Fanfic ideas you have.

I kinda have an idea for a Steven Universe Fic.

With a male ge- -is shot-

Actually, a Male Gem might be worth investigating. After all, the show is noted for its testing gender sterotypes; so how about having it test its *own* boundaries and have a Gem become male because "that's how she feels she really is?" I wouldn't necessarily need that on the show, but in a fic it would be OK.

Meanwhile, here are some ideas of mine: a Steven Universe fic about Pearl dating Mayor Dewey (completed) a Steven Universe/ Big Hero 6 crossover (in progress) and a superhero/anime story (using original characters, but plenty of classic stereotypes) (completed).

I'll be honest, most of my ideas revolve around dropping OC's with interesting situation into certain verses' and seeing what happens. I've never been particularly great at using just the main characters, no clue why.

Anyway! Ideas as follows:

A "The Incredibles" fic set a couple years after the climax of the first movie. The plot would be about a small time group of producers documenting the New Age of Heroism. Footage, photos, and soundbites would be strung together showing the intricacies of the new era with several interviews being carried over the course of the story involving the new heroes and The Incredibles themselves with the older Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack taking center stage. Now, I'm kinda stuck between leaving it there or have some subtle personal development happen behind the camera with the Head Producer of the film, like this documentary could have captured the birth of the worlds newest hero, the rise of a villain, or the moral development of someone on the cusp of being a complete scumbag. I dunno.

Next idea is simpler, I think. Another substantial time skip and refocusing of the main plot on the younger cast, this time for Despicable Me. I'm thinking that there will be two protagonists, Margo, in her early twenties and attending college, and Edith, about to forego college completely and pursue whatever else. I'm not entirely sure where Agnes would fit into either story, but she would be worked in somehow. Anyway, for the Margo storyline, I think I'd put her into a Taylor Hebert situation, doing bad things for good reasons and all that. It, of course, would never get to quite that level but the motif is the same. I think that Margo would end up as a tempt for the Bank of Evil after applying to a shady ad in the paper (because she was confident she'd be able to get out of whatever trouble could be there) and would catch wind of some major plot to "evil" the world or whatever. Being an Anti-Villain League prospective she decides to stay, foil the plan, and maybe even bring down the Bank of Evil for good. However, there are complications: 1. Margo shows that she is scary competent at someone else's job and get the attention of Mr. Perkins, 2. Margo discovers that the Bank of Evil kinda, sorta, runs the world and bringing it down would decimate the global economy, and 3. She's college kid cocky and thinks that she could run the bank legit. So she begins to amass contacts, information, favors, etc. in preparation for a takeover and in the process begins to develop a reputation that brings to the attention of the AVL.

Then along comes Edith, already a skilled AVL agent (she never grew out of that ninja phase), but currently stuck with crap assignments after her last mission went bad, catching wind of the new element in the villain game. She decides to gather intel on the new girl before telling the director and discovers her big sister, helping the villains. The cliched thing doesn't happen however and Edith goes strait to her sister and asks her what's up (with a stun pen in her pocket, just in case) and finds out all about the villains plan. She decides to help out anyway she can.

The main conflicts of this story would include Edith and Margo keeping there extracurricular activities a secret, the stress of keeping secrets from their families, Margo steadily Becoming The Mask in regards to her villainous alter ego, and Edith seeing this happen and being conflicted over whether she could turn her sister in, or worse, if need be.

i need help with title ideas for a project arms fusion/crossover where ranma will represent iwao takatsuki, ryoga keith blue, etc and the arms children will be their kids so it will be kind of in the same vein of descent and inversions convergence series and reality series

A crossover between Little Witch Academia and Soul Eater in which the two schools are feuding against each other, threatening to turn into a full scale war because Medusa.

Idea for Fire Emblem: Awakening or Dragon Ball Xenoverse Self-Insert Fic where average Joe who isn't used to Anyone Can Die settings winds up suffering badly.

