Okay, so no one has anything, lemme try.

The movie plays as usual until the middle, where they are challenged by the Monstars. Realizing they need help, Daffy decides to have a formula of their own whipped up. All the toons start looking everywhere for the right person for the job (or at least, someone who can actually perform the job). Finally, after scrambling everywhere they can (and considering who we're talking about here, they could end up anywhere) and failing to find anyone that can do this, they somehow arrive in Arls and learn of a girl named Meruru, a princess who has taken up alchemy. Hearing this, they all rush to her place and beg for her help. Naturally, they have trouble pronouncing her full name when she introduces herself. A short talk later, and they have her develop a drink that will make them superstar basketball players, and enlist her as something akin to the team's water girl.

Sponge Bob Square Pants/Adventure Time/Phineas and Ferb, aka the three greatest cartoons of the 21st century.

A special hour-long episode begins with Phineas and Ferb inventing an interdimensional portal. The duo, along with Perry, is meant to go to Ooo, but ends up stopping at Bikini Bottom along the way by accident. Spongebob, Patrick, and Plankton all end up inside the portal by accident. Plankton ends up collaborating with Ice King to reach their respective goals. They are defeated by the other party members, along with Marceline.

Haruhi uses a trans-dimensional portal to go to the Big Bang Theory universe, but since it is only a one way travel, Sheldon must create another one with his own skills. It ends up looking like a batman device, and it explodes when Haruhi uses it.

Ed, Edd and Eddy are stuck in the Netherworld and they have to each obtain $5 and at least 1 Jawbreaker by scamming the Netherworld inhabitants in order to escape. (I don't know much about Disgaea, this is what I could figure based on the TV Tropes main page).

Some of these ideas sound a bit outlandish to me.

I'll take a crack at Incredibles x Big Hero 6 since no one else can be bothered, apparently.

Since Bob and Helen are too old to fight crime these days, Dash and Violet carry on the task themselves, when suddenly they receive word the something's happening in the city of San Fransokyo, and they need to investigate it, and put a stop to it. While there, they find Hiro and the gang and get more detail into the situation and find out that Yokai have been causing havoc. They join forces and begin to track him down.

Rolling Girls x Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Instead of The Great Tokyo War dividing Japan, it was a large gang war that eventually caused a schism in San Andreas, and it's a young CJ who finds Maccha Green and decides to take up her role.
