Batwheels

    General
  • Animal-Motif Team: Bam, Buff, Bibi, and Batwing are vehicles based on bats, while Redbird is based somewhat on a bird.
  • Badass Adorable: They are a team of cute and colorful but fierce-looking vehicles.
  • Beauty, Brains, and Brawn:
    • Beauty: Batwing
    • Brains: Bam and Redbird, including Buff when he solved the Riddler's puzzle in "Tough Buff Blues."
    • Brawn: Buff and Bibi
  • Benevolent A.I.: They're A. I in the form of a motherboard inserted into a slot, and they're the main heroes.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: Like Batman himself, they are primarily clad in dark colors and usually active at night, but they are the heroes of the story. Bonus points for their rivals being Bright Is Not Good.
  • Flight, Strength, Heart: All the Batwheels have these abilities.
  • Instant A.I.: Just Add Water!: Bringing the Batwheels to life is just as easy as inserting a motherboard in a slot.
  • Land, Sea, Sky: Bam, Buff, Bibi, and Redbird can ride on land while Batwing has the ability of flight. However, in "Rebird's Bogus Beach Day", Bam can access pontoons to ski on water and he was later upgraded with emergency wings, while Batwing was later upgraded with a submersible mode.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: All the Batwheels have shown these eyes in each episode.
    • Bam in "Secret Origins of the Batwheels" and "Kitty's Sleepover."
    • Redbird in "Sidekicked to the Curb", "Scaredy Bat", "Rev and Let Rev", "Holiday On Ice", the short "Rockin' Robin", "Ace in the Hole," and "To the Batmobile."
    • Bibi in "Cave Sweet Cave," "Holiday On Ice," "Batty Race," "A Tale of Two Bibis," "Ace in the Hole," "Mechanic Panic!," and "To the Batmobile!"
    • Buff in "Cave Sweet Cave" and "Holiday On Ice".
    • Batwing in "When You're A Jet", "Ace in the Hole," and "To the Batmobile."
    • M.O.E In "Holiday On Ice", "Bam's Clawful Mistake", and "Tough Buff Blues."
  • Wingding Eyes: The Batwheels have heart-shaped eyes whenever they see something cute or cool. Also, whenever they get hit or dizzy, their eyes become purple swirls.

    Bam

Not just a group, a team. And I'm calling us... the Batwheels!
voiced by Jacob Bertrand
  • Bash Brothers: With Redbird in "Sidekicked to the Curb" and "Redbird's Bogus Beach Day."
  • Big Brother Instinct: He acts like this to all the Batwheels. Mostly to Redbird, who is his best friend and is like his little brother.
  • Blue Is Heroic: He's navy blue and as heroic as you'd expect from Batman's crime-fighting car.
  • Color-Coded Characters: Navy blue.
  • I Just Want to Be Special: When his friends were talking about going out on adventures with their riders, Bam developed a case of FOMO and fears that Batman will never want his help again.
  • Innocently Insensitive: In "Bam's Clawful Mistake" Bam seems to be oblivious to the fact that M.O.E really wants to be in Batball as more than a referee.
  • Instant Armor: In "Bam's Upgrade", Bam adds a mega jet booster, supermanium armor, and wings to get Batman to choose him for a mission.
  • The Leader: Of the Batwheels.
  • Mythology Gag: His design takes a lot after the Tim Burton version of the Batmobile.
  • Primal Fear: He has a fear of the dark in the episode, "The Dark Night".
  • With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility: He's the leader of the Batwheels, and as cool as that may be, he still has a lot of things to learn about being one.

