Skimming through the description of the trope it's basically performing surgery anywhere but at the hospital. Considering the typical surgery garb the patient is in, the hand reaching for a box (that probably contains surgery tools) and that Earth can be seen through the window, the pic seems to be about surgery being performed in a space station, which fits the trope.

The guy on the left's expression saves it; I react the same whenever someone's wearing something outlandish in an elevator and try not to look at them. I'd prefer a replacement suggestion before pulling.

To clarify, you mean ForcefulKiss.Anime And Manga, ForcefulKiss.Comic Books, ForcefulKiss.Live Action TV, and ForcefulKiss.Western Animation? In which case, yeah, I tend to agree, though I think the Live Action TV one is acceptable since we can see her grabbing the guy's head and holding it in place.

Is it clear that Kim is Ron's girlfriend in Action Girlfriend's pic to someone who doesn't know the show? They look like an Action Duo more than anything.
