Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

"Heh? What's wrong? You all look like you've seen a ghost... even though I am a technically one!" Freddy exclaimed.
Fortunately, the Gengar finally realized what was going on. His mouth opened wide.
"Oh dear!! I am on fire!!" he exclaimed, hastily taking the glass of milk and gulping it down to avoid a disaster. The flames disappeared as soon as they appeared.
Back to normal, Freddy observed his body with a genuinely shocked expression for a moment.
"...I didn't know my body would react like that when eating all those spicy peppers. I should have Clyde get me a book from his dear mistress about how Ghost types' anatomy works. Oh well! CRISIS ABORTED SUCCESSFULLY, GEHEHE!!" Freddy cackled, quickly regaining his jovial villainous attitude.
"But have no fear! I assure you those peppers are 100% safe to eat! This must be just... some ghost shenanigans! And believe me, they taste good too!" he then said to everyone else with a reassuring grin.
"Oh right! Thanks for reminding me!" Aaron said to Ariel, replying with the same "OK" sign.
Bruce's gang then told everyone that they not only knew about the chain but the treasure as well.
"Wow, really?" Aaron asked.
"...On second thought, I'm glad we met." Edgar said, rubbing his wings.
"That is... unexpected but welcome. Very well. Please lead the way." Clyde answered them.
The group then got going, with Edgar surprisingly swimming ahead of Clyde out of greed.
"Edgar, please don't go too fast. Those underwater mines might be very dangerous." Clyde warned.
"Yeah, yeah, I know. But Duckletts are good swimmers and I'm small, I should be juuuust fine around them." Edgar answered with a cocky grin. Clyde sighed and also glanced at Cleo and co.
"Yeah. I'm excited too." Aaron said to June with a smile. He then harbored a serious face.
"But we still have to get through those mines... And hopefully, that'll be it. I know you have a much better vision than me, but please be careful when we'll get there. I don't want you to get hurt." the Politoed said, grabbing June's hand and staying close to her.
Dark Stanford's lair
"Fascinating... Don't feel bad about that Hickory idiot. If you knew the number of test subjects that I accidentally killed. Yet somehow you're rotting here with the others..." Skarbick said to Short Stuff. As arrogant as he was, the Zebesian had to admit that it was impressive.
"But if you're... me, sort of... Then I could also come up with such things. Yes! Yes... I just need to think harder." the Zebesian cackled as he looked at the potions again.
"I'm definitely taking you with me when we're out of here. High Command will love to have you around."
Whispering Pines
Coincidentally, Alex entered right after Axel and J.J.
"Wow, already??" he exclaimed, licking his lips.
"I'm going to stop you right there, kid." Arthur hissed, staring at Alex with his signature frown. The Charmeleon immediately raised his arms in the air.
"Hey! Don't shoot me, alright? I'm not gonna devour everything!"
"It's okay, Arthur." Nick reassured Arthur, putting a paw on his shoulder.
"Yes. But Alex, I know you are hungry, but please wait for our dear guests to come back from their trip. It would be impolite to feast without them. Surely your little brain can understand that?" James said.
"I was just gonna ask about a bite... But yeah, you're right." Alex answered, sitting near Proteus as the Greninja was using his tongue to decorate further the house.
"Oh? It would seem you are finally listening to my advices." James said with a smug smirk.
"Hey, that's one of my closest friends we're talking about! Of course, I'm going to restrain myself for him and June!" Alex laughed.
Tokage barely started to read that he recognized the letter Lex gave to him.
"Well, you're in luck, miss. I'm the one who posted this at Lex's request." he said with a teasing smirk before shaking his head. Now wasn't the time for a joke. Instead, he waved at Mavis, inviting her to follow him to find Henry and his communicator.
"Last time I've seen Lex, he was fine. I can lead you to him if you wish. The Bugtrio is in the area. They have the means to get us to where he is." he explained as they approached Lilac's home.
"Oh no, I'm fine! I'm just a little bit tired, but I'm alright, don't worry. I was just napping. And Squishy didn't sense anything bad." Lucian reassured Oscar, glad that his friend was okay. The Lycanroc let go of Oscar, lay down by his side, and snuggled against the Thievul.
"Gosh, I feel so nervous about the whole thing. June and Aaron together... It's still so surreal to me." he muttered, gently intertwining his tail with Oscar's.
Lucian let out a sigh as he looked at the sky. He couldn't help but feel anxious about his friends.
"I... I hope everything will be fine. I'd hate it if something happens to Aaron and June while they're gone. And I hope that dinner will be fine too." he said, looking worried for a moment.

(With the fire dissipating, Jared and the others cautiously begin following Ally back toward the beach.)

Hrm... (Short Stuff rubs his chin.) Welp, those Mawkin fellers trashed everything I own and my old friends ain't gonna give me the time of day, so I don't reckon there's anythin' left fer me back in Durango. Reckon I could join ya if yall will have me.
Whispering Pines
Oh, I've heard about the Bugtrio. (Mavis says as she follows Tokage.) They never came by the restaurant, but I know about them.
(The door opens again.)
They're here! (Lucy exclaims.)
Oh no, dear, it's just Tokage, and...oh! (Phoebe realizes that the Nidoqueen who just came in must be Lex's friend. Lucy seems visibly disappointed that so many people are coming in and they aren't June and Aaron.)
Aha! Who might you be? (Henry asks.)
My name is Mavis, and I got a letter about Lexington. (Mavis says.) You must be Henry, and those two are Tenn and Shelley? This guy here told me you could take me to Lexington.
Ah yes...see, Lexington is currently in another world. (Henry says.)
Yeah, I got that. Kinda wild to think that Lexi ended up in another world completely. How do we get there? (Mavis asks.)
Oh, with this! (Henry says, showing Mavis his communicator.)
Ooh, fancy. (Mavis says, marveling at it.)
Same here... (Oscar says.) It did look like things were going alright when I left, though.
(He thinks for a moment.) I hope their trip is going alright, too. I can't help worrying that they'll come back terrified and telling us that some huge disaster happened or something.
"Hey, gimme a minute to get to know everyone, 'kay, Brainy?" "Of course, but please allow me to get a word in, too, bzz."
"Welp, least the island didn't burn to the ground. Thought Gengars were supposed to be Ghost types, though, not Fire types."

