Rated M For Manly is about a work that is heavily dependent on things, situations, or actions that are stereotypically masculine, in order to appeal to a predominantly male audience. Exchanging wick with Manly Man.

* PrettyBoy: Downplayed. Despite his rugged, grizzled exterior, his character model and ''especially'' [[https://lparchive.org/Neverwinter-Nights-2/Update%2031/ concept art]] give him a boyish, almost androgynous look. (Most fan art tends to play up the [[RatedMForManly rugged, grizzled, "manly" part,]] though.)

Putting aside that his stats are not ideal for it, there's also the fact that his quick-temper and fight-happy personality clash heavily with the traditional monk ethos of dissolution and eschewing violence unless forced into it.

* TheTeam: The cast of the original campaign.
** TheLeader: The Kalach-Cha/Knight-Captain. They lead the group and hold everything together.
** TheLancer: Shandra, Bishop. Both are sarcastic, from similar backgrounds as you, tend to lampshade how ridiculous this adventure can be, and deny being concerned about you even at high influence. While who challenges your authority depends on how you roleplay, they're the ''most likely'' to do so across all playthroughs--Shandra because she wants to keep you on the straight and narrow, Bishop because he's just abrasive.
** TheBigGuy: Khelgar, Qara, Casavir, the Construct. The former two are the most battle-loving, combat-ready of your group; the latter two are a GeniusBruiser and a war golem respectively.
** TheSmartGuy: Sand, Zhjaeve. Both possess considerable knowledge and insight, and are important to advance the main plot during Act 2. The former serves as your legal adviser when you are being accused of a village massacre; the latter helps you perform the Illefarn rituals and assemble the InfinityPlusOneSword.
** TheChick: Elanee, Neeshka, Grobnar. They are the most emotionally stable ones, and are best off playing support roles in battle.

* {{Pride}}: Kaelyn's FatalFlaw, besides her black-and-white view of the world. She has been alienated from her family, her friends, her home, her faith, and her afterlife, in her single-minded crusade against the Wall... and she refuses to listen to anyone who tries to dissuade her from it, holding fast to her belief that it ''must'' be brought down and that ''she'' will be the one to do it, no matter the cost. She further claims that doing so will be righting a cruel injustice, yet, as horrible as the Wall is, its purpose is ''not'' to administrate justice; it is to punish those who do not worship the gods, thereby ensuring that [[GodNeedsPrayersBadly the gods have the faith they need to keep the world running]].
