During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

As for CM kids? Mmmm...it's rare, but not unheard of. Generally, I don't like proposing kids...if I do, usually, they only take the shape of children (like The Silver Kiss's Christopher, who became a vampire as a little boy, but is a centuries old monster)

Series: Hugtto Pretty Cure is the 15th season in the popular Pretty Cure franchise. While it follows the formula set up by the 4th season, Fresh, it goes for a storyline that briefly delves, at points, into darker themes, including cheating, depression, and PTSD. The series also featured some huge moments that surprised fans, including a crossover featuring the original two Cures, a crossover featuring every Cure and their allies, an episode centering around a background character becoming a Cure, and everyone becoming a Cure in the finale to defeat our Candidate.
Candidate: Our candidate is President George Kurai (the last name can also be spelled Cry), the leader of the series’ villainous organization, the Crisis Corporation. George’s main goal in the series is to freeze time to ensure everyone in the world will remain happy. This is a step up from previous villains- in comparison, the previous season’s villain simply wanted to remove all sweet food from the world. In the first episode where he explicitly is revealed to be evil, George also misleads the leading Cure, Hana, into trusting him before attempting to freeze time.
The worst part about George is that he comes very close to his goal multiple times throughout the series. He manages to freeze time at three separate points, including during a three part finale to the story. He does so using a magical book which shows him the future. George also traps Hana’s partners, defeats his former minions who have turned against him, and teleports them to a pocket dimension during the second part of the finale before challenging Hana to one final battle. Hana, in the final part of the finale, eventually undoes George’s trap, allows everyone to become Cures, and defeats him.
Mitigating Factors: It is difficult to find any mitigating factors with George. For one thing, George treats his employees poorly, including having one suffer a Mind Rape, having one who is an android be reprogrammed and have her memories wiped, and having yet another be nearly murdered by a fellow colleague. George’s excuse for trying to freeze time is brought on by humankind in his future not evolving and Hana, who is his wife in the future, committing suicide because she is unable to bear the challenge of being a Cure.
Heinous Standard: Virtually all of George’s underlings have some redeeming factor in how they act. The closest to coming close to George’s evil ways is his secretary, Listol. Listol carries out all of George’s commands without exception and even challenges the Cures himself at one point in the series. However, as freezing time is undoubtedly a form of the apocalypse, George is undoubtly very heinous.
Final Verdict: It is without any doubt or second thought that I advise you include President George Kurai as a Complete Monster.

Emperor Georgie Artémis Enkoom Evulz II
I'm going with a no, I apologize. Reading the character sheet of the series, I found several redeeming qualities :
- Big Bad Friend: George's reason for his time-stopping endgame? Not wanting to see Hana suffer like his Hana did.
- Despair Event Horizon: Kurai's whole motivation comes from having crossed it a long time ago. If eternal happiness (implied to be specifically his wife's eternal happiness) is really an impossible dream, then he will eradicate unhappiness by stopping time.
- Utopia Justifies the Means: He wants the Mirai Crystals to stop all time, preserving everyone's happiness. It's just that his method in doing so involves manipulating the negative emotions of others just to further his agenda.
- Villainous Crush: As if Cry wasn't disturbing enough he also seems to have a thing for Hana (with his seiyuu stating that one of the instructions he got for voicing George was that "He really likes Hana"). By the way Hana is 14 and Cry is both at least 30 and not born yet. Episode 46 claims that he and Hana were possibly in a romantic relationship in some point in his time. Of course, it's possible these are all lies he created. Word of God actually states that, at the very least, George and Hana were friends in his time and that his actions were essentially to prevent Hana from suffering as his Hana actually did die (and it's implied that she was Driven to Suicide by the stress of being a Cure).