Part 2: A New Reality
Bruce told everyone that he and his pals knew where to find the treasure to the delight of Bale's party.
Bale: Oh that's great, I trust your word... Though that field better not have "balloons".
Lucina: What is the problem with there being balloons? Would someone be upset at them being popped.
MG: It's a term the sharks use for underwater mine bombs... Basically make sure the path isn't a possible explosive hazard to us.
Amethyst: So basically we're in big danger ahead, worry not guys I'll keep us all safe.
Soldier: Let me at the bombs, those are nothign for me to deal with!
As they talked with the sharks, Peridot watched Freddy spew out flames from the food he tasted.
Peridot: That reminds me of the "fire salt" Homeworld scientists invented... I still question it's usefulness or reason for existing at all.

"Heh, it's perfectly safe! Miss Star here can confirm this, I'm sure of it! Just don't take as much pepper as me!" Freddy assured Ball.
"Thanks June." Aaron answered June with a reassuring smile. He wished he had his aura right now. The best thing he could do was to stay near June and help her as much as he could despite having a worse vision than her.
Dark Stanford's lair
"Hehehe... Good, good... And here I thought all of my "counterparts" were stupid or completely insane." Skarbick cackled at Short Stuff's answer, rubbing his claws. It would be obvious to the other Stanfords that Short Stuff teaming up with Skarbick and the Space Pirates would be a bad idea in the long term.
Whispering Pines
"YEAH, THEY'RE HE-Aaaw crap!" Alex exclaimed as Tokage and Mavis entered, not unlike Lucy.
"Sorry to disappoint." Tokage answered while Proteus got up, relieved to see his son alright.
"Yes. It is a long story from what I heard." James said to Mavis.
"Yeah..." Alex sighed, remembering how Lex betrayed his gang before saving Benji almost at the cost of his own life.
"I reckon he'll be happy to see you." the Charmeleon said to the Nidoqueen, adjusting his hat.
"Perfect. Henry, can you teleport her to my world's HQ? I think they have the means for her to get back anyway." Tokage asked Henry.
"Oh... I was thinking the same too. I hope nothing went wrong on their end..." Lucian confided to Oscar with a shiver. Lucian looked at the town again, then at Oscar, memories of his time spent with him, Aaron, and June flashing in his mind.
The Lycanroc shook his head and tightly grabbed Oscar's paw.
"No... They have to be alright. I know they are. I mean... They've been through worse. They'll come back safe and sound. We... We have to believe in them... Right?" he said, though he still sounded a bit unsure of himself.

Heh heh, I just find it refreshin' to find someone who ain't scared of me or thinks I'm crazy. (Short Stuff says.)
I don't like how long those two have been talking... (Sylvie says as she and several of the other alternate Stanfords look on at Skarbick and Short Stuff continuing to talk (even after Short Stuff's serums made Skarbick explode and regenerate).) One has those strange serums and the other is...just straight-up not a good person...
I think we ought to keep an eye on those two. (Stasia says.) Along with any other genuinely evil counterparts who come in here. I know Skarbick can't be the only one.
Whispering Pines #1
Alright! (Henry says, preparing to send Mavis off.)
This isn't going to hurt, right? (Mavis asks.)
Oh, of course not! (Henry says.) The only real danger is me not entering an input correctly, but that hasn't happened in a while.
(Mavis suddenly looks worried.) What?!
(But Henry transports her away before she or anyone else can say anything.)
...Henry, you'd better make sure you sent her to the right place. (Tenn says.)
Ah yes, that was a foolish thing to tell her. Be back in a moment. (Henry teleports himself to the same place.)

(Much to Henry's relief, he ends up right beside Mavis in the right place.)
This is the right world, right? (Mavis asks.)
Indeed it is! Phew...if I worried you, then I offer my most humble of apologies! (Henry says, dramatically bowing in front of Mavis.)
Eh, you got me to the right place, so I'm not holding anything against you. (Mavis says.) Thanks.
My pleasure! I do hope your meeting goes well! (Henry says, returning to Whispering Pines. Mavis steels herself and enters the building.)

Everyone can rest assured! She is in the right place! (Henry reports once he is back.)
I do hope their meeting goes well. (Vinci says.)
Yes... (Oscar nods.) At least it didn't sound like this world they went to was going to be as dangerous as, say, SR388, and they've got so many other people with them. How dangerous could it be out there...?
(Oscar does still swallow nervously, feeling that he's been wrong before.)

Star sighs in relief when Freddy turns back to normal and quickly writes in her planner: Do NOT serve this to a Nirik.
"Thank Celestia you're alright..." she says, "you wouldn't want to hear my first experience with that... but you're welcome to try it again if you visit our restaurant! Don't worry, it's fireproof!"
"And while it's not for everyone," Moon says to AR Peridot, "some like it really hot, and I mean hotter than the volcano near our town!"
"And Ich," says Power, "If Freddy became a Fire-type a while ago, he would've become a Salandit because he's half-Posion type, too!"
Just then, Ally arrives with her additional guests and asks what's going on.
Did anybody suffer severe burns?
Open Ocean
"Balloons?" Bruce asks Bale. "Naaaah, that's what our little blue friend called 'em when we invited her to our 'party'! But we know not to touch 'em round these parts!"
"Well it was still a fun party, though!" says Dory, briefly forgetting the trouble she and Marlin got into when he accidentally wounded her with Dr. Sherman's diving mask.
Bruce then leads the group deeper into the water, where the moonlight barely gets in, but it's not completely dark like the bottom of the trench. Carlos turns on his flashlight while Melody makes her trident glow, and they shudder at the mines floating very close to each other.
"W-We never saw any of these manmade weapons back home..." says Melody.
"And if the shipwreck is somewhere around this maze," says Ariel, "then what does it look like? All we saw in our time were wooden ships!"
"Well, it was a pirate ship that we discovered in our last treasure hunt!" says Carlos.
"But the ship we used for our meetin' was all metal!" says Bruce.
"And since this treasure was from hundreds of years ago..." says Anchor.
"Then it must be hiding in a pirate ship!" Chum concludes.
"Oooh!" says Melody. She fondly remembers Ariel's stories of her exploration of shipwrecks to look for "thingamabobs" for her collection.
"Anyway," says Bruce, "we need your echolocation to safely navigate this maze, Bailey, and the big 'uns must tread carefully. If any of your limbs just touches 'em lightly..." he warns the group, "then EVERYONE GOES KABOOM!!!"
Ariel, Melody, and Carlos gasp while Marlin hugs Nemo tight.
"Don't worry Dad," says the young clownfish, "you, Dory, and I are small enough to squeeze through without touching them!"
"I know, but if our friends slip up here, then Ally will panic!"
"But didn't we manage to escape them last time?" says Dory. "Then I'm sure we can get ourselves out if that happens!"

