As it's been a few days since that was posted, I think I'll go through the G3 YMMV page myself. I will admit that I'm kind of a G3 fanboy and I'm not super fond of brony subculture, but I'll be as impartial as I can.

Those are my two cents. If no-one has any objections, I think I'll go ahead and make the edits.

Never Live It Down is misuse for both; it's about a character action fans take out of proportion.

Your idea for Unintentional Uncanny Valley implies that the reaction doesn't actually count. Now, I personally find the designs off putting, but they're not Uncanny Valley, and the fix you've suggested doesn't help either (it's a misused ZCE again).

The last folder on Analysis.My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic basically amounts to "fanfics exist". Should I remove it?

I'm wondering, could that Surprisingly Improved Sequel entry on YMMV.My Little Pony Equestria Girls Holidays Unwrapped that was deleted from the page fit Improved Second Attempt better, minus the bashing? If that link to a blogpost in the old entry was anything to go by, then many people liked that we got a proper Christmas special in this movie unlike the 2014 comic.

Harsher in Hindsight:

• The need for increased security at the wedding seems a more eerie in light of the issues with insufficient security at the London 2012 Olympics, and even more so after the Boston Marathon bombings in 2013.

Should we keep this? It doesn't seem all that relevant to the episode. I earlier removed a similar example from Hurricane Fluttershy about a tornado (since those are natural disasters that happen all the time), but perhaps people feel different about this one.

Personally I think it should only count if it was, say, increased security at a real life royal wedding because of a terrorism threat. The Olympics seem a step too far removed to me.

Insufficient security at events is always a concern, especially after 9/11. It doesn't feel meaningful enough, especially since such issues tend to be forgotten unless something really bad happens as a result.

(x4) Yeah, I don't think analysis pages are supposed to do things like that anyways. So, I agree with cutting it.

It's misuse of Harsher in Hindsight since they're not related enough.

I noticed that UnintentionallyUnsympathetic.Pokemon is franchise wide containing the games, anime, and manga despite them being separate continuities. So should UnintentionallyUnsympathetic.My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, which currently just the show, include from Equestria Girls and The Movie which are officially canon and the comics which are semi-canon?

That sounds fair, though calling it G4 instead of My Little Pony may make more sense then.

If nothing immediately comes to mind why the rush to add anything? And on that is it worth giving Twilight and/or Fluttershy separate folders now that they've had important and individual character roles out of the Guardians of Harmony?

From Fanwork-Only Fans:

• Thanks to a vast amount of fan-produced media made during the heyday of its fandom, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic has fans that have either never seen the series, or abandoned it for fan-made material after the show went in a direction they disliked.

Awhile back, cleanup said those who were fans of the work but stopped being don't count as FOF means they never cared for the actual work. Before cleaning this up some questions:

• Am I right in assuming this applies to prior MLP Gens as well?
• Is it accurate to say a sizable number of G4 fans brought in by the fanworks never bothered with/got into the official works proper?
• Does this apply to G5 as well? (On one hand most interest seems to be in the characters and speculation on the setting while the post ANG work have met with apethy, on the other there have yet to be such notable G5 fanworks.)
• Would FOF apply to the Recursive Fanfiction, if they don't care for the original fic beyond using it as a basis? Or is that a question for general cleanup?

I would say that at least the heartwarming and tearjerker sections should be updated. I can see a case to be made for Fluttershy and Twilight, although it could just be added information to the Guardians of Harmony page. Or small subsections for Twilight and Fluttershy added within the Guardians of Harmony page. I thought about the discord page and your right, although instead of adding new tropes. We could just add more info to certain tropes slightly through spoiling it. In the final issue he was changed from his ideals by seeing the final message from Fluttershy breaking down and he becomes friends with the mane five in g5. The Heel-Face Turn tag isn't worthy to be added because I feel like he was never truly evil again in the first place. I would just advise to add a spoiler to the anti-villain part maybe, saying something along the lines of: He even becomes friends with the mane five after seeing Fluttershy's message.

Two regarding "Leap of Faith".

FridgeHorror.My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Season 4:

• The way Applejack saved Granny Smith in the end, sending the rope down while she stayed on the platform up top? That's exactly what happened The Night Gwen Stacy Died.
• Doctor Whooves is the Doctor, according to Slice of Life. So the scorecards he has to hold up must be bringing back some very bad memories. Both of those involve other works. Also, I don't think Doctor Whooves is the Doctor; it was just a Shout-Out.

And Funny.My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Season 4:

• Likely a coincidence, but in Polish, "zrobić kogoś w konia" (lit. "to make a horse out of someone") is an expression meaning "to trick" or "to deceive". And Flim and Flam are attempting bunco here... Seems like a stretch.

The Funny entry might work better as an Accidental Pun. However, the Fridge Horror ones are misuse imo because FH doesn’t involve a separate work. EDIT: I also agree that the second example is a Shout-Out instead.

I just realised that Analysis.My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic is outdated, since it says that Fighting is Magic is currently in production. How should we rewrite it?

Fighting is Magic got rebranded as Them's Fightin Herds and since that's essentially got designs by Faust herself why don't we make this the TFH cleanup too, assuming it wasn't already?

Does it have issues?

I'm relatively new to TFH so I couldn't say. Maybe someone who's more familiar with it could chime in.