    Redbird
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_111936_am.png
Eight wheels are better than four!
  • Badass Adorable: Quite adorable, but a force to be reckoned with.
  • Bash Brothers: With Bam in "Sidekicked to the Curb" and Redbird's Bogus Beach Day."
  • Book Worm: A comic bookworm. As he is seen reading a comic book that BC ordered for him in "Batcomputer For A Day", and has a comic book collection on his shelf in his garage.
  • Color-Coded Characters: Bright Red.
  • Fanboy: Of his rider, Robin, as shown in the short "Rockin' Robin", and his favorite comic book hero, V-8, in "License to Joke."
  • Foil: To Ducky, both have a bird theme going on for them one way or another, but Ducky seems to act the oldest of the Zoomers, despite being just as immature, while Redbird seems to be the youngest, but see The Smart Guy below.
  • Invisibility: Redbird can turn invisible so he can sneak up on villains.
  • Kid-Appeal Character: He tends to act like a little kid, as he followed Bam during a mission to stop the Joker from robbing the bank.
  • Odd Name Out: The only one of the Batwheels whose name doesn't start with a B.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: He brings those adorable 'pixelated peepers' out when he begs someone to either let him come with them or do a favor for him.
  • Red Is Heroic: Colored bright red and quite the heroic one.
  • Sidekick: In "Sidekicked to the Curb," he becomes Bam's sidekick when they went to stop Prank.
  • The Baby of the Bunch: The youngest of the Batwheels.
  • The Smart Guy: He is an expert on finding clues and solving riddles, as seen in 'Riddle Me This.'

    Bibi
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_105448_am.png
Keep calm and roll on.
  • Action Girl: She is a daredevil motorcycle.
  • Catchphrase: When something goes wrong, Bibi says "Ah man!"
  • Fast as Lightning: In her song "Faster," Bibi is said to speed through Gotham City like a laser beam.
  • Fatal Flaw: Bibi has a way of losing her temper in "Keep Calm and Roll On." That is until the Batcompter advises her to take a deep breath and stay calm instead of getting angry. Later, in "A Tale of Two Bibis", she tends to act before she thinks when she and her teammates were all muddy from a mud puddle.
  • I Know What You Fear: Bibi knows about Batwing's fear of caterpillars in "The Dark Night," as she teasingly says to her "caterpillars" to defend Bam who has a fear of darkness, and she immediately freaks out.
  • In a Single Bound: She can do daredevil stunt jumps and loves jumping on ramps.
  • Muscles Are Meaningless: She's the smallest of the team and yet can hoist both her own weight and Redbird's, which is more impressive considering that he's at least three times her size.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: Bibi has these cute eyes that make her look like a cute purple kitty cat, even though her designs are meant to be bat-like.
  • Purple Is Powerful: Her signature color.
  • Super-Speed: The speedster of the Batwheels.
  • The Perfectionist: Most notably shown in "Bibi's Do-Over" where she tries to redo a jump because she kept on messing up.
  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: The Tomboy to Batwing's girly girl.
  • Tomboy: She is daring, reckless, and loves doing risky stunts.

    Buff
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_114954_am.png
Woah! Looks like Bam and Red already got the party started!
  • Animal Lover: He loves all animals as he said in "Buff's BFF".
  • Befriending the Enemy: Befriended Snowy in "Buff's BFF".
  • The Big Guy: by far the biggest and strongest member of the group.
  • Gentle Giant: He is a big and friendly monster truck who is said to have a heart of gold.
  • Girls Love Stuffed Animals: Averted. Buff has tons of stuffed animal toys in his garage room and plays tea party with them.
  • Implied Love Interest: To Batwing, who looks at Buff and smiles at him with affection in some scenes of almost every episode. Also, they danced ballet in spotlights together in "Buff in a China Shop", and were paired up together to stop Snowy and Jestah's plan to use freeze-berries for Jestah's biggest villain prank in "Dynamic Du Oh No!".
  • In Touch with His Feminine Side: In "Cave Sweet Cave" and "A Tale of Two Bibis", Buff loves to play tea parties with stuffed animals.
  • Licked by the Dog: This happened at the end of the music video, "Buff Tuff."
  • Muscles Are Meaningful: Has a bulkier form than the others, and the strongest to boot.
  • Super-Strength: He can stomp with his giant truck tires and make the ground shake.