It didn't take long for Ally to show up to check on the group after Freddy's fiery dinner.
"Gehehe!! No worries, Ally! I was just eating a bit too much pepper, nothing too bad as you can see!" the Gengar said to the robot before spotting Kay and co.
"GEH? Ah, Kay! Ball told us about that search of yours! How is it going?" the ghost asked.
Aaron greatly relied on June, staying by her side as it got darker. Clyde and Edgar stayed close too, both being used to dark areas.
"So those are the infamous mines..." Clyde muttered.
"Not a very reassuring sight, that's for sure..." Aaron sighed. He clearly didn't like the creepy place. He couldn't help but glance at Cleo, hoping she wouldn't panic inside the dangerous maze.
"So we're looking for a wooden ship then? Should be easy enough." Edgar said, knowing he had little to fear and glad they were close to the treasure.
"That means that you idiots shouldn't screw up! Especially you big guys!!" he then said to the bigger members of the group, Clyde included.
"Indeed... My body is rather skinny though. Edgar, would you mind watching over me? You swim better than me and are smaller." Clyde asked his friend.
"Sure thing!" Edgar exclaimed.
"And hey, who cares about Ally panicking? With how strong she is and if we're in danger, she could get there any moment! Right?" the Ducklett continued, unaware of Ally's inability to go underwater.
"Maybe...? But we shouldn't test our luck." Aaron said before looking seriously at June.
"Alright... Here goes nothing. I'll lead the way for you since I'm smaller. Follow me closely and watch out for where we're going, okay?" the Poilitoed gently asked the Swampert, doing his best so that she wouldn't feel scared.
Once ready, the team carefully entered the minefield...
With a certain Chozo quietly following them in the distance, hidden in the complete darkness of the seabed. Much to her utter joy, loving the dark atmosphere of the dephts.
Expedition Society HQ
Tokage almost jumped when Henry showed up right after him and Mavis.
"Yeah. I appreciate that you came to make sure we were at the right place. I'll handle things from here." he thanked the Flygon before leading the way for Mavis.
There weren't many Pokémons in the building at night, though some were still working there. Gemino was one of them, the Klinklang never leaving their spot. They were quick to float towards the duo as they entered the basement.
"Rescuer detected." "Tokage, Grovyle. Member of the Rescue Squad. Engaging Greetings protocol. Greetings." "Greetings." Gemino said to Tokage, just like when Lex and Vonda were brought here. They then turned towards Mavis.
"Analysis inconclusive." "Inconclusive. Error, error."
"Easy, Gemino. Mavis here is... a friend of Lex. I trust they've been doing well?" Tokage assured the jailer. Gemino produced some clickety noises in answer.
"Confirmed. Subject names: Lex and Vonda. Status reports: around average." "Subject name: Mavis. You are clear to proceed." the Klinkland announced, showing her the way.
Tokage gratefully nodded at Gemino before turning towards Mavis with a small smile.
"I'll stay here with Gemino. Don't hesitate to call us if you need anything while talking with Lex." the Grovyle said to her.
Whispering Pines
"Yeah, I hope so too." Alex said to Vinci.
"No worries. Tokage and the guys at home should have this." Nick said.
"Yeah... I hope Kiki and Lulu are fine too." Alex continued, rubbing his hat.
"Yeah... The two kids are very involved with that whole event." Arthur said.
"Indeed. But June and Aaron have done so much for them. It was only natural that they do something grand for our special guests in return." James said with a smile.
Lucian noticed Oscar swallowing nervously. He also anxiously sighed before putting his head beneath Oscar's chin.
"It... It should be fine. You're right. I know they won't let us down. If we can survive SR388 on our own... They'll be fine. They're strong. And they're together." he muttered, doing his best to reassure his friend despite his own nervousness. He said nothing for a moment, staying with his dear friend.
Squishy suddenly hissed and grunted as it rapidly waved its tail.
"...Squishy? What's going on-oh..." Lucian asked only to gasp in realization.
The Zeta Metroid needed to go back to its hive on SR388. It was starting to get frustrated.
Lucian sadly looked down before looking at the Metroid. After everything, he grew fond of the creature he and Oscar saved.
"It's okay Squishy. You'll leave soon. But... Can you stay a bit longer? I... I think it would be nice if you're here when June and Aaron come back. I mean... You're part of the family too." the Lycanroc shyly said. The Zeta Metroid stared at its "fathers" in response.
"Ggrrrrrrr... Grrrrian... Grrrscar..." it growled.
Lucian gasped in joy at the Metroid's positive answer, not to mention it tried to say their names again.
"Oh Squishy..." Lucian quietly howled as Squishy put itself behind them, staying close to protect them from the night's cold. Lucian purred as he cuddled with Oscar.

Part 2: A New Reality
Peridot listened with interest and wrote what Moon said down.
Peridot: I can keep that in mind. However I worry for those who might be burnt beyond healing by such temperatures.
As she decided to just ignore the chaos going on and look on at some schematics of her mech she had made. Ally then arrived with her questions
Peridot: I suppose some were caught up in the disaster but be aware that I was not.
Meanwhile Bale and his group heard Bruce's and Dory's words with some worry before moving on to where they were getting guided to.
Bale: Yeah, I don't believe we will need much to get around. This place is quite safe to navigate once you get the hang of it.
Lucina: Let's just stay close and on guard.
Soldier: Question, can I take out some of the bombs?
MG: I'd rather not even get close to them, Soldier.
Amethyst: That's one bad idea, pal.
They then kept up the search for the treasure, if only to see what was in store for them.
Rufina Fiera
Meanwhile, Jashin and her friends were looking for treasure.
Jashin: AAAAARGH! WE’VE BEEN LOOKIN’ FOR A WEEK AND WE STILL HAVEN’T FOUND ANY DARN TREASURE! (cries)

(David was cloned (by other means due to Stanford having his remote with him on the island) before the season started while the real David was sent straight back home (much to Eye-Sicle's relief).)
(No, David! Stop that! Dupe!David is just as naughty as the real deal, starting off by changing Mu's name to "Ums".)
(Stop, David! Don't drink that! Luckily, the alcohol is quickly taken away from the kid before he drinks any of it.)
(Tay is quite impressed by Urbosa's actions right out of the gate. Then something occurs to him:) Actually, now I can't help but wonder what Sidon would think of seeing Urbosa in this season since she was acquainted with his sister. (Tay comments before returning to his communicator.)
(Eye-Sicle simply harrumphs in response as his robots clean up the messes David made.)

