I'm not supporting them for murder because love is not a valid excuse for murder. Nothing is, not even "for humanity".

I would stop them in any way that I could if they became a villain. I wouldn't be the type of parent to care so little if I saw my children doing crime and not do anything about it. I'd still love them enough in an attempt to fix them, but there's a limit to everything.

If I saw my children do crime then I feel as though I had failed as a parent.

Eclectic and highly varied, sure, but not as weird as one might think. I genuinely think a lot of the music I like is actually incredibly accessible (especially on the future bass, electropop, etc. side of things), but has a niche audience more because there isn’t money being thrown at it constantly until it hits mainstream paydirt. In a weird way, TikTok has proven me right (with artists I enjoy like ABSRDST, TroyBoi and Anamanaguchi seeing success through the platform right there alongside the ones that make it to pop radio — the app in general makes me feel both uncomfortable and old, but it’s become something of a discovery engine for music that the big labels don’t push as hard).

I do enjoy some real out there shit, though. One of my favorite MIA tracks is an aggressive nightmare bolstered by power tool noises, and my brother has complained several times about me listening to Flume’s mixtape and Charli XCX’s stuff (both of whom are tame compared to, like, Aphex or Autechre or what have you)

In canada, college and university are distinct, so while I've graduated from university, my current college degree is still ongoing.

Nope, for many reasons: I used to be scared of cats, my dad and sister are allergic to them, and they're assholes.