    Batwing
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_51926_pm.png
That was so ten minutes ago!
  • Ballet: Batwing is an expert at this as she is shown teaching Buff how to ballet dance in "Buff in a China Shop."
  • Bathing Beauty: In the video diary short "Batwingin' It," Batwing loves to take baths with extra bubbles.
  • Beautiful Singing Voice: In "Holiday On Ice," Batwing sings the end of the Christmas song "The Best Present in the World" and sings one of the bat carols. Also in "Wheel Side Story," after being hit by Ducky's songinator ray, she has a superb singing voice that makes her sound like a cross between a mermaid and a pop star.
  • Blow You Away: She uses her turbo air wind on the Riddler in her video diary short "Batwingin' It."
  • Color-Coded Characters: Yellow and Black.
  • Dainty Combat: She is a graceful, agile, and aerial jetplane who's not afraid to send any villains flying.
  • Foil: To Quizz, both Are the only flying vehicles in their team, and rather full of themselves, but Quizz is villainous and on the Legion of Zoom, and Batwing is heroic and on the side of the Batwheels.
  • Flight: She is a jet plane, after all.
  • Girly Girl: She is quite the feminine member of the Batwheels.
  • Implied Love Interest: To Buff, who tells her that he misses her in "Holiday On Ice," and even smiles at her in "Buff in A China Shop." They were even paired up to stop Snowy and Jestah from stealing freeze-berries to making freezing ice cream for all of the Gotham citizens in "Dynamic Du Oh No!".
  • Making a Splash: She gains a new aquatic mode in "A Jet Out of Water", but needs to practice first before she can use it to save Batman who was captured by the Penguin.
  • Primal Fear: In "The Dark Night," she has a fear of caterpillars.
  • Signature Scent: Her signature scent is a combination of coconut and bubblegum after a nice warm bubble bath in the video diary short "Batwingin' It."
  • The Diva: Batwing is known to be the dive-bombing diva as cool as planes get.
  • Token Flyer: The only one of the Batwheels who can fly on the regular.
  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: The girly girl to Bibi's tomboy.
  • Valley Girl: This is usually her way of speaking.

    Mobile Operations Expert/M.O.E
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_101412_am_1.png
Careful is my middle name! Woah *Crash* Actually it's Harvey...
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: In Redbird's Bogus Beach Day, he responds to the viewers that he doesn't get Robin's car joke "I hope it didn't tire you out." Also in "Grass is Greener" where he turns to the viewers and says to them flatly "I had to ask," when he sees a band of Brussels sprouts rolling towards him and Bam.
  • Foil: To the Legion of Zoom's robot friend, Crash.
  • Gadgeteer Genius: If he's not fixing a damaged Batwheel, then he's building new upgrades and gadgets.
  • Nervous Wreck: M.O.E. has these moments of having a panic attack.
  • Robot Buddy: A robot tasked with fixing the other Batwheels, and very happy to do so.
  • Rubber Man: Not in the literal sense, but his main body is mounted on a flexible column that can extend to a certain extent.

    Batcomputer
I am the Batcomputer. But you may call me BC if you like
  • Blue Is Calm: Her screen is blue and she's calm and level-headed.
  • The Stoic: The Batcomputer is notably much more expressive than Batman, but BC rarely speaks outside of her motherly, professional, or occasionally playful tones.
  • Team Mom: Not only is she the headquarters' computer, but she is like a mother to all the Batwheels.