(Jared and the others reach the beach as well.)
Is everything alright here? (Jared asks.)
Yeah, bro. Freddy just ate all the super-hot peppers. We're all good here. (Ball says.)
(Unsurprisingly, the sight of the Ghost-type causes Shaggy and Scooby to freak out.) ZOINKS!! YIPE!! REDDY'S A GHOST!! (Shaggy's hair stands on end and Scooby leaps onto Shaggy's shoulders.)
Don't worry, guys, Freddy's pretty chill. (Ball says.) And he's not you guys' Freddy, Scoob.
Is everything alright out there? (Tay calls from Jared's communicator.)
Yeah, babe, just some shenanigans with hot peppers. (Kay says.)

They have many friends they trust here, but none more so than their two closest friends, Aaron, who is another Lucario, or June, a Zoroark. I am aware that Wednesday and his friend trust them with their very lives. (Dark Stanford says.)

If you choose to become one of the two, I would say that you should go with Aaron. Not only is he already a Lucario, but I am not confident in your ability to emulate June's spontaneous, almost annoyingly joyful energy. (Dark Stanford says.)
(Lyric audibly snorts at this.) I used to be an actor, sir. I think I could act convincingly like this Zoroark if I wanted to. But I think I will just become this other Lucario when the time comes anyway unless I find a better person to disguise myself as.

(Lex curls up tighter.) I wasn't expecting you to actually come all the way out here...
Well, for gosh's sakes, Lexington, I was worried about you. (Mavis says.) If you had heard that I had been turned into crystal and smashed to pieces, wouldn't you do the same thing?
(Lex doesn't respond, but he does sit up and turn to face Mavis.) I suppose you are also here to tell me that you told me so, too. You thought trying to find that box would have been foolish.
Well, to be fair, I don't think any of us knew what that box was actually capable of. (Mavis says.) Besides, I was the one who encouraged you to go after it.

Oh, Lexi... (Mavis reaches into the cell and puts her claw on Lex's shoulder.) Don't worry, I still like you, you big softie, but I hope you know never to do that again. I want to know that I can still trust you, especially if we want this relationship to work.

Bloodbath
Unlike in his last three seasons with his family, Data Bruno decides against predicting his fate this season so he won't worry about it during his run. He then sits on his podium and meditates, but the horn startles him awake. He scrambles to find a weapon in the Cornucopia, but he suddenly remembers something he did in S208's Battle Royale.
"Didn't I become a Reaper back then?" he asks himself. "Well, I read up on them in the local library and found that actually, they don't turn people into bubbles, so..."
He grabs a scythe and heads out but shields his eyes from how brightly colored it is.
"This scythe isn't just pink... it's PEPTO-BISMOL PINK!"
Meanwhile, the Absol suddenly faints for no reason, but it mysteriously recovers just as fast. It wonders how that happened, but at least 6k1 won't be disappointed when she comes back. It then shrugs and runs off, too.
Day 1
Bruno was looking for a place to set up camp when he comes across Juan plotting to kill Jajara. He approaches the horse and checks his plans, but looks at him, unimpressed.
"I get that that's one mighty dragon you gotta slay, but why don't you just shoot him in his weak spot over there?"
But Juan just neighs as he rears and charges towards Jajara, killing him according to plan. Bruno winces as Jajara collapses into a massive pile of bones, then he makes a hasty goodbye before leaving.
Meanwhile, Ms. Frizzle recovers from her Bloodbath shock and looks for additional resources for her lesson plan. She looks for the nearest nominator school and finds one that looks like a villain lair.
"Oh, I'll never forget that time when I managed to get those fearsome guys to join my field trip to a rotting log!" she muses. "I'll see what curriculum this school has so I can get more ideas in case more of them want to learn my subject the FUN way!"
She enrolls at the Villain School and pores over the modules, and after an hour, she passes the final exam with flying colors, impressing the teachers with her fearlessness.
"I wonder if my class would enjoy my new lessons, too..."
As for the Absol, it listens to the Kommo-o's autocorrected poem and cries over it.

"I know," Power says to Ichi, "and if he kept his Ghost-typing, then he would've become a Chandelure instead!"
While it is good to know that you are still in good condition, Ally says to Freddy. But in other news, our island search for Kelby returned with zero results, so we must conduct the search underwater.
Star was about to bluntly point out the obvious when Ally holds out her hand.
I am aware of my limitations, so I requested Kay to have Taylor construct a waterproofing device for me.
As calmly as she explained this, her hand is shaking a little.
Mine Maze
Unlike Edgar, Carlos is worried about having to call Ally if someone gets blown to bits. If there's anything he learned when Ralphie made his own robot, then it's that robots and water usually don't mix. However, he sets that aside for now and clings to Destiny tighter.
"...I'm not slowing you down, am I?"" he asks her. "'Cuz I just remembered that as much as remoras and big fish get along, D. A. told me after that field trip that according to legend, a ship was once sunken by a whole school of remoras!"
"Whoa, I didn't know how powerful those little fish could be!" says Melody as she grips Ariel's hand tight with her other one.
"I don't want to lose you again after our battle with Morgana, so don't let go of me, alright?"
"Alright..."
And so everyone tries weaving through the mines, with the reef trio having it the easiest. Even if the shark trio know this place, they still struggle a little with navigating it. As the maze grows tighter the further they go, Dory notices a tiny jellyfish floating near them.
"OH MY GOSH, IT'S SQUISHY!" she squeals as she swims off to meet it.
"DORY! COME BACK HERE RIGHT THIS INSTANT!"' shouts Marlin as he and Nemo chase her.

