Also In case anyone wants to know like ACW this is allowed as Pokémon: The Series — Ash and Pikachu has existed for a while with no issue as well as a page for the two Mario brothers.

I can't move them back if I did the page would be to big.

Shinnok is odd. He is too long to be on the main page, but not long enough to be his own one. The two are also connected enough to justify it in my opinion.

Yeah the two often work together and Quan Chi is The Dragon to Shinnok.

I mean, I GUESS it works...The thing with Ash and Pikachu, is those two are ALWAYS together. Quan Chi at times acts as The Starscream, and sometimes one has a bigger role than the other.

Is there an actual limit for how big a character page has to be to justify getting its own?

40,000 bytes. Shinnok is only around 20,000.

The Mario Bros also aren't always together and have their own solo adventures. As for limit we decided 40k Bytes.

How do you check how big a page is?

There are a couple of ways. The easiest way. Every letter or space is a character which is roughly one byte.

Getting a program or extension with a character count can be really helpful

By the way Animal Crossing - Player Character is only 9000 bytes but I can't find the place it's originally from. What do we want to with it.

I think it's existed since Characters.Animal Crossing was split. There's no other place it would fit, really.

I still think Ed should be merged back into Fullmetal Alchemist: Brothers as long as the page wouldn't go over 500kb.

Yeah I don't really know where it would fit either.

Again how long is the Brothers page with Ed?

Okay and how big are both brothers apart? Because it feels weird to have a page called the Brothers and only have one listed.

That is technically enough, but still seems weird to have the brother's page only mention one brother. Maybe that is just me.

Infinity Train: Blossoming Trail has three pages for its main character: Characters.Infinity Train Blossoming Trail Chloe Cerise Tropes A To D, Characters.Infinity Train Blossoming Trail Chloe Cerise Tropes E To L and Characters.Infinity Train Blossoming Trail Chloe Cerise Tropes M To Y. I'm not familiar with the fanfic (found the pages while dewicking Famous Last Words) but I can't imagine this length is justified

Yeah there's a lot of pages like that.

Yeah. Especially since a lot of the entries seem like they could easily just be shortened. I am serious some of those words are 500 words-2000 bytes. Find someone familair with the work and have them explain why this needs to be as long as it is.

• Freudian Excuse Is No Excuse: Chloe was constantly bullied by her classmates, lost much of her confidence and self-worth to it, and eventually began to feel lesser than her peers just because she wasn't into Pokémon, especially when her supposed best friend, Goh, was never there for her. Adding onto this was her father forcing her to go to the Cerise Institute for her own protection — instead of taking her to counseling as it was advised by another teacher — and he barely even recognizes she's even there or pays attention to what she's into. Her mother barely recognizes that her daughter is unhappy and just draws smiley faces whenever she draws her daughter's face and neither Chryssa nor Renji took the time to just talk to her (with Renji's excuse being that he was just too "afraid" of Chloe's interests to never mention this to her father aka his boss). Her homeroom teacher barely notices that the students asking her if she likes Pokémon are actually insults and Ash's attempts to talk to her don't work since he never considers trying to understand her point of view and Goh's only comment on her not being into Pokémon was stupid. All of this caused her to close herself from others in fear of being rejected. However, this not only fails to justify rejecting Ash's offers to go on journeys with him and Goh, especially since he was one of the few people who treated her nicely, nor justifies the sheer spite in her words regarding coming back to the Train, but the sheer scale of the damage she ends up doing, both directly and indirectly, thanks to her running away, as well as her inability to accept her responsibility or the role she played in everything, causes her to seem less sympathetic than intended. And eventually, everybody wises up in Act 2, creating a Self-Fulfilling Prophecy in the process. Eventually, Chloe’s mother sends her an email calling her out for her actions, stating that while she and her father make mistakes, they still care for her, and she needs to accept responsibility for actions that cause her problems. After screaming and taking some deep breaths, Chloe admits that her mother is right and resolved to atone for her mistakes, starting with writing an email to her father and apologizing to him for being so harsh to him.
  • This is brought up again Chapter 34, as Chloe is still mad that she'll be treated the same as she was prior to the Train picking her up and it's all because she didn't want to be a Trainer. Paul points out that yes, what happened to her was unfair, but she can't complain and demand things from the world because that's not how it works. Hop and Alain later expand that she shouldn't have had to go through so much hurt from Trainer bias but that her family and loved ones shouldn't have had to be in pain from her actions either.

This is why cleanup is really important before making the page. You want to make sure it's up to site standards before giving it a dedicated space.

Yeah when entries are this long try to shorten them first. This is a fanfic character not Goku from Dragon Ball.

Ah, I do have a character counter, so I'll just use the character~byte rule.