    Awesomely Dynamic Auto Mobile/A.D.A.M.
voiced by Adam West (via archived audio)
Batman's first Batmobile.
  • Break Out the Museum Piece: Though outdated, such that the Batcomputer had to make a custom Bat-motherboard specifically adapted to his older hardware, he's brought to life to aid Bam in rescuing the team from the Legion of Zoom.
  • Cloud Cuckoo Lander: He's kind of... odd. As MOE puts it, he has a "different way of talking and doing things."
  • Cool Old Guy: Despite his eccentricities, his greater experience makes him a valuable ally.
  • Mentor Archetype: Played with: he does give Bam guidance, but he defers from him in planning strategy, and the two seem equal physically.
  • Mythology Gag:
    • Based on the 60's version of the Batmobile, the first live-action Batmobile, just as Bam was based on the 80's version, the second live-action version.
    • His facial graphics include eyebrows, a nod to the eyebrows drawn on the batcowl from Batman (1966).
  • Ramming Always Works: Favors brute force in combat, though this approach failed him when he tried fighting the Legion of Zoom by himself.

Bat Family

    Batman
  • The Comically Serious: Batman is usually serious to the bone, which makes a lot of scenes humorous.
  • Great Detective: Batman is Gotham's greatest detective. However, in "Harley Did It", he accused Harley of stealing trophies when he went out to chase her.
  • Lame Pun Reaction: Given that his rouges gallery is a bunch of pun-loving criminals, it's hard to blame him.
  • Not So Above It All: The man will willingly engage in some fun and frivolities with his team and will also crack a joke when it's appropriate, but trying to get Bats to do anything foolhardy is something only a fool would attempt. Only the Joker has tried this, however.

    Robin
  • Big Eater: Robin has a huge appetite.
  • Composite Character: He's Duke Thomas, the Signal, but is an official Robin like was teased in The New 52: Futures Endnote , but he's also a Kid Detecive like Tim Drake and wears a version of Damian Wayne's Robin outfit.
  • Decomposite Character: The series's incarnation of Batgirl wears a helmet similar similar to what Duke wears as Signal in the comics.
  • Invisibility: Like Redbird, he can also turn invisible as seen in the video diary short, "Rockin' Robin."
  • Sidekick: He is Batman's sidekick.
  • Trademark Favourite Food: He loves a big juicy burger after a job well done.

    Batgirl
  • Abled in the Adaptation: This version of Cassandra lacks her comic counterparts learning and speaking disabilities.
  • Action Girl: Like her ride, Bibi, Batgirl is an action-packed superhero girl with agility and even style.
  • Badass Biker: This version of Batgirl uses a motorcycle.
  • Composite Character: While she's Cassandra Cain, her personality and interests owe more to Barbara Gordon (her status as a Gadgeteer Genius) and even Barbara Wilson from Batman & Robin (being a Badass Biker while wear as her actual mask being a domino mask). Her helmet also takes from Duke's comic counterpart.
  • Gamer Chick: During a limo ride in "Secret Origin of the Batwheels," Batgirl loves to play video games.
  • Gadgeteer Genius: Batgirl tends to favor more high-tech hacker-style gadgets compared to Batman and Robin, and if all three are working together, she tends to be the group's default hacker.
  • In Name Only: Aside from her gender and race, she has little in common with the Cassandra Cain in the comics, owing more personality, interest, and even costume-wise to Barbara Gordon (her status as the Batfamily's tech genius and purple-and-yellow costumes), Barbara Wilson (her personality, being a biker and her mask being a domino mask), and even the Duke Thomas of the comics (her helmet).
  • Purple Is Powerful: Her hero suit is colored purple, and she packs a punch wearing it.
  • The Smurfette Principle: She is the only girl in the Bat Family.

Heroes & Allies

    Alfie
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_11730_am_5.png
  • Action Pet: Even as a small bat, Alfie is full of surprises. He can even fly towards Ducky and attack him.
  • All Animals Are Dogs: In "The Knight Shift", Alfie likes to play fetch, as Bam suggested to Buff to get him to fetch something to use his winch.
  • Licked by the Dog: He is mostly affectionate to Bam since "The Silly Stowaway".
  • Ridiculously Cute Critter: He is an adorable bat with big eyes and a sweet smile.
  • Team Pet: He helped Bam catch Ducky who captured rare fish.