Freddy couldn't help but let out a hammy, evil laugh upon seeing Shaggy and Scooby naturally being scared of him.
"GEHEHE!! Indeed, I am one of the scariest ghosts you can find on this island, if not THE scariest one!!!" he loudly exclaimed with a wild grin.
Fortunately, Freddy then hummed, regaining his composure.
"AHEM! But that'll be for another day."
Ally then informed everyone that the search had to take place underwater.
"Oh really? Well with a bit of luck, maybe the others bumped with Kelby during their trip! I'm sure we can help too if needed!" he said with a huge grin.
Being a specialist of fear, Freddy however managed to catch Ally's shaking hand.
"...Hold on a second. I recognize this stance! Are you afraid of water too like Cleo?" he asked the robot, surprised.
Clyde silently and very slowly moved through the maze while Edgar whispered to him in which direction to go.
"Heh! That's a piece of cake." Edgar cockily said.
"Indeed. It is surprisingly easy... Too easy..." Clyde muttered, on his guard.
"Oh come on! Be positive! We're gonna be rich soon enough!" Edgar exclaimed.
Meanwhile, Aaron stayed close to Cleo too, sticking with her, her folks, and June.
"You're doing great, Cleo. Stay calm and keep it up." the Politoed kindly whispered to Cleo. Both he, Clyde, and Edgar were forced to slow down as more and more mines stood in their way.
"Damn... Now that's becoming tight even for me..." Edgar complained.
"Everyone stays calm! As long as we slowly move around, we will be fine." Aaron reassured as best as he could.
And then Dory had to screw things up.
"Huh? Wait-WAIT, WHAT IS THAT MORON DOING??? SHE'S GONNA COLLIDE WITH A MINE and KILL US!!" Edgar shrieked, panicking as she chased after a small jellyfish. Clyde tried to accelerate, but his big size prevented him to catch up with her.
Clyde knew that at best, Dory would get hurt. At worse... she would straight up die, bleed and cause Bruce's gang to go berserk or even hit the mines.
Aaron widened his eyes in horror, thinking the same. He didn't even question Dory calling the small jellyfish the same nickname that they used for the Zeta Metroid.
"OH GOD, DORY, NO!! DON'T COME NEAR THAT JELLYFISH!!" Aaron shouted, trying to swim towards her too, dreading the worse. The Politoed still held tightly June's hand, in case of danger.
Expedition Society HQ
"So... I hope Lex and Vonda aren't causing troubles." Tokage asked Gemino.
"Negative." "Yes, negative." the Klinklang answered.
"Well that's a relief." Tokage sighed, glad that Lex and Vonda were genuine about turning themselves up.
Hopefully, the Guildmaster planned to release them soon.
Before he could ask, Mavis showed up.
"Hey. Is something wrong?" Tokage asked the Nidoqueen.
Whispering Pines
Blissfully unaware of Lyric, Lucian kept enjoying his time with his beloved friend and Squishy.
Suddenly, without warning, a portal opened up and a familiar blue turtle jumped out of it.
"HEY THERE!!" Larry exclaimed as he landed right in front of Lucian and Oscar.
"AAAAAAHH!!" poor Lucian yelped, startled as he clung to Oscar. Squishy hissed dangerously at Larry who immediately backed down.
"H-Hey, easy big guy! I was just saying hi to them!" Larry said, raising his arms.
Lucian didn't answer yet, too busy catching his breath and trying to calm down his weak heart. Being with Oscar helped a lot in that regard.
"Lucian? What's wrong-Oh crap, your heart! Sorry about that!" Larry exclaimed, realizing what he had done.
"I-I'm fine... J-Just don't scare us like that again..." Lucian groaned, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath. Luckily, he recovered quickly and he told Squishy that it was alright.
"L-Larry? I'm... It's nice to see you again. Why are you here?"
"Me and my boys are gonna already put Luds's piano in that town of yours since it's kinda heavy. I've been told he has to play some music for June and Aaron, right? Congratulations to them by the way." Larry said, petting the two friends' heads.
"Y-Yeah, thanks... Ludwig is coming, right?" Lucian asked.
"Yeah, yeah! We just... got beaten by those stupid plumbers again so we're currently recovering. Luds was the last Koopaling they faced, so he's gonna show up latter." Larry explained, showing the duo a small bandage on his head.
"Oh my... I'm sorry." Lucian said, putting a paw on his mouth in worry.
"Heh, it's alright. It's just three stomps on the head. I'm getting used to that." Larry reassured.

Part 2: A New Reality
Ms. Frizzle arrived at the rebuilt Villain School, now ran entirely by a staff controlled by Bale's group to avoid any problems from genuinely evil staff members. Now the staff was held by an AI programmed to work there full time. After some time at the place, the teachers are impressed with her score and pass her with the full honors, even giving her a nice message as she left despite her good nature. Meanwhile Xochi saw as the Bio Syn Dinosaurs were taken out by Bale himself, albeit indirectly as he'd left a program to take out tributes which had displeased him in some way for a bad reason but unfortunately that program failed and caused a slip-up death that wasn't meant to happen.
Xochi: Oops, there goes this season's chances...
MD: Aw nuts.
Diny: Awkward... We gotta check if the whole panel still works.
Xochi: Fair assessment, I guess a manteinance is in session.
As he said it, he began to scan his systems and the base's to check up for possible failure, glitches or defects.
Recognizing what was happening, Bale also went to try and stop Dory, while everyone else was worried that they were walking away from their lead. Bale chased after her carefully
Bale: Not this again. Wait over there Dory.
Lucina: Great, one of our guides is going to get us killed.
Amethyst: Hey Dory, come back, that creature is dangerous!
MG: You do not touch jellyfish, you just don't!!!!
However, Soldier began a chase for a different reason: He was a bit hungry and if there is one animal that sea turtles love to eat it is the jellyfish.
Soldier: My gut instincts tell me that jellyfish is delicious. Prepare to be eaten!
He then began a chase to eat the little critter ignoring all the safety rules beforehand and threatening to touch the mines himself in his hunger as he raced to eat the jellyfish. This prompted the rest of Bale's group to interfere.
Lucina: Hey stop that!
MG: Bad Soldier, Bad!
Amethyst: Dude, watch out we're not in the best place for you to run around!
As they tried to catch up to him with the lead he had, Soldier fast approached the jellyfish and started opening his beak in expectation.
Maran the Brainy
Season 229/Eye-Sicle's Lair
(Sing louder, David! Bruno ensures that David will escape a deep canyon by leaping off of the music powered wagon they are escaping it on. Even Eye-Sicle is quiet for a moment.)
(Be careful, David! After this, David quietly wanders off to a river.)
(After that all happened, Tay quietly resumes working on the waterproofing spray, and soon enough, he completes it.)
Alright, I will be right back, Eye-Sicle. I need to find something to put this formula in and then get to the island. (Tay says.)
Be quick! I dunno how long this season's gonna last. (Eye-Sicle says.)
(Tay teleports out.)

Well, we at least found evidence that Kelby had been here in this world at one point at least, but it wasn't, like, particularly conclusive. (Kay says.) That's why we were going to go look in the water. We just need to wait for Tay to get here with the waterproof spray he was going to use on Ally.
Ah, I see. (Stanford says.) I hope Tay knows he is welcome to use any of my tools around the lair.
(It's at this point that Stanford notices the other Piranha Plant.) Oh? Who is this other Piranha Plant?
Oh, this is my sister Nina, Stanford! (Vincent explains.) She came here as soon as she heard.
Pleased to eat you-MEET YOU! Pleased to meet you... (Nina says, drawing back in embarrassment.) Slip of the tongue, I swear.
(Stanford swallows nervously.)
(Shaggy and Scoob are still visibly wary of Freddy, but at this point they notice the food that had been brought out.)
Like, can we try any of this? (Shaggy asks.)

