What would your character do in the above situation?

My characters are Private Security Contractors with an heroic alignment, and the work for a humanitarian non-profit organization, so in a flip world, their employer turns evil and becomes some sort of Westernized version of Al Queda. All three would fight their way out of the HQ, then seek to join the (now good) opposition (you know, those brave resistance fighters working for that shadowy Robin-Hood like hero Osama Bin Laden).

Kay: Would burn half the building down on the way out.

Yuri: Assassinates the boss before leaving with Kay

Samir: Hacks into the system and leaves a backdoor trojan.

Congrats, RESP. You made a question interesting enough to be repeated for this long.

Alt!Occupied Space would be a peaceful place filled with alien civilizations and no capacity for a realistic war. Combat would be a complicated and unintuitive thing involving personal deflector shields and snazzy laser wands. Naturally, they wouldn't even think of Land Ironclads, Gearwings, mechsuits, arsenal frigates, Armored Gods, neutron slugs, combat cyborgs, or any kind of combat psyker, let alone kinetic weapons or hardsuits capable of any level of protection. Having worked in an environment where Violence Really Is the Answer, the Dangerous Strangers would get in a bit of hot water for being psychotic criminals with no remorse and more powerful weapons than any military organization. They would eventually either settle down a bit or would be secretly recruited by one of the many tender loving empires to do their dirty work.

Additionally, everyone would dress like idiots in spandex and the soundtrack would be dreadful.

Your characters are conscripted into a Nerf War. What weapons would they bring to the table? Don't know your Hornet from your Hammershot? Here's the wiki to help you.

Jorge The Angry Basketball would use a red and black Marauder Long Sword, and would bounce around while hitting people with his sword.

Your character becomes a prehistoric animal. Which one do they become?

Peter would probably be some sort of prehistoric rodent, you can't run away from what you really are. Which, in Peter's case, is a rat.

Ben would become a Brachiosaurus.

Steve would become a being from before time and space, you can't get more prehistoric, and madness inducing.

Your character is sent to meet a contact. When they meet, the contact is shot in the head by a sniper. What does your character do next?

Kommissar: Sounds like business as usual. He'd either go after the sniper or find out why this contact was sniped.

Victor: He'd just shout "What the hell." And find the person who sent him to the contact. He might've been set up.

Jenny: She'd just freak out and get out of the area. She might be next, after all.

Your character is being chased by the police.

Assuming that they're normal police and not Xenobreakers:

Calia would get her dad to force them to call off the attack.

AC will try to avoid them to the best of his ability. Given his speed and agility, he should be able to.

Amber would shapeshift into air to lose their trail and escape before reforming somewhere that's less police infested.

Melanie would shapeshift into water to escape their trail, enter the drainage system to try and get back to her house (where she will be safe).

Somebody of a different race makes a racist remark towards your character, right in front of them.

Peter would systematically go about ruining this racist's entire life, probably with some very illegal images. Of course Peter would do this to someone who cut him off on the freeway, so maybe racism isn't a hot button topic for him.

Eveleen would probably be seriously offended, because the subject isn't a matter of skin color but of how she came to be. A number of people in the refuges aren't accepting of "forgeries" (people created via forging ) due to an unfortunate incident where a madman created an entire army via this method. However, Eveleen is always the optimist and would try to show people that she isn't a mindless drone but a human being through and through.

Your character has been slacking off lately and has fallen out of shape. How do they get back into shape?

Xolo would train like a madman, but he wouldn't let himself get out of fit, anyway.

Ana doesn't give a crap.

Steam would get back into having a scheduled fit time.

Your character is told he must travel to the north.

Calia and Amber would go to the army's training room and fight stuff or do simulation exercises. Or even better, fight each other to train their skills again- they'll re-learn their fighting tactics quickly that way.

AC would also go to the training room to practice his stuff. He rarely goes out of shape however as his battle info and tactics are digitally stored in his data.

The North pole of Terra 102 has a shaft that leads down to the center of the planet. If AC, Calia or Amber are told to get there, that would mean that something strange is occurring up there, most likely something escaping the shaft.

Assuming that teleporters aren't available, they'll have to take the highways:

AC would get a hoverbike to travel there. Running on the highways would waste unnecessary power.

Calia would ride on Chris to fly there.

Amber would shapeshift into air to get there quickly.

Your character is bumped into by someone who subtly steals their wallet in the process.