    Kitty
  • All Work vs. All Play: The all-play to Bam's all-work in "Ride Along".
  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: She tends to trail off often, leaving the game of Batball to look at a light, chase after a bird, and rest, this tends to get on her teammates' nerves.
  • Cute Kitten: While not exactly a kitten, she looks and acts a lot like one to qualify, and she's cute as a button.
  • Licked by the Dog: Kitty likes to cuddle up with Bam since she got reprogrammed by the Bat motherboard in "Bam's Claw-ful Mistake". She also likes to call him "Bammy" in "Ride Along".
  • Genki Girl: She's very energetic and affectionate to almost everyone she meets.
  • Yellow Eyes of Sneakiness: She has bright yellow sclera. Though this is Downplayed, as while she may be Catwoman's car, and she may get carried away often, she's all in all a Nice Girl.

     Green Arrow
  • Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: He is the first Green Arrow to have blonde hair, plus a handsome mustache.
  • Master Archer: Like the previous Green Arrows of the Batman series, this Green Arrow is a master archer.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: Batman tolerates his presence enough to accept his help and repay the favor, but it's immediately clear that Green Arrow's antics drive the Caped Crusader batty.

     Goldie

     Ace
  • Action Pet: Ace may be a small puppy, but he is never afraid to take on a big adventure.
  • Badass Adorable: Ace is an adorable little puppy, but is proven to be a brave dog despite his size when he stands up to Catwoman and her pet black cat.
  • The Dog Bites Back: Ace battles Catwoman's black cat after he resists a doggy treat.
  • Evil-Detecting Dog: Ace can resist dog treats that were being offered by Catwoman who was plotting to lead all of Gotham City's dogs out and make it into a cats-only city.
  • Heroic Dog: Ace is like the canine version of his new owner, Batman.
  • Team Pet: Ace becomes this after the Bat Family adopts him.

     Nightwing

     Nightbike
  • Distaff Counterpart: He's basically a male version of Bibi, which led to arguments before they began working together.

Legion of Zoom

    General
  • Adaptational Jerkass: All of the Zoomers, except Snowy who may be a vehicular villain but is shown to be very sweet and warm-hearted.
  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: The Zoomers become entranced by the Supermanium and start fighting over it in "Zoomsday".
  • Beware the Silly Ones: Even if they're foiled almost every time, and even if they act a bit immaturely, they still manage to trip the Batwheels up a fair amount of times.
  • Bright Is Not Good: Most of them are brightly colored with vibrant greens, yellows, blues, and purples, but they are as evil as they come, though Snowy is more of the Token Good Teammate.
  • Card-Carrying Villain: If their Villain Song "Bad to the Chrome" is any indication, then they take immense pride in being the best and only vehicular villain team.
  • Evil Counterpart: They are a bunch of vehicles brought to life by the Batcomputer motherboards like the Batwheels, except they are as Moe said "real' bad news."
  • Evil Is One Big, Happy Family: Even though they don't get along or work so well, the Legion of Zoom are like brothers and one sister.
  • Foil: To the Batwheels.
  • Instant A.I.: Just Add Water!: Like the Batwheels, they've been brought to life by the Batcomputer motherboards that Crash stole from the Batcave.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: The Zoomers have some of these moments when helping each other, but Snowy has these moments the most due to his warm heart.
  • Legion of Doom: Their group name is similar to the Justice League's rival, The Legion of Doom.
  • Never My Fault: The Zoomers tend to blame each other, which is an example in "Batty Race," when Jestah sees Bam behind the Legion of Zoom and tells Prank that someone didn't finish their job before he snaps at her that it's not his fault. Later, when Quizz and Jestah try to stop Bam from winning, they get caught in each others' cheats and exclaim to each other "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!"
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: The Zoomer boys, except Jestah, decide to call it quits in "Zoomsday" when The Badcomputer orders them to steal a shipment of supermanium.
  • Villainous Friendship: In "Zoomsday", the Zoomer boys played a joke on Jestah by pretending to leave her stuck on the street with car locks after she left them alone and stole the Supermanium metal for herself, but were just kidding as they went back to help her and she thanks them then adds that they're still the best team of baddies... kinda.