Oh no, Carlos, you're good. (Destiny reassures Carlos.) It's just you right now anyway.
What aRE YOU DOING?? (Cleo exclaims when Dory suddenly zips off after the tiny jellyfish, with Soldier not far behind.)
Guys, come back! there's too many explode-y things here! (June exclaims, swimming alongside Aaron.)
(Sidon swims after Dory as well while Wanda stays behind with Cleo.) Miss Dory! Sir...whatever your name is?
Oh no oh dear oh no (Wanda notices that Cleo's horns are starting to glow.)
Whoa, Cleo, calm down, they'll get them back. Deep breaths... (Wanda says. She's worried that Cleo will cause another Soulstorm.)
Yeah, take it easy, Cleo. (Ira says, swimming up beside her.)
(Cleo takes deep breaths and keeps her power in check. She feels embarrassed for panicking like a child in front of everyone.)
Whispering Pines
(Oscar yelps in fright when the quiet moment is suddenly interrupted by Larry dropping in.) Good grief, Larry, you scared us. (Oscar says, quickly making sure Lucian is alright.)
(Once he knows Lucian is alright, he listens to what Larry has to say.)
Thanks, Larry. (Oscar says. He rubs his head.) Sorry you guys got hurt. I know you guys are from a wackier world, but I know it probably still hurts a little to get your head jumped on like that.

Well, not really. (Mavis says. She explains what she, Lex, and Vonda talked about in there.)
I've never seen Lexi so shaken up before. Makes me think he's at least genuinely sorry about what he did. (She says afterward.)

Night 1
Data Bruno suddenly falls into a deep canyon with Dupe David and tries his best to tolerate his brattiness. The prophet looks for a way out and finds a peculiar red wagon with music notes on its side.
"C'mon kid, we gotta drive this thing outta here!"
Bruno struggles as he drags David into the wagon and puts him in front before climbing aboard himself.
"Okay, do you like singing? 'Cuz I do! After all, we need a song for our road trip!"
He then sings his part in "All of You" while David steers the wagon, and it magically spews a rainbow trail from behind as it starts flying.
"That's it! We need to sing together to fly this wagon out!"
Bruno holds onto David tight as the former continues singing, and the wagon flies higher... but falls back down. Bruno winces from the thud, but he's otherwise uninjured.
"I think we need to sing louder!"
He tries again, and the wagon flies a little more higher... but again, it falls back down.
"Maybe we should sing faster as well?"
He does so, and the wagon comes close to escaping the canyon... but goes tumbling down one more time with a loud thud. Bruno and David somehow manage to survive the fall and the shock from the wagon landing on its wheels. Bruno then looks David in the eye and sighs.
"Kid... I'll try singing again one more time... but once we're near the top..." he smiles and hugs him as he sniffles, "...you're on your own. I wish you the best of luck."
And so Bruno sings as fast and loudly as he can to help David drive the wagon out of the canyon. Once he's sure David can land it on the edge of the cliff, Bruno jumps off the wagon and screams good luck to him one last time.
Meanwhile, Ms. Frizzle takes a break by getting the latest phone and downloading a new game. She enjoys managing a restaurant while sending humanized food to battle, but Milt catches her in the middle of a fight.
"What? Even teachers need breaks sometimes! And besides, I'm planning to take my class inside a video game someday!"
Milt accepts the explanation and assures her that her secret is safe.
As for the Absol, it claims in Pokémon Speak that the ultimate tribute doesn't exist, but Eggman promptly shows up to prove it wrong.
Day 2-4
Ms. Frizzle applies what she learned at the Villain School by playfully chasing Yu, Naoto, Fuiji, and Sony through Scooby-Dooby Doors, and then selling some cursed artifacts, with Peter Parker as her first customer. David also analyzes her and Kommo-o's voices the next day and concludes that her Pokéform is a Kommo-o.
"Well, I'll only know for sure if I visit a PMD World or let the Bus do its stuff, but I'll roll with whatever mon I turn into!"
Later that night, Milt finds her again while driving and calls her a nerd. Ms. Frizzle is shocked by this turn around, but she laughs it off.
"Why, thank you!" she shouts back, "And more power to these nerds, too!" she says about the others who were "insulted" by Milt.
The Friz then celebrates the next day by doing the Caramelldansen with Fuiji and the Absol. The Pokémon struggles standing on twos and flapping its front paws above its head because it got a mild rash on one of its hindlegs.

Island
"Heehee, yep!" Power says to Ichi.
"Hey, watch your words next time, okay?" Star says to Nina, shivering.
"And sure, we have leftovers!" Moon says to Shaggy and Scooby.
"Just don't eat the ones that are poisonous to dogs, okay?" Power says to Scooby.
Meanwhile, Ally lowers her hand and hangs her head low at Freddy.
Affirmative. Despite all my upgrades, I am still not optimized for underwater travel.
The sisters give her a blank stare, then say, "we know."
"Is there any other reason why you didn't dive with us?" says Power.
"I thought it was just to watch over Ribbon!" adds Moon.
"But why did you go ahead with managing this trip when you know you can't swim?" asks Star.
Ally's chest stings. The purple unicorn's tone of voice didn't make her mood any better.
The reason is that 6001 was originally going to be the manager, but she resigned when she had to resolve the family emergency after Season 220. I would have arranged for the destination to be the Marine Life Institute, but I believed all of you would have more fun being in the sea creatures' natural habitat instead of observing them in tanks. After all, almost everyone from the MLI had since relocated to the GBR.
I should have informed you of my limitations back at the Database Library, but I predicted that someone would challenge the idea of a hydrophobe managing a vacation to the ocean.
Mine Maze
Ariel quickly tosses the shrinking potions over to the giants save for Destiny since she needs to remain her size for Carlos.
"Quick, take them so that you'll move through the mines more easily!" she shouts. "I know Moon said that they might not work, but if they do, you only have a short time to get out before you grow back to normal!"
"And Cleo, are you alright?" asks Melody.
"I thought you got over this earlier!" says Carlos.
Meanwhile, Dory sees the Soldier lunge at Squishy and slaps him on the face.
"Hey! I wasn't gonna sting myself like last time!" she yells at him. "I was just gonna touch the jelly part of it! It's harmless!"
"But it's still a jellyfish!" says Marlin. "We're getting close to the treasure, so you better focus!"
"Okay, okay! But I haven't seen Squishy for a long time!"
However, several bigger jellyfish start swimming near the mines, but they're actually just floating mindlessly around.

