Please remind me who this bee fren is.
That is correcto. Those are Blinky and Inky, as they appear in "Pac-Man the Musical" by Random Encounters.

"Pardon me, you dropped your handkerchief!"Double-whammy since they probably share the same source material
Nick Nocturne, smooth-voiced host of my favorite YouTube horror channel, Night Mind.

That's a teaser image for Five Nights At Freddys 3; just a close up of the eye from the very first teaser.

This needs context.
It's an Anja, a familiar from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Anjas are created by the witch Albertine, who literally scribbles them into existence if the portable game is any indication. In the anime, the original witch had been destroyed offscreen and this familiar had somehow gotten away. It has three different forms: a boat (pictured), a car, and a plane. Familiars and everything else that has to do with witches are animated in completely different (and often very trippy) styles.

Experiment 390 (Slimy). Primary function: secrete slime, causing people to slip. One of the experiments rescued at the end of "Snafu".

"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"
Who's this Experiment?
Fanart of Slagar the Cruel, the psychopathic Big Bad of the Redwall book Mattimeo. Original source.

Nanashi from pop'n music, who's actually (and obviously) just other character Nakaji with a piece of paper in front of his face x3

"Leftover items still have value!"
That's from a piece of fanart of Chaco from Cave Story. The only fanart I could find of her... I know she's really minor but I feel disappointed that there's not more art of her.

They're not really anyone in particular, I just wanted to have a Goomy avatar and found a picture that looked nice and would easily be able to make a well-centred avatar.

Who's this Goomy?
Broodle, a mutant poodle enemy that appears in the Big Top level of CarnEvil. Unfortunately, it's implied that Broodles are some of the many results of horrific experiments by Big Bad Professor Ludwig von Tokkentakker.

Seems familiar, but I can't fully remember where that image is from.
Yelav Draykavac, a rather unpleasant Heretek of the Warhammer 40K universe. Notorious in-universe for perpetrating several atrocities, and for trying (and mostly succeeding, IIRC) to convert a planet's worth of people into Servitors, while harvesting human flesh for his projects. Overall, not a very nice chap.

Mikael Zankovich, a Character in two Campaigns of U Realms Live. He's a Dwarven Teenager, and Grandson of a Magician. His town is destroyed by the Dragon of Death, and him, his Grandpa, and a couple of other survivors, join a group of Grand Paladins who head back to a major Paladin Strong hold. During a battle against Giant Spiders, he dies fighting a Kobold who went crazy. You can see the Campaigns he's in here and here.

That's the ghost-king fellow from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, as depicted by Awkward Zombie. If memory serves, he was sweating over Link going off in the wrong direction instead of following the tutorial, as players are wont to do.

That's Krishna, a major antagonist in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. And yes, he's that Krishna. Although I will say, no spoilers, but he's not actually very happy in that shot.

For those that I love, I will fight!
That's a scene from the German Club Nintendo comic "Sag niemals Holerö!" where Mario, Bomberman and T.T/TicToc suddenly get some suits for their mission (which involves stopping Not-Cthulhu from his plot of turning everyone in the world into food through a song - yeah, it doesn't make a lot more sense in context), hence Mario's question. (answer: they don't do anything, it just makes them look cooler)

"Leftover items still have value!"
That was from the newest (Episode 4 is the episode that was last shown as of the moment of this post edit) next episode preview (The preview for Episode 5) for the Cardfight!! Vanguard reboot.
I can tell from the preview that the episode is definitely based on the manga, and if I'm making a correct guess...
I believe that is Aichi and the rest of the Cardfight Research Club's (Although you can't see them in the avatar) reaction to Aichi having a ridiculously high score on his entrance test to get into the club.
I may be incorrect, but that is my educated guess (since I've read most of the manga. I'm only missing one volume).