    Prank
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_120005_pm.png
That moolah is MINE!
  • The Bully: Prank is shown to be like this in "Scaredy-Bat" when he goads Bam into a race and calls him "Scaredy-Bat."
  • Creep: Like his rider, the Joker, Prank has a creepy smile but not as dark and scary looking, at least.
  • Evil Laugh: He tends to do this during a chase.
  • Generic Graffiti: Prank does this in the music video short "Wheelin' and Dealin'."
  • Jerkass: Mostly to his archrival, Bam.
  • Joke Weapon: Prank throws pies, Jack-in-the-box surprises, and bombs that burst confetti called Bursty Bombs.
  • The Leader: Of the Zoomers in "Secret Origins of the Batwheels" and the episode, "Batty Race".
  • The Rival: To Bam.
  • Surfer Dude: He has the voice of one. However, in the pilot, he was supposed to have the voice of an evil clown.

    Jestah
  • Animal-Themed Superbeing: Jestah is based on a hyena. When she moves, you hear the sound of a hyena laughing.
  • Badass Adorable: She is very cute with her big eyes and smile, but is still considered a formidable villain.
  • Bad Boss: She becomes like this in "Zoomsday," by using teamwork to steal Supermanium from the Batwheels, only to steal the Supermanium for herself.
  • The Bully: She taunted Bibi with insults in "Keep Calm and Roll On".
  • Catchphrase: "Really?"
  • Crazy Laugh: Since she is based on a hyena, Jestah does this crazy laugh that doesn't sound as evil but is still funny sounding.
  • Hyperspace Mallet: Jestah has a giant squeaky toy mallet that she uses to pound enemies or create a seismic wave to get anyone's attention, which is seen in 'Zoomsday.'
  • Pet the Dog: Err, bat in this case, but in "Wheels Just Wanna Have Fun" she seemed to want Bibi to join in on her fun, even if they were enemies, and it involves breaking the rules.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: Like Redbird, Jestah has these cute big eyes that make her look like an adorable puppy.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: In "Mechanic Panic!", Jestah thanks MOE for fixing her axle and then thanks Bibi for staying by her side. She even asks Prank if he was okay when he banged his bumper and he takes him to see a mechanic then winks at Bibi, who winks back.
  • Toxic Friend Influence: On the giving end of this in "Wheels Just Wanna Have Fun", where she gets Bibi to hang out with her and break the rules. This bites her hard in the end.

