  • After being beaten up day after day by Mecha Might, Izuku refines his control of Total Command and out-endures the steel behemoth by targeting its weak joint with his blows, causing the entire arm to shear off and Mecha Might to shut down.
  • Izuku casually mowing down the robots at the Entrance Exam, and using the mechanics he learned from Mei to hijack a three-pointer and ride it around to make it attack the other robots.
  • Izuku goes through a wall to save Ochako from being crushed by the zero-pointer, holding up the fist of the giant robot by using his body.
    • Running out of strength to hold back the zero-pointer, he uses a similar strategy used against Mecha Might with his bio-sonar to punch weaknesses into the robot, before using a One for All-fuelled punch to send its arm rocketing into its own body, destroying it utterly.
  • Izuku standing up to Katsumi when she lashes out at Mei over a jealously-fueled misunderstanding.
  • Izuku and the previous holders of One for All force his body to reconnect to his brain by sheer force of will, and he gets back up, saws the Noumu's arms off with his gauntlet to free Katsumi and Ochako, snaps his spine back into place and tells the villains they messed with the wrong school - after renewing the hope of his classmates with a burst of his power.
  • Class 1-A single-handedly beating the villains with amazing teamwork, combining their powers with great efficiency - Curb-Stomp Battle barely covers how huge it is, with 20 teenagers in their second day at hero school capturing nearly three times their number experienced villains without suffering any injuries (apart from Izuku's previous ones).
    • Ochako uses Zero Gravity to set villains up so Tomoyo can kick them into other villains.
    • When Minerva gets taken as a hostage, Momo makes a beanbag shotgun and knocks the villain out, doing a Dramatic Gun Cock and challenging the other villains. Five villains surrender on the spot.
    • Hana using her tape power to move herself and Doi around Kurogiri, keeping the villain distracted until they get the drop on her - so Doi can tase the teleporting villain with a directed million volt shock.
    • Katsumi taking on Shigaraki one on one, figuring out her Quirk and warning Izuku, having figured they can use it for their own benefit.
    • Izuku and Shoko going to town against the Noumu, synergizing their powers to nullify the monster's advantages and setting it up for defeat.
    • Izuku remembering a plan Katsumi and he came up with as kids and telling Katsumi indirectly, with Katsumi also recalling this plan - tricking the enemies to use their powers on each other. So Katsumi dodges towards the Noumu, Izuku drops a smoke bomb and when Shigaraki is close enough Katsumi grabs her arms and forces Shigaraki's open hands on the Noumu's exposed brain, destroying it.
  • The Sports Festival starts out strong with Izuku giving a Rousing Speech to inspire his fellow competitors, referencing how even breaking his spine wasn't enough to keep him from becoming a hero.
    • During the Obstacle Race:
      • Izuku hijacks and rides a zero-pointer by sling-shotting himself using its treads into its eye and then rewiring it from the inside.
      • Momo creates a shoulder-mounted cannon to take out the robots in the first obstacle, one-shotting a zero-pointer. Then, she adds a cushion so she can use the recoil to propel herself over the minefield.
      • Ochako launches herself across the minefield obstacle by deliberately setting off a mine and removing her own weight.
      • Izuku, Momo, and Ochaco competing for first place with a photo finish, having Izuku coming in first with the other two tied for second.
      • Mei pauses in the first obstacle course to create a flying Izuku-droid to literally carry her to third place after she has it go Plus Ultra.
      • Running low on tea (the fuel for her super-intelligence Quirk) and at the back of the pack, Saiko takes inspiration from the actions of the leaders of the pack to have her commandeered robot calculatedly step on a mine so that the explosion will propel her onto another mine and to another and so on, shooting her through the minefield like a pinball and securing her sixth place.
    • During the Paintball Battle:
      • Due to Nozomi's machinations, Izuku begins the paintball battle with 0 points. He spends most of the battle studying the other teams without acting, and with a few minutes remaining he goes out One-Man Army style, wiping out everyone he encounters and jumping up to second place.
      • Ochako takes first place by realizing she can make her paintball gun and paintballs recoil-less and shoot very fast, allowing her to hunt others down.
    • During the Fighting Tournament:
      • For Mei and Izuku's match, they decide to have him fight Mecha Might in a rematch. After choosing not to use One for All in their rematch, Izuku and an upgraded Mecha Might go toe to toe until Mecha Might pulls out a Super Mode and begins to overwhelm Izuku. Pushed to the brink by Mecha Might, Izuku targets the one part of Mecha Might Mei has not upgraded yet, his head: copying Miruko's signature move, Kaguya Crescent, Izuku then does a spinning kick in mid-air to decapitate Mecha Might before he can finish him off with his Detroit Steel and send him out of bounds.
      • Ochako pushes Katsumi even further than their match in canon, getting into actual hand-to-hand combat before collapsing from pure exhaustion.
      • Shoko has been using her ice Quirk to one-shot all her previous opponents, but Izuku has a counter to her strategy: pumping up his metabolism to increase his temperature thereby melting the ice slightly around himself, then using the wiggle room allowed by that to use One for All to break and flex off the iceberg, revealing his Quirk to the public and making him an instantaneous celebrity. And then Izuku convinces Shoko to stop holding back her fire Quirk, pointing out that there might be a time when she needs to use it - and still wins the fight.