"AHA! That explains why you overreacted with Cleo earlier!" Freddy exclaimed as Ally confirmed that not only she couldn't go underwater, she was scared of it. Obviously, no one could blame her.
"Bah! NONSENSE! We have helped Cleo fight back her hydrophobia and we had no problem with her around despite her fear! Who is to say we cannot do the same for you? Taylor is going to build something for you and we shall all help you get into the water!" the Gengar added, flexing his arms.
"SOLDIER!! NOT YOU TOO!!" Aaron exclaimed. Luckily Ariel tossed a potion at Clyde who hastily gulped it down, shrinking him to the size of June, albeit he was still bigger.
Dory also managed to calm down and stopped Soldier from causing more trouble to everyone's relief. But then more jellyfish showed up.
"They are mindlessly floating around... I recommend we hurry before one of them accidentally touches the mines and blow all of us up. Not to mention it will be even harder for us to swim without risking touching their tentacles and being poisoned or electrified." Clyde deduced with a frown, properly accelerating with Edgar in toe.
"Urgh, great! This can't get any worse!" the Ducklett cursed.
"...Crap." Aaron growled as he did his best to help June dodge the mines and the jellyfish. A part of him wished to escape that dangerous maze as soon as possible, but being smaller than the Swampert, he knew she needed him. Those jellyfish were big enough to be as dangerous as the mines themselves.
"Easy, June... You got this." he reassured her before looking over to Cleo, staying close to her too.
He prayed that all the jellyfish ominously gathering wouldn't make her panic.
Expedition Society HQ
"Oh... So that's why Lex did all of that..." Tokage muttered to Mavis in shock at the revelations.
Tokage sighed and looked at Lex from afar. The Grovyle could tell too that the Nidoking felt remorseful.
"Gemino? How long do you think they are going to stay here?"
"3 days." "At least." the Klinklang jailer answered.
Tokage looked at Mavis again, then at Lex and Vonda. He sighed, waving the leaf on his head.
"...I know it goes against the rules but... Can't you make an exception?" he asked Gemino. The Klinklang emitted some clickety noises, visibly not approving.
"Listen. Lex and Vonda almost killed themselves to help us defeat Silas. And not only are they sorry for their actions, but they also stole the box to help Mavis first. If we let Lex here, I'm afraid he'll drown in guilt."
"Negative. Negative." "The risks are too high." Gemino argued.
Tokage then gave Gemino a determined look.
"Yes. That's why my team will keep an eye on them until we're sure they won't do anything bad again. The Fiery Blue Wings and the Bugtrio are also on this case."
"Error. Error." "Data Bugtrio not found." Gemino said.
"Oh right... The Bugtrio is a rescue team from June's homeworld. They're good friends with James's team." Tokage explained.
Gemino thought further for a moment, producing more and more noises before finally...
"Request accepted. Subject names: Lexington and Vonda are given exceptional authorization to leave." "Warning. Any new mischiefs will be hardly punished.".
"Thanks a lot." Tokage said before looking at Mavis.
"You came at the right time. We were organizing a party for my leader and friend, Aaron and his new girlfriend, June. They also helped Lex against Silas. Maybe it'll help Lex cheer up." he offered her.

"Heh. The price of being a bad guy, I guess!" Larry chuckled at Oscar, gently tapping Lucian and Oscar's heads.
Larry's four minions then showed up, carrying Ludwig's colossal piano. They were a green Koopa Troopa, a Spike, a rather big Buzzy Beetle, and a Hammer Bro
"H-Hey, boss... Can we put it down for a moment?" The Koopa asked.
"Aaw, really? You guys are lazy!" Larry complained. Asides from the Buzzy Beetle, Larry's minions looked at each other and then shook their heads.
"Okay, FINE. I give you two minutes. You're lucky June and Aaron aren't there yet."
"Say, boss... Since they are a couple, does that mean we'll have to kidnap that Zoroark girl one day?" the Spike asked.
"She ain't a princess! And Lord Bowser's already focused on Princess Peach right now!" Larry exclaimed before glancing at Lucian who surprisingly frowned.
"That and these two aren't gonna approve."
"Hey, wait a minute! I've seen those Pokémons before!" The Hammer Bro exclaimed.
"H-Huh?" Lucian asked, confused.
"Yeah...Oh my gosh, it's you! You were competing with the boss and master Lemmy back at Las Pegasus! I cheered for you and that weird-looking human back then!"
"...Meh..." the Buzzy Beetle muttered.
"Oh right!! You and your two buddies were incredible during that race! Bob told us everything! Please, sign my autograph" the Spike exclaimed.
"E-E-Erm...!" Lucian stammered, tightening his grip on Oscar.
It seemed the Pokémons' victory over the Koopalings earned them a solid reputation.
"I'm a big fan too! Where are your two friends? When's your next race??" the Koopa asked
Lucian only stammered incoherent words at the minions gathered around the duo and looked at Larry for help. The young Koopaling simply shrugged with a teasing grin. Squishy didn't help much either, deducing that neither of them was a threat.
The shy Lycnroc then sheepishly looked at Oscar, hugging him very tightly.

The rest of Bale's party all got calmed down.
Bale: Phew, that was close. Now let's just make sure none of us do this kind of thing again with an empty stomach.
Amethyst: That won't ever be a problem with me.
But soon more jellyfish appeared, threatening a disaster if they inavertedly hit any single mine.
Bale: Welp, we better get going or we might just be history here.
Lucina: Let's hurry up then!
Soldier: Worry not, I won't be overcome by the desire to eat.
The group decided to speed along.

(Cleo takes the potion.) I am not sure if I should take this...I do not wish to accidentally come into contact with one of the mines nor the jellyfish, but...
Relax, Cleo, we're gonna be right here with you. We won't let anything happen to you. (Ira says. He makes himself shrink a little by himself just to be sure he does)
(Cleo shakily drinks the potion as quickly as she can, and promptly shrinks down to about Sidon's size.)
Very well, I am smaller. Wanda, are you alright? (Cleo asks.)
Yeah, you want me to hold on to you or something? (She asks.)
If you do not mind... (Cleo says.) At least we know the jellyfish should not actively seek us out.
(Wanda does so, with Sidon quickly rejoining them.)
You keep it t'gether yourself, too, yeah? (June tells Aaron, playfully booping his nose. She turns to the Cleo and the others.) Keep following me, guys!

(Oscar is a little thrown for a loop by the mooks accompanying Larry clamoring toward them like they're a pair of celebrities. He pulls Lucian close to him.)
W-We don't have any other races planned soon, sorry. I-I'm flattered that you all feel this way about us, but...could you give us some space, please? (He asks.)