    Snowstorm Destruction Mark III/Snowy
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_110506_am.png
Thanks for your help, when you're big like me, everyone assumes you can just take care of yourself...
  • Animal Lover: Like Buff, Snowy loves all animals. He even saved a dog from getting run over by his big tires in "Buff's BFF."
  • Anti-Villain: After he resists Mr. Freeze's control, Snowy starts chasing after his rider and shoots ice rays at him instead of Buff.
  • Apologetic Attacker: He apologizes to Buff before freezing him on the racetrack in "Batty Race", and again in "Dynamic Du-Oh-No" He apologizes to Batwing after freezing her wing.
  • Bad Humor Truck: Seems to be one of these, being capable of making snow cones and all. Downplayed though, as he is the Token Good Teammate.
  • Being Evil Sucks: While Snowy is part of the Legion of Zoom and remains as Mr. Freeze's snow crawler, he dreams of leaving behind his villainous life to become an ally to the Batwheels rather than an enemy to them. But he keeps that a secret to his teammates.
  • Blue Is Calm: Snowy has blue eyes and a lower part colored in blue. But unlike his rider, Mr. Freeze, he is cool and warm-hearted.
  • Characterization Marches On: Earlier, while he shows some semblance of being nicer in the pilot, he was still regarded as just as evil as the rest of the legion, come "Buff's BFF" this changed completely.
  • Freeze Ray: Snowy has a mechanical ice cream cone top that can shoot freeze rays. He can even use it to make snow.
  • Friendly Enemy: He is the only Zoomer to befriend Buff and the Batwheels.
  • Gentle Giant: One of the biggest members in the Legion of Zoom and one of the nicest.
  • Hidden Depths: Snowy can make ice sculptures with his freeze ray in "Buff's BFF" when he made ice sculptures of the Batwheels and himself, and in the villains' song clip "Bad to the Chrome" where he made a heart ice sculpture to indicate his warm heart.
  • Hidden Heart of Gold: Snowy has these moments during "Buff's BFF" and "Zoomsday", where he saves Prank from floating away on Ducky's parasol by freezing it.
  • Lesser of Two Evils: Despite being a Zoomer, Snowy is a lot friendlier to the Batwheels since "Buff's BFF", then in "Zoomsday" when he purposely shot his freeze ray away from Buff, Bibi, and Batwing, and in "Batty Race", where he laughed at Buff's jokes and later apologized to him about cheating before sadly leaving Buff frozen on the race track.
  • Licked by the Dog: After Snowy saves the dog from being run over, he gets a lick of thanks from it until he sees Buff watching. Snowy then politely tells the dog to shoo.
  • Not Evil, Just Misunderstood: As Buff said in "Buff's BFF", Snowy is not what you think when he saved a dog. Snowy only acts foul when he is with the Legion of Zoom or with Mr. Freeze. But when he is not around them he behaves more nicely to the Batwheels, mostly to Buff.
  • Not So Above It All: Even with being the Token Good Teammate, he still falls into the temptation of Supermanium.
  • Sugar-and-Ice Personality: Snowy has these two sides in the show: The first side is tough and cold, while the other side is gentle and sweet.
  • Token Good Teammate: The only one who seems capable of growing outside of being a baddie.

    Ducky
  • Amphibious Automobile: Ducky seems to be this, given that he can drive on land, he can float on water, and even swim underwater.
  • Animal-Themed Superbeing: Ducky is a duck-themed water boat.
  • The Fighting Narcissist: He's pretty egotistical, but seems pretty handy with an umbrella.
  • Foul Waterfowl: He's based on a duck, with all the wickedness from his rider, the Penguin.
  • Narcissist: Like his rider, the Penguin, Ducky is narcissistic, as he said in "Zoomsday" that he is perfect already.
  • Parasol of Pain: Ducky can shoot fire-rocketing umbrellas from his mechanical wings.
  • Super-Speed: In "Stop That Ducky," Ducky gains super speed from a shipment of extreme fuel cells.
  • Token Adult: While the other four Zoomers have teenage voices, Ducky has the voice of an adult and sort of acts like one, but he still acts immaturely.

    Quizz
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_19_104151_am.png
Riddle me this!
  • Baby Of The Bunch: He is said to be the youngest member of the Zoomers.
  • Flight: Like Batwing, he has the ability to fly, hence being a helicopter.
  • Foil: To Batwing, though his penchant for riddles also places Redbird as a secondary rival.
  • Rhymes on a Dime: Usually speaks this way when giving riddles.
  • The Unintelligible: Despite claiming to be smarter than the Batwheels, Ducky curtly tells Quizz that they solve every riddle he gives them, to which he defends himself by saying that they were easy ones.
  • Token Flyer: By virtue of being the only flying vehicle in the Legion of Zoom.

