A member of Cradle assigned to the Himalayan Branch 1st Unit. They grew up alongside Maria, in a Orphanage for children capable of becoming God Eaters. When s/he becomes a God Eater, they reunite with Maria for the first time after 3 years. Like the other protagonists he or she is Silent Protagonist and trust his/her fellow 1st Unit members.
- Canon Name: In the online novelization
and Resonant Ops, it reveals the male Protagonist's name as Sei Yagami. - Childhood Friends: With Maria, as they both grew up in the same facility for children who could be compatible with God Arcs.

The Protagonist's childhood friend and older sister figure. She used to live in an Orphanage with the Protagonist since they were younger, however due to being older than the Protagonist, she became a God Eater before them.
- Childhood Friends: With the Protagonist, as they both grew up in the same facility for children who could be compatible with God Arcs.
- Cool Big Sis: Since she was one of the oldest children living in the orphanage, she acted mature older figure to the Protagonist and the rest of the younger kids.
- Nice Girl: She's described as king, hardworking and helpful by everyone who knows her.
- Sacrificial Lion: She's devoured by a God Arc early in the story.

The Captain of the First Unit of the Fenrir Himalayan Branch. While he is an intelligent person and great God Eater, he seems to shirk duty at times and has his 'time for hobbies', but puts in all his effort in leading his team when it really matters.
- Cool Shades: Has a neat pair of sunglasses.
Leila
Leila Theresia
A member of the 1st Unit at the Himalayan Branch. She is a princess of a small country in Europe and her father has a huge influence and power within Fenrir.
- Curtains Match the Windows: Blonde hair and golden eyes.
Liu
Liu Feng Huang
A member of the first unit of the Himalayan branch and fellow colleague of the Protagonist. He is kind and has a gentle personality, but he doesn't seem to work well with Leila, who is arrogant towards him. Shows to have has a great interest in collecting data on aragami materials.

An operator of the Fenir Himalaya branch. She is a adult woman, however compared to her appearance, some would think otherwise.
- Mission Control: Like Hibari in the Far East branch, this is mostly her role.
- Older Than They Look: She's 22 but looks much younger than that.

A merchant and item supplier within the Himalayan branch.
- Spell My Name With An S: Dolores is her name in the official God Eater Online website, but her name in Katakana is Dorothy (ドロシー). Even Dr. Rachel from God Eater 2 shares the same kind of problem.
- Stripperific: With her exposed midriffs and Painted-On Pants, she shows almost as much as Alisa.
JJ
Jaden Jimmy Jackson
Voiced by: Jurota Kosugi (Japanese)
Age: 43
He is an engineer who is in charge of the god arc's maintenance at the Himalayan branch. According to him, he has a rather dark past.
- Alliterative Name: Jaden Jimmy Jackson.
- Cool Shades: His goggles look more like sunglasses.
- Younger Than They Look: He's only 43, but his white beard can give the impression he's older.

The director of the Himalayan branch. Even though he the one responsible for the branch, he is very incompetent and doesn't seem to care about those under him. At the end of the 1st chapter, he flees from the branch.
