For starters, I think that a rename vote is premature because there is still a discussion of what if anything this page should about.
I don't see how naming things "Beverly Hills" that take place in said setting is any more of a trope than including the location of other works in their titles. Do we need a trope page for titles that include "Manhattan" in the title, like "Maid in Manhattan", "Little Manhattan", "Manhattan", "Manhattan Melodrama"... etc. Or perhaps a trope page for movies with "Texas" in the title? How about everything with "Rome" or "Roman" in the title? A bit much if you ask me.
be more reasonable is a variation on The Place
where the setting is included in the title rather than just being the entirety of the title. Such a page would need be okay, but perhaps Too Common For Examples
As for this page, the real trope that I think the page is hinting at is that the fact that the American movie/TV industry gives a disproportionate amount of attention to Beverly Hills, California as a setting for where the rich and glamorous
live. Which is no surprise because that is where so many of the movie/TV industry types live in or near.
I mean, when is the last time you've heard of a TV series about Loudoun or Fairfax counties in Virginia?