    Badcomputer
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_27_44917_pm_8.png
Legion of Zoom... COME TO ME!
  • Big Bad: The head computer who gives orders to the Legion of Zoom, looking to overthrow the Batcomputer.
  • Entitled Bastard: He wants to become the top computer in Gotham City by taking down the Batcomputer.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: The Badcomputer has a thunderous booming voice which is much deeper than the other Zoomers.
  • Foil: To the Batcomputer.
  • Purple Is the New Black: Any screen he inhabits is purple.

    Crash
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2023_03_27_45020_pm_2.png
Ha! So now you are interested in my excuses!

Villains

    General

    Joker
  • Adaptational Villainy: Subverted. This version of the Joker is far less manic than his more famous manic portrayal, and is primarily out for making life inconvenient when he isn't stealing something.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Batman.
  • Evil Is Petty: Joker stole a whole army of motorcycles to... Cut in line for the rides at the Amusement Mile.
  • The Prankster: This Joker lives up to his name much more than other depictions, as most of his non-thieving plots mainly involve playing annoyingly inconvenient jokes on others.

    Harley Quinn
  • It's All About Me: Much of Harley's screentime is spent stealing trophies.
  • Not Me This Time: She gets blamed for stealing a trophy in "Harley Did It". As it turns out though, she was innocent, and the real thief was the Penguin.

    Penguin
  • Fat Bastard: The penguin's head and legs are incredibly small compared to his upper body and arms.
  • It's All About Me: He tries to be the center of attention nearly constantly, he even goes as far as to take over every screen in Gotham so he can perform every hour of the day.
  • No Honor Among Thieves: In "Harley Did It" Penguin turns out to be the actual trophy thief and plans on taking Harley's note  trophies for himself, as if they didn't team up with the rest of the villains for a money-stealing plot in "Secret Origins of the Batwheels".

    Mr. Freeze
voiced by: Regi Davis
  • Adaptational Jerkass: In most Batman media he's portrayed as a tragic villain whose only goal is to bring his wife back, but in this show, he's portrayed as a villain who freezes things just for the heck of it.
  • An Ice Person: Like his vehicle, Snowy, he has ice powers that can freeze anyone or anything.
  • Blue Means Cold: He has this color on his ice suit.
  • Freeze Ray: Like the other Mr. Freezes in every Batman series, Mr. Freeze has an ice ray gun as his weapon.
  • The Grinch: He froze Gotham in "Holiday On Ice" because he hates holidays.
  • Pungeon Master: Mr. Freeze loves to make ice puns, although Batman sees them as lame.

    The Riddler
  • Revisiting the Roots: A rare modern iteration of the Riddler who wears tights instead of the green business suit made famous by Frank Gorshin. He still keeps the bowler hat, however.
  • Rhymes on a Dime: Pretty much his thing when spinning riddles.

    Toyman
  • Adaptational Villainy: Subverted. Unlike the comics, this version of Toyman is much less lethal.
  • Manchild: His name and gimmick pretty much sum him up.

    Catwoman
  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: It she she's something, she'll nab it, only peeling off once she sees something else.
  • Classy Cat-Burglar: She is Gotham's greatest cat burglar. But unlike the original Catwoman, this Catwoman gets captured easily.
  • Evil Wears Black: She wears a very slim black jumpsuit.
  • Tamer and Chaster: The Batwheels Catwoman is much less of a Ms. Fanservice than her more famous portrayals and her thieving aspects (and her preference for cats) are her dominant traits in the series.

    Poison Ivy
  • Beautiful Singing Voice: Poison Ivy sings to her plants to help them grow, which is seen in "Grass Is Greener."
  • Red Right Hand: Green, actually, and it doesn't just stop at the hand; it goes up to above the elbow.
  • Tamer and Chaster: Most fans remember Poison Ivy for wearing what is essentially a leotard with opera gloves and go-go boots, while typically acting seductive when she feels the need to. This Poison Ivy is nowhere near as overtly sexualized and is portrayed as almost Harley Quinn levels of childish.
