under the impression that Gladstone is an orphan who was raised by Elvira "Grandma" Coot.
  • It's generally accepted that Gyro was the one who built the Spear of Selene, as per request by Scrooge. This is helped by the instruction manual being written by Gyro and he even directly references Della by name.
  • Despite only being mentioned by name in a conversation with Goofy, it's commonly accepted that Max used to babysit the triplets when they were younger.
  • Following the reveal of The Rescue Rangers, it is generally assumed that, much like in the classic cartoons when he fought Chip and Dale, Donald has encounters with the Rangers that end in slapstick.
  • Frank Angones has gone on record stating that if they could have gotten Mickey into the show, he would be a very successful movie star and an old friend of Donald's. Despite never being mentioned in the show (outside of the watermelon gag in the season two finale) this has made its way into fanfiction that features him.
