I'm tempted to give this to Crazy Hand, as while Crowley is a Reality Warper to some extent, he can be killed (well, his body can be killed, and then he has to go through all the paperwork to get another one, etc) and you never see him pull the kind of crap that Crazy Hand and Master Hand do all the time. Especially since, as you pointed out, either of the hands on their own are more than a match for several fighters at once.