Feel bad for the pickpocket, all Peter's got in his wallet is an expired gift card for Red Robin, two fake ID's and a twenty year old condom.

Stormy is skilled in pickpocketing herself, she would steal whatever the pickpocket has on his person during the initial bump.

Noah probably would be annoyed, but wouldn't get bent out of shape about it. He's got enough on his mind.

Your character decides to retire.

Addison, Papercut and Verge can only retire by dying... But if they had the choice, they would all have chosen to do so years ago.

What would your character build if they had infinite LEGO bricks?

Calia technically has infinite LEGO bricks considering that the can create them out of thin air. She'd build LEGO version of Chris and all her friends.

AC would build LEGO armor plates for a Humongous Mecha then try to actually fit them on a mecha frame. He'd also build small LEGO vehicles and appliances.

Amber would make life-sized versions of the army vehicles and weapons, she loves them.

Melanie would try to build a life-sized replica of her mansion. She can shapeshift into living water and her mom can do the same so it's not all that hard.

Your character is punched by a drunk person in a bar (or outside it).

Peter gets into bar fights all the time, and always loses, he's more of a "catch them by surprise" kind of fighter. Doesn't mean he won't keep fighting though.

Stormy punches the drunkard back, she can give as much as she receives. If the fight gets too out of control she can really unleash some whoopass on everyone.

Your character is dosed with a love potion that makes them fall in love with the first person they see (and for the sake of being interesting it cannot be filtered or counteracted by magic or cybernetics or whatever, AND your character isn't immune to its effects. It just needs to run its course). Who do they fall in love with and how do your other characters react to this? And how does the afflicted character react once the potion has worn off?

Addison and Papercut live together... So unless Verge was there... They'd fall in love with each other. Some crazy stuff would happen... It would drive Verge insane, I mean, jumping off his balcony insane. It wouldn't hurt him too much, but yeah...

William Williams would be absolutely insulted by the insinuation that he would use any name but the famous name of William Williams!

Peter would be forcefully removed from the position in under twelve minutes. Unless he's trying to break his record.

Eveleen isn't comfortable being put in charge, she'd rather somebody else does it. However, she would make an effort to be a good leader.

Noah would fold under pressure and inadvertently open a portal to The Dark Place with slimy tentacles spilling forth and snatching up all the other society members.

Your character is told by their creator (whoever or whatever that may be) that they were made "just to see if they (the creator) could do it."

Serious question: What's a high society council? Google ain't helping.

Your Character Is Roped into Forming A Rock Band

The Dangerous Strangers already have enough musical talent to make a decent rock band, but they would instantly be outclassed by the prefab automated musicians that are prevalent in Occupied Space. If they were actually in a band, they would recruit a horn section and keyboardist, likely putting a bit of an industrial and swing aspect to their band. It would be interesting to say the least, and would be bloated with Author Appeal.

Same Situation, since I've pretty much given up on making new situations for now.

Calia, Amber and Melanie, being part arcane beings, would use electronic versions of fantasy/ancient instruments (think electric harp, electric ocarina and stuff there!). They'll sing, while their Guardians play the music (since the girls aren't that good at playing instruments). The three girls have rather good singing voice so it could work. AC would provide the synth sounds and effects.

Overall, it would be something pretty different, not even one that robots can reproduce well due to its ethereal nature.

Verge needs a holiday, so he would take it. You can't actually physically leave Arcadia, but spiritually, you're gone from there so it would be kind of nice...

Your character's soul goes AWOL

Half soul AWOL (unique case here):

Calia: Chris is part of her soul as a Guardian Entity, and she's quite disobedient. Calia will chase down Chris and try to force her to behave before Chris starts killing people for soulfood.

Amber: Firewhirl is part of her soul as a Guardian Entity. If Firewhirl decides to do this it usually means she's being influenced by somebody. Unlike Chris, Firewhirl is much more well-behaved.

Full soul AWOL:

This means that Chris has absorbed Calia's soul and left with it. This is either good or bad news- Chris does this to save Calia from an inescapable trap (Chris can regenerate Calia's body) or it means Chris is being disobedient and doesn't want Calia to stop her (see above about killing people for soulfood, except no Calia to stop her!)

The same thing can happen to Amber and Firewhirl.

Your character is facing down the Big Bad in the very definitely final battle.

Verge is facing down Inquisitor Marcs, whoo! Go Verge!

Addison and Papercut would literally be cheerleaders for him.
