[up]Speaking of Personas, what's AB's Persona gonna be named? I think a little working crew on fleshing out Personas for non-Persona characters might be in order.

[down]I got the idea after seeing two MLP episodes that run parallels to Persona 4 elements, and after realizing that in the Pantheonic Rebellion, Sayaka got hers, I thought "Why not make a list?" Also, Rule of Fun, just like with most everything in the Pantheon.

Why do Non persona users need Personas?

[up][up]Not sure what I was gonna call Applebloom's Persona. I had the idea of giving her a bennu bird since it's a symbol of life and rebirth (Applebloom obtained her persona after her shadow sent her through a cycle of never-ending nightmares and phoenixes exist in the MLP universe). I've done research and she'd probably call her Persona "Asar" (the Egyptian Name of Osiris—a god of the underworld). I was originally gonna call it "Heath" (cause Applebloom is close to the wrestler Gangrel, full name David Heath) as it means "a land where shrubs grow".

It is planned that the main trio of Kingdom Hearts are to be Put on a Bus at the end of "Diamond Adventure", and are going to be absent from tales for awhile. However, they will get a brief mention at the end of the "Reformation of Law" to confirm their status given what happens to them at the end of DA. At the same time, to finish the asylum arc's direct aftermath, Jak and Daxter will cameo with the former waking up from a coma.

What did I ever do to you? That you should treat me this way?

I've been thinking about what people say about my stories and the one thing that's been on my mind regarding "Tarot Crusaders" is, "Is this darkness important? What's the point of it?"

Well, here's the long and short of it. Get comfy folks as here they be spoilers.

Short: In-story, the asylum wants revenge/resolution. She wants vengeance on being used as a tool by, well, everyone. "Diamond Adventure" states that the asylum was used as a stronghold to convert gods into YHVH's will, and once Alternate!Gentaro was purified along with the proxy, the Master Builders would disassemble her and rebuild the House of Friendship. In the span that she was built, she was technically alive for less than a week. Think about it: a life that never got to LIVE and had to be aborted so the real life can be built. Wouldn't YOU feel bitter about it all? Wouldn't YOU be bitter that no one cared for you—but instead for the inmates inside you, or how about wanting to destroy it without a second glance? She is the antithesis of friendship—despair, emptiness and most of all, loneliness. She HATES IT and she hates herself most of all.

In Tarot Crusaders, she has obtained a soul and finds herself in Limbo—there she finds someone who takes her in (think Homura and Madoka connection—and for those who know me, I have stated that I DO NOT HATE Madoka; just how she was worshipped) and doesn't treat her as an oddity, spare parts, a substitute, etc. The asylum, calling herself Queen Mystica, has someone who can befriend her. So when the darkness within Limbo starts going out of control (due to Alternate!Gentaro and that will be cleared up in "Tarot Crusaders" and "The Friendship Anomaly", the prequel to the entire project) she wants to trap the darkness within Limbo..to do that she needs despair, anger and anguish...the best place to get it is from the very same gods who treated her like she was a tool. Her mission is to free Limbo, but the way she's doing it is to put gods in the very same hell that she was subjected to. She will use people like they use her and she has no qualms for it.

Now, why the Cutie Mark Crusaders? For those who've seen the show, the Crusaders do not give in. Combined with their trek in Limbo inbetween "Muse Hysteria" and "The Friendship Asylum", the girls can mentally survive going through the hellish landscape over and over and over again. Why? The only theory given in the story is because of their strong bond with Gangrel who has become very protective of these candy-coated ponies. Queen Mystica knows this, and she also hates Gangrel with a passion? This stoic, sarcastic, shades-wearing not-a-goth vampire wrestler has the love of three ponies and she has NOTHING. She wants nothing more than to break him just as much as BROKEN Matt wants Jeff Hardy to become Brother Nero (which, spoilers, BROKEN Matt was successful!). Of course, Mystica isn't invincible—there are those who know what she's planning, and they're off to stop it. But more on that in a later post.

Long: The idea of this story came to my mind as, "What happens after?" "The Friendship Asylum" ends just two days after the events happen—not enough time for gods to heal and them to move on. I have gone through lots of ups and downs (mostly downs) during my stay in Burma—I've gone through lots of stress with my teaching job and my mom going through lots of stress, and a sprained leg after a bit of a fight, through her jobs to the point that I've broken down from so much stress about myself and who I was, feeling like I would never be good enough, always drowning myself in music, games, stories and more because it made me feel like I had hope for my future. I had NOTHING at one point—living in a single room in an empty spa and had nothing to do, to hope, or dream for weeks on end. I was at the point of suicide sometimes.

