The protagonist of Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception. Finding himself in the new environment, his first objective is trying to lay down and take an easy life but it's doesn't take long before Akuta and alternate version of his friends drag him into the same shenanigan.

Tropes associated with Haku:

  • Alternate Self: Averted. Unlike most returning characters in Lost Flag. This is the same Haku from the trilogy.
  • Birds of a Feather: A Platonic one with Akuta where both become a fast friends to each other. As they both share a lot in common in both lore-wise and meta sense.

  • Interclass Friendship: Become a close friend with Inui Who is actually a princess, Rimuri and is often seen together.

Voiced by: Kentarou Tone

A Master Swordsman from a farland known as Yamato. Oshtor is an enigmatic masked man who often show up to save the people in need or catch a villain though his method is somwhat conflict with Akuta and gouverment work.

He also know as Ukon, a loud and friendly mercernery who is often join Akuta on his duty.

Tropes associated with Oshtor/Ukon:

Tropes associated with Rulutieh:

  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: As Haku doesn't exist in Lost Flag before his debut, She instead having a few ship tease with Akuta but it's mostly in platonic sense.
    • Somewhat averted in Haku's story episode where her Love at First Sight on him is more or less remain the same. Too bad for her as Haku eventually returns to his world.
  • Stone Wall: Her initial version is a character with a very high HP and DEF stats making her one of the best tank in the game though her DPS is below avarage.
  • Healing Factor: Her passive skill allows her to keep healing herself (and a bit for her backrow allies) whenever she taking a damage which make her very hard to kill.

    Tokifusa

Voiced by: Madoka Shiga

Tropes associated with Tokifusa:

  • Adaptational Nice Guy: Granted, what made him an antagonist back in Mask Of Truth is that he want and doesn't want to lose his political power otherwise he is quiet decent man. Since in Lost Flag, he doesn't have them in the first place. his good deed are genuie and has no problem protect an innocent people from Rinne who could easily sliced his head off.
