Cute Witches are extremely common in Video Games.

  • Sally from AdventureQuest Worlds is a witch and a Necromancer that dresses in pink, and has a freaking teddy bear.
  • The main character of the Bubble Witch Saga games is Stella, a very cute redheaded witch who travels around with two magical cats bursting magical bubbles, saving fairies and animals, etc.
  • Castlevania being inspired by various horror elements, various games from the series naturally feature examples:
    • The Witch enemies from various games appear as young women on brooms, complete with hats. The Student Witches introduced in Aria of Sorrow count even more, being younger, cuter, and still learning to fly. Only in Circle of the Moon does the Witch look like the traditional ugly Wicked Witch.
    • Charlotte Aulin is an adorable yet skilled teenage witch. Having ties to the famous Fernandez/Belnades clan of magic users, which notably includes Sypha from the third game, definitely helps in this regard.
    • Carrie Fernandez may be tiny and cute, but she's another descendant of Sypha, and just as skilled as that implies.
    • Maria Renard is another adorable little girl, who can summon doves and various guardian animals to defeat enemies with; being ironically easier to play as than the trained vampire hunter Richter.
  • Catmaze have you playing as Alesta, an adorable apprentice witch dressed in red bestowed a quest to explore unknown forests by her mother.
  • Witch Beatrice from Dark Souls is a cute witch in a world where cute doesn't show up much at all. Cut content included a child version of her who was positively twee (and a probable Expy of Schierke from Berserk).
  • Ralsei from Deltarune is the rare male example. He's a friendly, pacifistic Darkner wearing an oversized Robe and Wizard Hat that uses his various spells to help and heal. Even the other characters in-game note that he's adorable.
  • Yuria the Witch of Demon's Souls is very attractive, despite the bug-infested clothes she wears.
  • Dragon Quest:
    • Dragon Quest II: The Princess of Moonbrooke is an adorable, young female spellcaster.
    • Dragon Quest III: The female Mage is a pretty red-haired woman clad in a classic witch green dress.
    • Dragon Quest V: Bianca, Nera and Deborah -the main character's three potential wives- are beautiful, young spellcasters. Madchen -the main character's daughter- is an adorable eight-year-old child who learns several of the best spells in the game.
    • Dragon Quest VIII: Jessica is a gorgeous young lady who turns out to be the best black mage in the party. Played up with the Hexlet costume in the 3DS version, which looks like a modern Halloween costume.
  • Lillet Blan from GrimGrimoire, a teenaged student at a Wizarding School who gets caught in a "Groundhog Day" Loop.
  • The Witch princess from most of the first DS Harvest Moon games. Even though she's pretty mean at start, she becomes a lot nicer when you talk to her a lot (and give her gifts, trigger heart events etc.), and you can even marry her eventually.
  • Ptolemy from The Fairyland Story is a cute little witch in a red hat and dress, and can turn enemies into cakes for a short while.
  • "Natta de" Cotton, the main character of Fantastic Night Dreams Cotton is a cute red-haired girl who flies on a broom and uses her magic to cast colorful spells.
    • There's also Appli de Pumpkin, introduced in Cotton 2, who fits this trope too, right down to wearing a (sentient) pointy hat.
  • Galaxy Angel II: Kahlua Marjoram is older than most examples (21 years old), but nonetheless is a sweet and softspoken young woman who's also very well-versed in magic. Her Sexier Alter Ego Tequila qualifies more as a Hot Witch.
  • Witchina from the obscure arcade and PSX game Ghoul Panic - she's an attractive witch in a pink ballerina-esque outfit who's responsible for all the troubles in the game (which also makes her a Wicked Witch), and flies on a giant magic wand.
  • Marion from the Gunbird series is an adorable 13-year-old witch who dresses in blue, has ribbons in her hair, and flies on a broomstick. Personality-wise, however, she's selfish, mean, and frequently abuses her pet rabbit Pom-Pom.
  • Hazelnut Hex has its main character, Nat, a witch who can conjure the best breakfast in the world (including the eponymous cereal). And she's on a quest to save breakfast after her nemesis, Lamona the Wicked Witch, stole all the breakfast in the land. Because of the game's cutesy, chibi-inspired graphics, this trope applies to pretty much every single witch character in the game.
  • Kirby:
    • Broom Hatter, a recurring enemy, is described as a witch-in-training. She's a yellow Waddling Head who wears a pointed hat and wields a broom, though she uses it to sweep the floor rather than flying. She's seen flying on her broom in Kirby Air Ride, however. In certain games, like Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby Star Allies, she gives the Cleaning ability when copied.
    • Gryll, the True Final Boss of Kirby's Super Star Stacker, appears to be this, donning a brimmed hat with a block-shaped tip and a broom that allows them to fly through outer space. They arrive at Pop Star because they can tell Kirby has become a skilled-enough puzzle-solver to compete with them in one final match.
    • Keke, an enemy from Kirby's Dream Land 3, is a cute white-haired Cat Girl who flies around on a broom and gives Kirby the Cleaning ability. She appears to be a shout-out to Kiki's Delivery Service, and also makes a cameo in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards.
  • The title character from Little Witch Nobeta, obviously. Probably the most Moe protagonist any Souls-like RPG has ever had. She has an array of different elemental spells to cast with her magic wand, and is guided on her adventure by a mysterious black cat.
  • Magical Chaser: Stardust of Dreams is a Fighting Game that crosses over a few relatively obscure seriesabout cute witches, such as Ojamajo Doremi, Twin Princess of Wonder Planet, Princess Comet, among others.
  • The Legend of Zelda:
  • In Moco Moco Friends, the heroine and her rivals are adorable witches who command plushies in battle.