I have gone through 3 10-day sessions for meditation and studied a bit of Buddhism, which has helped me put my attention on the now, the reality "as it is" and not "what I wish it to be". Those experiences are what made me to write "Tarot Crusaders" (that, and I don't like to admit this, but I told myself that if the Cutie Mark Crusaders ever got their Cutie Marks, I wanted to do one story with them center stage). It's this idea of moving forward, filled with the idea that nothing is permanent—things arise and fall, things change. Nothing can be created without change—nothing can be done to change the past, you can't stop things that are in their nature (think trying to make butter sink or pebbles to float—It Makes Sense in Context, really), etc. That's something I have come to terms with—things will pass, and I can move on.

For the music, music is my passion—I play piano, I sing, I see story scenes with music and I find myself able to be inspired and motivated to do things when music is in the background. After watching "American Horror Story" and listening to the songs played, i feel motivated to making a story where music is an integral part (and it is). I also do research and make a story of magic, wonder, mysticism and just do something new. It's easy for someone to make a little tidbit here and there on someone's portfolio, but what would it take to make an entire story from scratch? That was the original purpose of "Project: Alternate! Gentaro": make a story. I don't have beef on "The Great Upheaval" as how it's about Madoka, except that it's just recreating "Rebellion" with SMT characters.

"Tarot Crusaders" is about moving forward—trying to find a place after everything that has happened. It's shown throughout the story: Matt Hardy became BROKEN after the trauma that happened to his brother, Jeff became "Brother Nero" after being pushed too many times, Gentaro and Elena are off trying to have a relationship, Paul London follows dreams of a White Rabbit while Brian Kendrick tries to focus on something "pragmatic" or realistic, the Cutie Mark Crusaders are adjusting to their life in the House of Prophecy, Gangrel wants to move on but he's still connected to the Crusaders, Dean Ambrose just wants people to forget how he ignored Kaiba's "insanity dilemma", etc. At the same time, I also ask where do Gods turn to? I mean, people worship gods, but who do gods worship? Gods throughout mythology are shown to have human qualities—the Greek gods could have their own TV show dedicated to all of the shit they go through! What happens to gods in the end? American Gods got me hooked on the idea of worship and deities, but more on that later.

"What's the point?" I have to ask this for days on end. My point: there is a story that's not yet done, that BEGS to be written. Like the play: "Six characters in search of an author", there is something that needs to be written, needs to be told, JUST as it is—not in an interpretation, but as a REALITY. There is a story that needs to be told, something that I have to write to show that I can do something. The addition of so many gods since I last became a full-time troper has left me drowning and hard for me to catch up. I feel lost and confused, ostracized and shunned, and writing is the only place where I'm NOT kicked out or ignored. I HAVE A VOICE THERE and I want it TO BE HEARD. YOU HEAR ME?!

...That's all I can say a this moment. If you like my stories, fine. If you hate them, fine. If you want me to change something, voice your opinion, have a question, TALK TO ME. I'm not someone who is locked up in my own world-=I can interact and want to interact with people here. If there is a problem with the way I write, who I write about, what I write about, don't hesitate. Just don't...it feels like I don't belong in the Pantheon the more I go away then come back to it. That's not what I want. That's not what ANYONE wants, right?

And with that, I finish this long, and most likely annoying, post. Thank you for your time.

[up]Hmm…with such depth planned, perhaps my Tale of Life need not be connected that much to the Tarot Crusaders tale, only that it takes place before it.

[down]Um, wait, what? Does this mean I'll have to wait, and then work with you on those stories?

And all this began from answering "how to get Nanako in the know on what her Big Bro is doing". Persona acquisition was not a integral part of the plan.

EDIT: I planned on putting it in the Tales of Life, though the planned tale of mine does sound a tad too...integral to Character Development.

[up]I agree on the statement. I am thinking of a short story collection that takes place throughout the month of October that connects everything to TC (which is necessary cause this story will be CRAMMED with lots of stuff in the span of about 36 hours) and Nanako getting a Persona will have to be explained there.

Also, I also assume that both Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo also got personas offscreen since the Crusaders all were having nightmares involving their shadows. Their personas are a Pomola (a Native American dear with icy wings) and a Thunderbird. The only question now is...where do we put the story because I don't want it lump with the Tales of the Alliance.

But I have something in the Story Arcs I've forgotten—"Inmate Echoes"! It originally was going to bridge Muse Hysteria and Friendship Asylum but we can use that for Nanako's Persona story and other stories that serve as a backstory to Tarot Crusaders! GENIUS!

