Paging ~amathieu13 to the thread. Anyway, I agree with cutting and moving examples to other tropes.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass."Instant Seiza" is probably a trope (instantaneous sitting position for comedy) and would be similar to Shameful Shrinking, but that's not what Instant Seiza is describing (very specific outcomes of Crash-Into Hello Suggestive Collision).
We can probably cut Instant Seiza and yard "Instant Seiza".
Do I have an image example saved of what I had in mind? I do.
TroperWall / WikiMagic Cleanupehhh even for this concept, the basic idea is essentially "pretend like nothing happened" by returning back to a default sitting or standing pose. Going back to seiza is a part of it, but that's just because seiza is a way to sit on the ground in Japan. It is by no means the entirety of it.

Cut as it stands

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportCalling thread in favor of cutting Instant Seiza because we have enough votes and the trope isn't thriving.
Macron's notesAll that remain are the Laconic and Amonimus's sandbox.
Vehicle-Based Characterization | Grief-Induced Split | Locker Mail~Amonimus Do you want to remove the wick in your sandbox, or leave it be?
TRS Queue | Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallI removed it because it was about taking it to TRS, which it already has been.
Anyway, locking up.

Note: This thread was proposed by amathieu13.
Been around since 2007, has 7 on page examples (and a few more commented out ZCE) and 24 off-page wicks, making it Starving.
This is another trope that seems just slightly too narrow to get examples of easily and even those that it does accumulate tend to suffer from lack of full context. I don't think the slightly broader idea of "characters quickly pull away and try to play it cool after ending up in an accidentally suggestive position" is a bad one, however that is probably covered by Suggestive Collision. If not, I can see yarding the idea, though since yarding is a free action...
Recommendation: Cut the trope and move any good examples over to either Crash-Into Hello or Suggestive Collision.