  • Cierra from Riviera: The Promised Land, who nicknamed herself the "Scarlet Witch" due to her color scheme and her tendency to favor fire magic. She also has the Most Common Superpower and is thus a Cute Witch and Hot Witch at the same time.
  • Tyurru of Ninety-Nine Nights is a twelve-year-old magical prodigy, who "unlocks" fearsome magic with her key-shaped staff.
  • Deneb from Ogre Battle is a young and beautiful witch who can use fire magic. She's proven so popular that she's one of the only characters to have shown up in every game in the series, despite her tendency to slaughter entire villages in pursuit of her twisted experiments.
  • Evie the Winter Witch from Paladins is a youthful, teenage ice mage with big blue pigtails and a psycho streak. While crazy and powerful, she is friendly to people she likes and is a proud member of the Paladins. Just don't be around her when she sneezes a blizzard.
  • Vivian the Shadow Siren from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, with her long, pink ringlets, dimples, and adorable smile, is often considered to be second only to Peach in terms of "cute" for the franchise. (And to some fans, even cuter.) And she's not only a witch (having dark, shadowy powers, along with a cool witch's hat), she's a downright powerful one, arguably becoming Mario's most powerful partner after joining his party with her offensive attacks and incredibly useful defensive Veil. (Although, she might only truly count in the English/German versions, anyway; she's cute in Japan too, but might not qualify as a witch in that version.)
  • Pio from the casual free mobile game Potion Maker is a tiny demon witch who's implied to be very old. Her assistant Tia is a more "developed" demon girl looking like a teenage girl, who qualifies as a Hot Witch.
  • Both reoccurring opponent Witch and Arle Nadja from the Puyo Puyo series. They both look like young girls, and both possess the ability to use magic. Witch gets bonus points for using a Flying Broomstick.
  • Melody from Rune Factory. She runs the bathhouse and doesn't quite know why. In the original game, she only dresses the part, but in Rune Factory Frontier, it's possible for her to actually learn magic from Cinnamon.
  • Alice from the Shin Megami Tensei series is a powerful sorceress who resembles Lewis Carroll's Alice - in fact, her cuteness gained her two powerful demons as guardians.
  • While nearly every other witch in the Shrek franchise falls into Gonk territory, Luna from Shrek SuperSlam is an aversion, being a witch in her teens who lacks a Gag Nose like many of the other witches. She does however, have a pretty impressive Evil Laugh and many of her combos will finish with a powerful sneeze.
  • Lymle from Star Ocean: The Last Hope is 15 years old by her race's standards, but mentally acts and speaks like a 6 year old girl. If there's anything she knows complete mastery over though, it's using Symbology Magic and summoning Cerberus from a pocket dimension akin to Hell itself.
  • Witchie for several games in the Story of Seasons series. She first debuts in Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands (with the name Witchkins and slightly younger) and returns for both Story of Seasons (2014) and Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns. She's a small, childish version of the Witch Princess from other games—whom she states is her aunt, and who she lives with in Sunshine Islands—and is studying and very skilled in magic. Upon meeting Dessie and the sprites in Story of Seasons, nature sprite Flik states the town has someone who's part of the Witch's Circle.
  • Super Robot Wars:
  • Arche Klein in Tales of Phantasia may be 17, flat-chested and dress in pink and white, but she's got perkiness, sassines, a Flying Broomstick and potential to fling fireballs, laser rays, thunderbolts, meteors and nukes on her enemies.
  • Mizuno from Tomba! is actually called "The Cute Witch". She's also intensely sarcastic, and prone to losing her magic mirror.
  • Marisa Kirisame, one of the protagonists of the Touhou Project series; if her face doesn't appeal to you as "cute", her witch attire with frills should. Her ally/rival, Alice Margatroid also counts, though in a slightly more mature way, as does the enigmatic Patchouli Knowledge who seemingly doesn't care to change out of her pimped out pajamas. Let's just say all of the witches in Touhou are cute. Actually, let's just say that everyone in Touhou are cute, even the ones that would normally be creepy.
  • Ran from Twinkle Star Sprites is an adorable little fairy girl, who flies on a magic broom and fires energy spheres from her wand.
  • Evie from Vindictus is very attractive, particularly if you deck her out in the Scarlet Witch set. She can create Golems, heal and buff party members, slow down or distract enemies, and if armed with a staff, she can cast a wide variety of long-range spells in order to keep enemies at bay.
  • The witch academy in Wadanohara is full of these, including Wadanohara herself, who is a Clueless Chick-Magnet of multiple characters in the game, including The Dragon of the Big Bad. She provides the subpage image.
  • Ashley from WarioWare is a girl of indeterminate age who spends her time learning spells and mixing things in her cauldron from her Haunted House. WarioWare: Smooth Moves clears away any doubt about what she is when she's depicted riding on a broomstick.
  • Lilka from Wild ARMs 2 - she's both as cute as a button and an Inept Mage (although only really when she's teleporting).
  • Liddell is the titular witch of A Witch's Tale. She has cute blonde pigtails, a sassy attitude, and powerful magic.
  • Fay from Witches X Warlocks is a witch, and has a very cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic personality.
  • Pamela from Yggdra Union is a cute little pink-haired girl who wears a witch's hat and robes and rides a broom. She's also ditzy and childish, and has been know to cry or throw a temper tantrum when denied what she wants.
  • In Yume Nikki, Madotsuki can become one herself through the aptly titled Witch effect. Doing this enables her to fly a broom, which serves no real purpose (as most things in the game). One can trigger an event on the roof this way, though.