[up][up]Are we still allowed to use the main page to link to the WordPress version of the tales? And yeah, given how it gradually devolved into an anti-Disney Channel rant, I've decided to scrap the Disney Villain Uprising both to avoid controversy, and because it won't contribute much to the pantheon's canon overall.

Wrong Buttons will still go as planned as a Denser and Wackier Breather Episode set after the events of the Reformation of Law and Tarot Crusaders. I intend for it to be a homage to the works of Roald Dahl, with James and the Giant Peach and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (well... mainly the 1971 film adaptation) as the cores (Matilda as well, provided I can get a ticket for the Musical that is coming to Adelaide in May).

[up]When I joined, I had to let Hotman know that I was GastrodonAmy so that he could give me editing rights, though I don't know how to create pages myself.

How should I handle the "alternate timelines start bleeding into pantheon and wrecking havoc" idea?

Should it be its own tale, or should it be one of the five apocalyptic disasters of "Cataclysm" since its been suggested that the Keyblade War (original first disaster) is worthy of its own arc? If the later, then I need some help writing a prophecy about it. Or a hybrid answer be used (1st disaster gets its own tale and disasters 2-6 be named Cataclysm)?

Hmm…is it okay to rework Iji to Karma Meter again and add the rampager her, or just rework to cover the update? In any case, my plan for changing the pacifist her is to have her visit the TV World to acquire a Persona in order to better combat magic-based enemies. Shadow Iji would mock her, as many Shadows do. She tells Iji that she's just deluding herself in thinking she's isn't killing anybody, eggs her on how much she hates the aliens for wrecking her planet, and stuff like that. Iji would deny her Shadow like most do, but admit before that that she could've been her Shadow in an alternate timeline, but isn't at present and won't ever be.

A battle against the Shadow (with whatever Investigation Team members accompanying Iji) ensues, and after defeating it, Iji will confess that her previous Technical Pacifist behavior (which turns out to be a borderline villainous version) was just a way to cope with the war she was in, to keep herself from becoming a berserker just like her Shadow by lying to herself that her enemies should know by now that she may reflect their shots, and so to shoot anyway would be their own fault. But now that she's in the Pantheon, she now knows she's not alone, that she now has friends to back her up (and do the killing where she can't), and that the fate of the entire world does not rest upon (just) her shoulders, so she can now behave more like a traditional heroic Technical Pacifist; to fight without killing. And with that, Iji then acquires her Persona.

And at the same time, due to some timeline-changing bullshit or something, her Pacifist Run story has changed, and she discovers the Passive Weapon options in her Nanogun, allowing her to fight without needing to hold back (as much as before, at least).

And maybe I can make this a Tale of Life. Or just integrate it in a rework.

[down]No, we haven't. It was never in my plans. And I think I'll just stick to rework in regards to what I just said above.

Okay I have an idea for a series of short stories focusing on various characters in the Pantheon. Basically these stories take place at different points in the timeline of the Book of Trope and centres on interactions and discoveries these characters have and face along the way.

Several of the characters that will be featured, along with the scenarios, include the following;

- Team RWBY taking on the disguised Psycho Rangers for the first time.

- The Three Stooges preparing for a show in the House of Theatre, only to be greeted by a familiar face.

- San having to defend Celebi and Chibiterasu from a joint alliance of Ghetsis and Mr. Burns.

- Jason Lee Scott and Tommy Oliver taking a break from training while reminiscing about their ranger days.

- A storyline featuring Jack and Annie travelling to one of the worlds given to them by Belle.

- The Delta Cops (Aqua, Carmelita Fox and Chun-Li) receiving an anonymous tip about a potential attack on the House of Magic.

- Anakin/Darth Vader reuniting with Padme in the House of Royalty.

- Bugs Bunny outwitting Azula, Light Yagami and Batman.

- Kyu Sugardust doing her research on possible people to help out but discovers Petyr Baelish's biography.

This is only a basic list of story ideas and there is the potential of other characters plot lines as well. Some of these stories were also mentioned in bios but only briefly, so the main goal with this is to see what these scenarios and characters interactions were like when they actually happened.

If anyone has any suggestions or comments please feel free to reply.

[up][up]I feel like I can join in on some of your stories (if you don't know I'm the one whose doing many "non-Madoka/Homura/Lucifer/YHVH" stories). I can help you out with the Jack and Annie one and maybe dabble with the Delta Cops if you want me to.

