During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard

Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

So after talking with Lore, here's the final entry for Fritz. He suggested the Satanic Archetype pothole, so I removed the Rape, Pillage, and Burn one. Lighty, this work for you?
- The first King of Eldia and the mythical Devil of All Earth, King Fritz, as shown in Chapter 122 "To You, 2,000 Years Ago", was a cruel tyrant who ran an empire on conquest, with countless slaves endlessly abused out of their very sense of self, many having tongues removed. When the young slave Ymir was accused of freeing pigs, the King tried to have her hunted for sport, whereupon she found the power of the Titan. Using her to exterminate and kill all in his path, the King raped her to produce children to inherit her power and upon her death, forced his daughters to eat her corpse raw, unleashing the new Titans on all his enemies to found an empire on genocide and blood.

For "Is It Wrong to Try and Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon" we have the goddess Ishtar.
She is a petty and vindictive goddess who has an undying envy and loathing for Freya, who has done nothing to her. To spite the latter, she has unleashed monsters unto the population of Orario and tried to frame Freya for it, sent her familia to kidnap people out of the dungeon, including the protagonist, Bell, to rape, both physically and mentally, into obedience, forces her familia into prostitution, including Haruhime, whom she bought off the slave market, and kept her enslaved, until she lost the will to live, and then at least twice tried to offer her up as a human sacrifice for a ritual that would destroy her very soul, just to give her familia a cheap power-up, to have them run rampant across Orario, in total war upon Freya's familia, and everyone else who got in her way.
She also has her familia kidnap people in the "pleasure district" and force them to the brothels as well, either as clients or "new members."
She turns a blind eye to Phryne's heinous acts, if not outright encourages them, where Phryne kidnaps any man she finds "tasty," to drag to a torture dungeon to pump full of terror and aphrodisiacs and then torture them until they're a broken bloody mess, unable to perform romantically, ever again, for the rest of their lives, purely to prop up the illusion that she's the most beautiful woman alive.
Phryne is also her enforcer, and is often given orders to beat dissident familia members half-to-death so they can't resist, and then dragged before her to be raped physically and mentally until they can never disobey ever again.
She so believes that all sex is love that she even rapes Hermes, when the messenger god brings her "The Killing Stone" that she was planning to use on Haruhime, and after using her said rape and Charm-Person powers on Hermes and learns about Bell, tries to rape him herself, just to spite Freya, and when he manages to fight off her charm abilities, has him stripped and forcefully reveals his stats and abilities, taking it as a personal affront that he can't be brainwashed.
Then, once Freya hears about it and retaliates, throws away her familia like cannon fodder to try and escape.
She has no redeeming features, and both the cast and the fanbase are glad to have her gone.

I may be exaggerating, but they deliberately left the game incomplete just to sell the rest as DLC. The game ends when Walker dies, setting up his hidden, shadowy bosses as the true villains.
Yeah... and it was a crap decision back then (though that finale was fucking incredible, so I'm not complaining that much).