I'm pretty sure people have done it though. Though I have an idea for a subplot in that fanfic regarding the FEA!SI's jealousy towards 'Marth'.

From what I have gathered so far...a morally ambiguous cyberpunk character with necromancer powers (gained from nanobot injections and DNA splicing) joins a group of other meta human individuals banded together under the principle of all of them suffering misfortune in life. He ends up becoming the Team Medic and main support

Problem is detailing that out correctly. I know how to limit the character in itself power wise (very simple problem to solve really). I know how I want the character to act, what he looks like, what his character development arc will be (alongside others involving the other characters), the weaknesses, the motivations, the quirks, and all that.

But my god do I find myself constantly scrapping drafts of the story.

1. The fanfic I am currently working on is pretty much another retelling of Justice League. Except instead of making a completely different League every other writers tend to do I decided to have it be an Adaptation Distillation of a lot of all Justice League materials I experience; that includes the cartoon, Grant Morrison run on JLA, Young Justice, some of New52 (mostly in terms of completely different costumes), and the original Gardner Fox comic. It is mostly a more updated retelling of the Gardner Fox era League with certain changes I made to make them more engaging.

I am starting it off with the origin story which I pretty much just use the first story with Starro (prefer him as the teams first villains then the Appalexians) and use elements from the teams other origin story (like the eldritch nature of the character being in line to the Centre from New Frontier, the grand scale invasion plot similar to the New52 origin with Darksied, and how the league get together is similar to the cartoon's own assemblage).

2. After I finish (or at least make it up to 15 chapters) of the Justice League fan fic, I want to do the same with Marvel Characters. I intend on create a universe where not only it combines elements from the comics, movies and show into one coherent universe but also one that does away with the Superman Stays Out of Gotham nature these heroes tend to have.

So for example, all the big name scientist of that universe (Reed, Tony, Beast, Bruce, Jane, etc) all know each other from a special program they were are part of as teens; setting up close interaction among each other in their respective stories. And that whole strife between the Avengers and X-Men will least likely happen seeing how I will not only have mutant characters as Avengers but also Avengers as members of the X-Men (I'm thinking Stark might do the trick).

This one, like the JLA fan fic, is a huge work in progress for me.

3. After playing so much Dungeon of the Endless, I thought how fun it will be to imagine the events of the game as a black comedy story making light of the gameplay and its characters? It would be like what if Douglas Adam wrote the script of Pitch Black. That is a fan fic I would want to write.

4. A Transformers-GI Joe-MLP crossover. Then again, before that, a GI Joe retelling that takes the concept of the group being wanted criminals and Cobra being a Villain with Good Publicity. The catch? Make it more of a Grey-and-Gray Morality where the Joes edge on He Who Fights Monsters territory and Cobra, while still bent on complete domination of the world, has elements of Well-Intentioned Extremist who actually want to help humanity.

How the crossover ties to this GI Joe universe where the good guys are destructive saviors and the bad guys have valid reasons for wanting to rule? I don't know. But it would be interesting once I come to that part.

5. Another one I thought of for a while is a Massive Multiplayer Crossover which stars six characters from different series who are known for being completely crazy. Why? Cause I want to write a Crazy Awesome comedy fic starring such characters. They include Deadpool (obviously), Pinkie Pie (also obviously), Joseph Joestar (because I want it to be insane), Izzy (cause she is underutilized in her series and Deadpool needs a female Robin to his Frank Miller Batman), Sweet Tooth (for a non-Joker token evil clown teammate) and Big K (a character I created in my own series of work that I hope becomes a video game who is include to fill out the Mary Sue quota of fanfics}.

Pretty much the story can be seen as similar to Sonic For Hire (which is just place these characters in a different universe and watch them fuck shit up).