And yeah Hotman, I need to clear that thing with Elena up. I like the character, but sometimes I feel like she can veer close to Canon Sue (All-Loving Hero, Incorruptible Pure Pureness, she easily befriends Akuma) and the only thing stopping her is that she's only been in about 2/3 Street Fighter Games (more if she gets DLC for V). For my project, I need to have her realize that the world's NOT so bright and cheery (aka make her go through Madoka's stuff, har har) but she grows up and becomes more mature about it.

I'm glad you guys are interested in the idea of this series, and if any of you have suggestions for other stories please let me know. The concepts mentioned here have gone through a few changes too, just to let you both know.

Such as Bugs being hunted by Robert Baratheon and the origin story of how the Stooges became the gods of pieing.

So, to those who know I'm here, I'm here to post backstory about the whole "Project: Alternate!Gentaro" story I've been working on.

And note before anyone asks that I just made up the Mirror Pantheon, we have a treasure in the Maximum Security of Treasures known as "The Dimension Mirror" that explicitly states that there's a Mirror Universe of the Pantheon. There, now shut it.

The Mirror Pantheon had someone stupidly unleash Limbo as a weapon and learned the hard way that Evil Is Not A Toy. This lead to most of the Pantheon to become hit with the Biblical Flood and there was no god in sight to signal that it was over (It's inspired by Angels Egg, whose art director was Yoshitaka Amano. Warning: trying to watch it will make your head spin)). Thus the gods that remained (many either died or just left the Pantheon since it was meaningless now) had to struggle to survive where there was nothing to turn to (as in for help).

However, the darkness within Limbo leaves behind a piece of itself—an All-Star Core (it's a name that was mistaken because it looks sort of like a star, so Alt!Gentaro thinks that it came from the stars)—that should someone with a pure heart obtain, they could return the darkness within Limbo back to its rightful place alongside granting one wish from it in exchange for housing the core until the time is right. Alt!Gentaro (or Dark/Mirror Gentaro) found it and was going to befriend it (like I said, Gentaro has befriended non-humans before: heck one of his close friends actually was a non-human but that's a big spoiler) and it seems to have a liking of him, everyone agreed that he'd be the true owner

Except for one person.

The darkness within Limbo responds to a desire in one's heart: it's also a way of how you send someone there. If you wish to send someone to Limbo, then you do so. You get off with it scott-free...until your conscience kicks in and realize that you just sent a soul to an eternity of suffering, but by the time you realize it, the sentence has been passed and you can't do anything about it—and there are chances that the one stuck in Limbo can also drag you there to suffer with them. It's this concept of Limbo that explains how Proxy!Yugi sent the Crusaders to Limbo in MH—so pissed off at their vampire wrestling babysitter one-upping him, he thought it'd be nice to hurt the ones Gangrel loved and make the suffer. But, as TFA notes, that actually turned out to be for the better.

And desire can be anything: be with someone, have material possessions, revenge, lust. It's all the same to the darkness within the end. You can't just go on without life not having desires: it's like trying to live life without human contact.

Mirror!Mitsuzane is grieving since his brother pulled a Heroic Sacrifice to save them, and is jealous of how Gentaro has his friends, can be happy, and now has a power that could be used to do whatever he wants, not realizing that Gentaro's wish to bring the Pantheon back to its former glory would restore his brother. So Mitsuzane wormed his way into Gentaro's group (and Gentaro can be easily fooled, and Mitsuzane's own friend Kota also got tricked) and gave him small lies that stated that his friends would be jealous of that power he contained. As time went on, Gentaro got more and more paranoid...not helping that the darkness within Limbo was causing more problems.

At the same time, Mirror!Mitsuzane searched for the Golden Fruit so that he could be powerful enough to get the core, and then, giving Gentaro drugs to make him hallucinate that his friends were killing him, caused Gentaro to go on a murder spree Higurashi-style before he collapses out of adrenaline. When Mirror!Gentaro wakes up, he finds out that his friends are dead, Mirror!Mitsuzane gloats, kills Mirror!Gentaro and is on his way to obtain the all-star core in a You Kill It You Bought It scenario...but just like with Neyla in "The Friendhsip Asylum" the core WAS NOT HAPPY with this betrayal, not helping that Mirror!Gentaro's dying thoughts was that he wanted to live and be with his friends once more.

The core gave him the desire to live, but at a price.