  • Izuku, Katsumi, and Shoko coming to Tomoyo's aid when she gets paralyzed by Stain.
    • First, Izuku arriving just in time to stop Stain from lethally stabbing Tomoyo, breaking the blade with one hand, and then briefly fighting Stain on equal terms, only losing because of his reluctance to kill her, which Stain takes advantage of to nick him and lick his blood. Even then, he again prevents Stain from killing Tomoyo by activating the pneumatic lance function of his gauntlets while paralyzed to bodily fling himself into her.
    • Katsumi arrives just then via flying, explodes Stain away from Izuku, rapidly takes in the scene and deduces how Stain paralyzes people in less than five seconds. Then holds the Hero Killer off for several minutes, long enough for Izuku and Tomoyo to shake off their paralysis - and pull off their combined pincer move, sending Stain flying in two directions.
    • Finally, Shoko's intervention, as she comes right in time to use both sides of her Quirk to trap Stain before her last desperate attempt to murder Tomoyo.
  • The Battle of Hosu between the heroes and the Noumu shows why the top 10 heroes are in the top 10.
    • Miruko one-shotting Noumus left and right by kicking them in their exposed brains. Eventually, she comes across a big Noumu warding off multiple heroes. She kills it by driving an electricity cable into its brain.
    • Endeavor's Infernal Combustion is brutally efficient, burning a Noumu right through its regeneration by burning it at 50,000 Kelvin - ten times hotter than the Sun's surface.
    • Miruko saves Izuku from the winged Noumu, jumping into the air after the creature and giving him a front-row seat to her Kaguya Crescent as it decapitates the monster.
  • As Stain is giving her speech about how only All Might can stop her, freezing everyone in place with her presence, Nana breaks Izuku out of the spell, letting him halt Stain's attack on Endeavor and headbutt her into unconsciousness.
  • At the hospital, when Endeavor comes to visit Rei (a cover for her actual intentions, which are to seduce Izuku) he finds Shoko and Izuku already visiting. When Endeavor starts to get irritating and threatening, Izuku forces the #2 Hero to back off on sheer presence.
  • The first term exams are taking place, and this time it's the Ten Top Pros that are facing Class 1-A.
    • Koda and Sato are the first to win, defeating Gang Orca in a physical fight before Koda summons a swarm of giant Japanese killer hornets, unknowingly preying on the Pro's wasp phobia.
    • Aoyama and Jiro pull off a Kansas City Shuffle to defeat Edgeshot: the former shoots her laser at the Pro Hero, who naturally avoids the attacks - which was what Aoyama wanted, as her target was the wall behind Edgeshot. Then Jiro blasts the Hero into the wall with her soundburst, causing the wall to collapse on top of the Pro Hero and giving the two a headstart to reach the gate.
    • Mineta gets as many balls as she can and then has Tokoyami drop her on Crust, single-handedly defeating the Pro Hero by throwing her balls at her shields so she can pinball at high speeds between them while Crust gets trapped.
    • Best Jeanist meets her match in Uraraka (who can grab her threads and use Zero Gravity on them to throw off her accuracy) and Kaminari (who can easily shock her if she gets too close), who distract her long enough she doesn't notice they are getting close to the gate. Then Uraraka uses her new whip to grab Kaminari and use Zero Gravity on her before throwing the girl towards the gate, and then grappling Best Jeanist with her martial arts training as Kaminari flies through the gate.
    • Asui uses her camouflage and speed to beat the crap out of Ryukyu with hit-and-run tactics, leading her around so that, when Ryukyu takes flight, Shoji can jump on her and pin her wings so the two will hurtle through the gate.
    • Iida grabs Sero and covers an area with tape to trap Hawks in an area, while they use the tape to turn corners and allow Iida to reach her top speed so she can run up a traffic light and bring the Pro Hero into Sero's reach, allowing her to catch Hawks with her tape as Iida activates Recipro Burst, wrapping Hawks in tape.
    • Momo and Saiko defeat All Might by using sound cannons to distract her before they make a puppet that looks like a bleeding Momo, so when All Might launches one of her blasts she thinks she hurt Momo, keeping her out of it so Saiko can then use her capture tape on her.
    • Kirishima tanks a full punch by Fatgum to prevent the Pro Hero from hitting its target. Fatgum quickly decides to offer her an internship.
    • Katsumi and Shoko versus Endeavor: Katsumi uses her greater speed and ability to use the You Fight Like a Cow approach to drive Endeavor into using so much fire it leaves her dangerously close to overheating - and then Shoko hits her with even more fire before Katsumi unleashes a full blast on her, knocking out the Number Two Pro Hero.
    • Izuku and Tooru have to fight Miruko, so Izuku has the invisible girl sneak towards the door while he fights Miruko. He then reveals Mei's newest invention, a holographic system that projects an image of Izuku that he can control with his mind. Miruko manages to hold Izuku off (although Izuku does manage to hit her several times) but she manages to hear Tooru approach the gate - so Izuku tackles her off the rooftop where they are fighting. The two keep fighting until Miruko kicks Izuku into a wall and goes after Tooru, injuring her, but before she can knock Tooru out Izuku recovers and comes back for round two, which is equal until Tooru manages to use her Light 'em Up move to blind Miruko, allowing Izuku to throttle her until the Pro falls unconscious.