I think my favorite will be when I place them in the cross universe and they all are infected with the virus. Long story short a third of the group went crazed (Joseph and Pinkie), half of them went completely sane (Deadpool, Izzy and Marcus) and only one just remains the same due to story breaker powers of controlling atoms (Big K, though to be fair the sane part of his split mind did went insane and tried to murder the too insane to go insane part of the mind) . . . scratch that, he just went into a coma thus getting rid of Mr. Story Breaker.

Might not do this fan fic anytime soon. Still needs work.

That sounds like an interesting crossover.

Knowing the characters of Soul Eaters opinions on witches, this maybe a good example of culture shock.

Oooh, potential Incredibles 2 plot line. Sounds like a good read.

An AU where Persona 3 and Persona 4 switch plots. Which also needs a betareader, if anyone wants the job.

I started writing something about The Silmarillion (in Ye Olde Butcherede Englishe no less) about how Ungoliant seduced Melkor into rebelling against Eru Iluvatar (and turned from a succubus to a Giant Spider). Melkor also dumped Nienna and she didn't stop crying for 15 millennia. But I've lost inspiration for that and fear that I might dress Melkor in leather pants should I return to the fic.

Also, I've always been a fan of Warcraft, but I've only recently thought of writing a fic about it. With the movie upcoming I started writing a Khadgar/Garona story based on the events of Warcraft: The Last Guardian. I don't seem to find an active Warcraft fanfiction community though.

Other than that, I have one ongoing Harry Potter fic and one about TRON: Uprising on ff.net.

I got an idea the other day for a Legend of Zelda (general) fan fic telling the story of a Re Dead from their perspective - that is, from before they die to when they are on the battlefield, trying to freeze the Hero and getting a taste of the sword...

It'd basically be... thoughts I think in depression when in fanfic form! "How nice it is to be dead... to longer have any thought for one's morality!"

1. A Mass Effect/Dead Space crossover, with the ME Universe being the 'main' contributor, but with DS Universe elements. EarthGov would be the central authority behind the Systems Alliance, who would be a rather minor player in the eyes of Citadel species. The Asari and Salarians, in particular, would be more distant with us than in the ME universe, thanks to our massive amounts of consumerism and our need to crack planets just to sustain our economy. There would be a connection to Reapers and Markers, though there'd be a big surprise there. Also, Necromorphs would replace Collectors...and then some. Essentially, it'd be a much darker universe, with bright little spots here and there where the good really shines.

2. A entire rewrite of the 2009 Star Trek film. I'm planning on keeping the intro scene the same, although the design of the USS Kelvin and the Narada will be very different. Not entirely sure what the Narada will be though, think I'm aiming for an experimental Romulan Destroyer? Anyway, the main deviations will occur after the intro; the timeline will better stick to the original timeline, i.e. Tiberius Kirk (of lovable Shatner and Pine fame) will be a Commander on the USS Republic when the Narada returns, which will cause them to avert their encounter with the Cloud Creature. Of course, there'll be a fleet, an attack on the Narada, lots of explosions, et. cetra. Fun times!

1. A Skyrim fic that involves not one but two Dragonborns, twin brothers who are Dunmer and they're at odds with eachother for a good chunk of the story because one of them is a Werewolf and the other is a Vampire Lord, one supports the Stormcloaks and the other the Empire, one has joined the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood and the other has joined the Companions and College of Winterhold. And where were they raised? Not Morrowind like you expect! They were orphaned babes during the Red Year and were raised by the Skaal.

2. A Harry Potter fic where Harry wakes up one morning and everything just seems... wrong. Turns out, he's trapped in an alternate universe where everything is the opposite and now has to figure out how to get home.

