Bad match-up. All his bullets are diverted by an unseen force, and he is then trapped in a prison of warped space where all trajectories lead to the same point, or simply warped to the other side of the planet. Even if he tries to snipe him, he'll probably get hit but just reappear unharmed. So since John likes rationality so much, he better be able to rationally explain his actions.

Someone with a weapon specifically designed to counter them.

She's fought those before, and still came out on top. A guy with Cold Iron armor and an EMP field has only so much range, which her tech-based laser gun can take down from afar without getting shorted.

Juza would be far too fast to hit at any range. He'd close the distance fast and tear them apart quickly.

I'd say Saber of Red can fight him toe-to-toe, thanks to his own superhuman strength and excellent Magic Resistance. He'll retreat eventually, though, since to defeat Castiel he needs to use his Noble Phantasm (which reveals his identity).
