........... what the hell is Mighty Med??
Alright, it's likely what most Teen Titan fans would prefer.

Oh.
Live-action. :(
I'll do a compartmentalized comparison by half-decade.
Early '90s: Cartoon Network didn't exist/was fledgling and didn't have original content yet. Disney's cartoons were far too adventure-centric for my taste except for a few shows, one of which is my absolute favorite cartoon, Goof Troop. Nickelodeon introduced several shows I adore including Rocko's Modern Life, my second favorite Nicktoon, as well as Doug and Rugrats.
Nickelodeon: 8 Disney: 6 Cartoon Network: 5
Late '90s: The toughest of all. Cartoon Network started expanding and creating original content, the overwhelming majority of which was quite good. Nickelodeon, meanwhile, had taken to coming out with one or two new shows a year, including my favorite Nicktoon, Hey Arnold!. Disney's new cartoons were also really good, with me being proud to be part of both sides of the fandom rivalry between Hey Arnold and Recess, as well as the introduction of Toon Disney. Just because Disney's output had shrunken around the time that the other two's rose, I'd have to give it 3rd in this race. Cartoon Network edges out Nickelodeon because I liked or loved every single original Cartoon Cartoon (except I Am Weasel which I never saw) while this was when Nickelodeon provided some shows I barely cared about.
Cartoon Network: 10 Nickelodeon: 9 Disney: 8
Early '00s: Nickelodeon still doesn't fail to impress, providing me with three of my favorite Nicktoons (Pelswick, My Life as a Teenage Robot, and Danny Phantom) and many others I really enjoyed. Meanwhile, Cartoon Network was airing Spiritual Successors to Rocko (Camp Lazlo) and The Powerpuff Girls (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends), which I also loved. Disney too was making great new shows such as House of Mouse and Kim Possible. This was also when Nicktoons Network came out.
Nickelodeon: 10 Cartoon Network: 8 Disney: 7
Late '00s: This is where I start to get annoyed with all three of them, because they decide to break their toon-centric stations by killing them entirely or significantly changing their formats. In terms of new content, Disney's making almost nothing (and I think I only watched one show they did which was a TV spinoff), more of Nickelodeon's content wasn't that interesting (although I'm one of the people who actually did kinda like Fanboy and Chum Chum), and Cartoon Network really only had one original show I liked—Chowder. Nickelodeon was the most consistently good channel during this time.
Nickelodeon: 6 Disney: 5 Cartoon Network: 4
Today: I suppose I technically prefer Cartoon Network since I still watch some shows on it (well, regularly a show—Total Drama—which is a Teletoon export so it may not count... but I have enjoyed sketches from Uncle Grandpa too). Nickelodeon might still get my vote for still having The Fairly OddParents! and Sponge Bob Squarepants, though admittedly I haven't watched much of either in the recent seasons, but it loses a point due to having that Rabbids show (which I can't remember the exact title for right now). Disney might not even be in the running at this point, since I haven't watched anything from their television since Toon Disney died.
Cartoon Network: 6 Nickelodeon: 5 Disney: 5
Total: Nickelodeon: 38 (7.6 avg.) Cartoon Network: 33 (6.6 avg.) Disney: 31 (6.2 avg.)
Winner: Nickelodeon, but in a fairly close race.

I'd hate to be a buzzkill, but Pelswick isn't actually a Nicktoon.
..... I like Wander Over Yonder, Phineas And Ferb, and the new Mickey shorts.
I guess it falls under the same "import" exemption that Total Drama does, but Nickelodeon counted it as one so I did too.
I'm sure 0dd explained it already, but not everyone cares either old or new about TT. I actually find the new series is growing on me.
In the long run, we all can predict that the channel that will out last all three of these channels AND bring them together is Hub, basically since it's not in aliance with any other company of programming.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceIt's been mentioned by others before, but the original show had as much closure as it's gonna get, and they are not going to bring it back, no matter how much you beg them, no matter how good it was (and make no mistake, it was very good), no matter whether or not the showrunners even want to bring it back or not. It's over. The new series never made itself out to be any sort of continuation or anything more than just a gag-based humor series, and while I personally haven't watched it yet (I've been meaning to, but it's not high on my priorities right now), I'm sure it does a good enough job in that respect. Don't want that? Fine, you don't have to watch it. You also don't have to spit on its name every time it's mentioned, though, as if its very existence is tarnishing the Teen Titans name (it's not—believe me, the New 52's already done a good enough job of tarnishing it without the show's help). And even besides that, you want further stories set in the show's universe? Read the damn comics! And no, I'm not talking about the mainline TT series—I'm talking about the comic series set in the show's universe (which, confusingly enough, is also named Teen Titans Go!). While that book's run ended long ago, it shouldn't be too hard to find if you want to read the issues (and I believe the entire series has been collected in a series of trades by now), and, as someone who used to read the series, I can tell you that it very much keeps true to the spirit of the show (although the humor is more prominent in places; it still keeps with the same general tone the show had, though).
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.
Wow, way to generalize in the most pretentious way possible.