1. A Cyberpunk AU of Teen Titans with some obvious sci-fi aspects. I would likely have to change some the lore in the general DC verse to fit this all together too (Gotham would be even worse then it is in canon). Cyborg's origin might have to be changed or redone in the spirit of the original origin but not the original origin (that's if I bring the augmentation aspect in). The girls would probably have to have there powers gained through Nanobots and Beast Boy would also be the result of a genetic experiment (which funnily enough isn't too different from the origin story he has anyway)

2. An Dead Space crossover with Sonic The Hedgehog could be interesting. Obviously Tails would be the protagonist. The Chaos Emeralds would have some connection to the Markers and the Necromorphs in general (including the Moons) would have some connection to the Black Arms aliens. This world would also have some elements of both the games, the comics, and the cartoons mashed into it. Humans, Aliens, and Mobians would all appear as necromorphs. Of course there would be new necromorph strains as well...

Carver either would be Shadow, or Knuckles. Sonic would have died in the past. Nicole I think would be Cosmo. And Ellie would be Nicole the Lynx

I have 2 ideas that I probably want to add in my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fic, here are the simplified versions:

1.The main character Lucario and a Braixen go on a night date around town, and buy a Blaziken Pokedoll from a Banette, only to realize the same night that the doll is actually a REAL Pokemon just turned into a doll.

2. The Lucario somehow accidentally travels back in time to where humans were still the dominant race (long story short, humans used to exist, but were wiped out during some sort of apocalypse) and learned the hard way how Pokemon battling actually came to be: he and a human were thrown into a ring with other humans and Pokemon, and were forced into gladiator-esque battles to the death.

I have an idea for the Star Wars movies set in the Game of Thrones universe. Like, Anakin Skywalker is Anakin Sand because he's a slave from the Free Cities, but when he moves to join the Jedi Order in Kings Landing he gets to name his own house and takes the name Skywalker.

And lightsabers are Valyrian Steel swords.

I am very slowly working on a Morrowind mod in which the player teams up with a hyper competent Imperial Legion special forces unit to take down a terrorist cult. This cult is has big pull in the city of Vivec and it is aiming to expand its reach. The Legion unit is around a light shade of grey at worst (hopefully) and follows the Good Is Not Soft or Nice tropes at times. The terrorist cult is filled with sadistic, brainwashed, racist, fanatical, etc. members and its leader is a egocentric, genocidal, wealthy, megalomaniacal, etc. jackass aiming for everyone to worship him as the supreme god. Some of the gimicks for the mod are that I always want at least one back path for the player for the given task, the questline is not permanently breakable and there is only one person absolutely essential for the plot to continue and finish (the leader of the Legion unit), etc. I hope it is decently written and decently engaging for the player. Also, some things are subject to change as I do not know most of how the plot will play out, though I have some background lore thought of. I work so slowly......

Apocalypse going to the Evangelion Universe and deciding to use the Angels to conquest both worlds.

If anyone could help me find a detailed Metroid lore website and story background during Samus' Chozo period and her Federation period that'd be great. My fanfic idea is basically a retelling of Samus Aran's origin story. It'll be based in Canon, however I will be adhering to it 85-90% of the time. Altering, changing around what I need and what MAKES SENSE to do so to form a better, more coherent narrative. This way it still keeps the story fresh for those who know all the lore and yet retains its authenticity as a fanfic. It will focus on Samus as a character and her growth from a child in her home planet, to the death of her parents and adoption by the Chozo, her growth as a warrior within her culture, their eradication and her induction into the Federation, her rise and actions within the Federation and her eventual fall out and final status as Bounty Hunter. Lots of ground to cover but I hope I can do her justice.

sometime in the future I want to do a sort of Pacific Rim fic with the storytelling of Evangelion, based on the Ars Goetia, but I'm hesitant about it because:

-Originally I actually wanted this particular story to be an Evangelion fic, but since its story is so tightly woven imo, it'll be kinda hard for me NOT to bullshit this fic into the lore somehow. So I moved it to Pacific Rim, since I thought it has a little more room.

-Since the only lore I know of in Pacific Rim is from the movie, I'm bound to have the fic contradict the original work, and I don't like that feeling. And I don't know where to read the comics for free.