He was resurrected, and pure of heart...pure evil, pure hate, pure malice for the god who killed him. The page quote for Pure Is Not Good has stated that to be pure of heart does not necessarily mean pure good. Mirror!Mitsuzane realized he made a terrible mistake as Mirror!Gentaro kills him until nothing is left of the boy, and the Golden Fruit that Mirror!Mitsuzane had is now his. He uses the fruit to ensure his friends sends them to Limbo peacefully and hopes that, one day, they will all be together...he does not feel like he's worthy of their friendship now.

That is when Funny Valentine comes him.

Valentine saw Mirror!Gentaro's attack, and states that if he wants to be able to really rest in peace, and to really make it to Limbo at his current state, then perhaps recreating the darkness within Limbo's original attack, gaining a group of individuals that would make it easier, would be the right choice (unaware that he's also being used). Mirror!Gentaro chooses to join Valentine but knows that he can't replace our Gentaro due to the laws of the mirror world: should you enter the opposite world, you swap places. Valentine says not to worry, and states that Gentaro would be easily "disposed of", starting the events of "The Friendship Anomaly" and all of the heartbreak that goes down with it.

The second part revolves around Alt!Gentaro's role in TC. Alternate!Gentaro spent 4 months in the dark world of Limbo, due to the darkness not believing he deserved redemption and also himself. When he finally makes it out, he is greeted by his friends who are so happy to see him, and don't hold grudges that he killed them, because they knew that it wasn't their Gentaro. Alternate!Gentaro is crying Tears Of Joy in what seems like forever, and thinks that now, now, he can be happy.

He's not.

Queen Mystica, who was taken as an apprentice by Lady Imagica, does not see Alt!Gentaro's redemption as genuine, and after a fight against a (defenseless) Alt!Gentaro, she hurls him into the Heart of Limbo, the All-Star Core still in him fused into its heart and unleashes the darkness within Limbo once more and Alt!Gentaro to be fused with the Heart, unable to escape, unable to leave, unable to be with the people he loves so much. No human, no living soul is capable of being the Heart of Limbo's vessel—doing so would kill them, which is why it's the No.1 rule amongst those who live in Limbo to never do such a thing. But Queen Mystica violated that rule, and now Limbo will start to decay.

The only way one is able to escape that punishment is to find someone of a pure heart (it has to be "pure" not ''good", but good is usually common) so Queen Mystica has to scramble for whatever she can in order to get the darkness back. Thus the entirety of the Rabbit Tribe, the Broken Hardys, the Crusaders, etc., etc., etc. Alt!Gentaro, while stuck to the Heart of Limbo, can reshape it to whatever he desires, but eventually he will die from the power and he's the only thing that's keeping Limbo stable at this point in the story.

After the Crusaders pass his trials (with one of them having the Crusaders kill the Mirror counterparts of everyone they loved—Apple Bloom murdered Gangrel's with a bullet to the brain and stabbed him over and over), they are at the Heart of Limbo, when they learn that Alt!Gentaro is there. Normally, their pure hearts would make them suitable hosts for the Heart, but thankfully for them but it's not revealed until later, Gangrel chewing out Alt!Gentaro saved them from a Fate Worse Than Death. Alt!Gentaro, knowing he has little time to waste, kicks everyone—minus the Crusaders—out of Limbo so that he can explain just what they were getting into because Queen Mystica has no idea what she's doing and her attempts are going to make everything WORSE. With the last of his strength, he cries out that he wanted his life back and gets the Crusaders out of the Heart, but they will have to escape a collapsing Limbo by themselves (they escape thanks to the Maiden in Black, right around the time Gangrel/"David" emerges)

Ash Ketchum, who is currently the darkness within Limbo's vessel (he has no idea about it), sees Alt!Gentaro and states that he'll carry the Heart of Limbo for him, because hey, it's Ash. Alt!Gentaro is confused seeing as the real Ash barely knows him at all, but Ash will not let someone who has suffered so much be punished. With this act of kindness, Alt!Gentaro passes the Core of Limbo's powers to Ash, and thanks to Ash's Aura Powers, he can control it well and is capable of opening a rift to connect Limbo to the Pantheon. With his last moments!, Alt Gentaro goes to save "David" and Xion from being swallowed and hopes that one day, he could see the two becoming friends before dying away. Ash Ketchum is capable of reviving all the souls that were swallowed and brings them "upstairs" to the Pantheon where they will help stop the darkness within Limbo and send it back home.

But first, they have to stop Regina Insamore (A Fusion Dance of Queen Mystica and the darkness within Limbo) but that's something I'm not going to spoil.

Note to self: Never bet on Entei.

That sound…very complicated.

Btw, I did a couple of editing in my (or I think it's our) draft for "Shattered Illusion". Waiting on you for a response.