Gosh, I appreciate you letting Lexi and Vonda out early. (Mavis says.) If they'll have him, then I hope the party helps Lexi calm down, too. I think he deserves it after he literally went to pieces. Shame I didn't know about this sooner or else I could have catered some food for it.
(Mavis goes back to Lex and Vonda's cells.) Hey, they decided to let you guys out early!

While the Absol gets shot by its transforming robot, Ms. Frizzle continues selling her cursed artifacts. She invites Bingus, Mu's (or Um's as David called them), and Juan a trial seance, and they move the pointer of the Ouija board around it to contact the ghosts of the fallen tributes.
The next day, the Friz suddenly gets attacked in the head by 1985 Chicago Bears. Yu, Naoto, and Neco-Arc ask her if she's alright and where she's being attacked, but she calmly says that they're "attacking" her mentally.
"I'm already quite... eccentric, so they're just giving me new field trip ideas!"
She still sits down to meditate later that night, and she was about to return to her camp when Milt runs to her and begs her to get several other tributes to kill her. The Friz wonders if Milt regrets calling her a nerd, but sets that aside and hugs her.
"Why should I end your life right now? Even if I dabbled a bit in villainy, it would be a waste for you not to see the amazing science this world has to offer! As I'd always say, take chances! Make mistakes! Get messy!"
Milt hugs her back and thanks her before they part ways, but the next day, Ms. Frizzle doesn't notice her turn into a zombie and get killed by Dave. The teacher just finds some Magitek Armor, which reminds her of the Bus, but as she pilots it, her time at the Villain School gets to her head. She burns Sony with the Armo, and then cracks a pun like Carlos before injecting freezing chemicals into the evil, maniacal Ross the next day. After which, she finds some rope, believing that they can shatter tributes' kneecaps, and then forces Ame to eat a sandwich full of knives. Ms. Frizzle does a double take when Ame somehow survives.
"Are you some sort of knife swallower? 'Cause that's still impressive!"

Power smiles at Ally reassuredly.
"Freddy's right, you're doing well in managing this vacation despite that! We're still having fun!"
"And I know you can do it!"" says Moon, her smile a bit forced. Deep down, she knows that Ally will overcome this faster than her with her acrophobia.
"It's still unusual for someone like you to swim even with this temporary upgrade," says Star, "But you have my backing."
She'd also add that she'd never get over her squeamishness, unlike her sisters, but decides against it.
Ally nods at them just when Tay arrives with the spray.
I appreciate your words of encouragement, and Ichigo Montoya, I will also request 6001 to have aquadynamic backup bodies constructed since none of my previous backups that were destroyed had that function.
She then tells Tay, All systems operational for the procedure. Please ensure that my entire surface area is coated 100%, including the joints.
Meanwhile, Power sneaks a peak at the season, and her eyes shrink at Ms. Frizzle's performance.
"She unwittingly foiled Ame's assassination plot, didn't she?"
Mine Maze
Ariel was also about to toss the remaining potions to the sharks, but they decline since they know how to weave through the tightest section of the maze despite their size. As they and the others make their way through, Bruce spots the silhouette of the ship not far from the exit.
"We're almost there!" he shouts.
"But what about the jellyfish?" asks Anchor.
"Not all of us are immune to their poison like the clownfish!" adds Chum.
"Not to worry, everyone!" says Dory. "We'll just keep swimming! And this is my favorite part!"
She swims past the others and bounces on the top of the bigger jellyfish. "WOOHOO!" she shouts as she propels herself high above the mines and onto another jellyfish.
Nemo follows her and laughs as he trampolines from one jellyfish to another.
"C'mon Dad, you told me how you escaped that huge smack!"
"I know," says Marlin, "but we still have to be careful not to jump into a mine or another jellyfish's tentacles. Still, here goes nothing!"
He encourages those smaller than Melody to follow him, Nemo, and Dory in bouncing on the jellyfish.
Meanwhile, at the shipwreck, which Wild Sea would recognize as the same one she explored earlier, a giant sea creature makes a low growl as it lurks in the shadows...
"Anemone dear, I know you want to be more independent from me, but... please take care, okay?"

"GEHEHE!! Now that's the spirit!" Freddy said to Ally. He then watched in awe and confusion as Scooby and Shaggy somehow turned all the leftovers into sandwiches.
"...Geh... Cooking must be something in their world." the ghost muttered.
Aaron stopped swimming when June booped his nose. Surprised, the Politoed blushed before smiling.
"Oh my gosh, June... Never change." he chuckled, bopping her nose too before cuddling with her for a short moment.
Even in such a dangerous situation, June was always able to find a way to cheer her boyfriend up.
"Can you guys stop being sweethearts and GET MOVING?? We could actually die there!!" Edgar exclaimed at them, annoyed.
"Sorry..." Aaron muttered before turning to Cleo too.
"Yeah! You're doing great Cleo! We'll be soon out of here! You've got Wanda with you." he reassured the dragon.
And indeed, Bruce managed to spot the infamous shipwreck.
"YES!! YESYESYES!!!" Edgar exclaimed, only for more jellyfish to block the path.
"NOOOOO!!! DAMNIT!!" the Ducklett swore.
He, Clyde, and Aaron were quite shocked to see Dory... using the jellyfish's head as a sort of trampoline.
"That's... actually clever from Dory. We'll reach the treasure before those jellyfish become a problem." the Dragalge muttered.
"...I'll pass, thank you. The current made me sick." Edgar hastily declined before swimming like normal, carefully with Clyde.
Aaron looked playfully at June, amused by the sight. Too bad they were too big for that. And he figured out he had to stay with Cleo. He still touched the jellyfish's heads and giggled by how bouncy they actually were
"I see the exit too! Let's go, everyone! We'll soon be safe!" he called out.
Meanwhile, Wild Sea reached the shipwreck before everyone else, still walking on the obscure seabed. She encountered some creatures like anglerfishes on the way... Nothing too difficult to defeat.
Humans are found of sinking their ships are they? she sarcastically thought upon seeing it. But then she heard a quiet, yet long growl.
Smirking, Wild Sea dropped her Thermal Visor in favor of an X-Ray one. She grinned further at what she managed to spot inside.
Something as big as the biggest Omnithon in Burenia. Something powerful.
"Ah... Bunta." she muttered in awe in her native language. She finally found it.
And as eager as she was to confront the beast, she had something else in mind.
Knowing that the creature was likely easy to irritate, it was no wonder that it was going to lunge at the nominators the moment they would get too close, no matter what. But the warrior was too impatient. She wanted to show the nominators that those waters were no different from hers.
Or Cleo's.
Wild Sea kneeled, brandished her bow, and masterfully fired an Ice Arrow at the nearest mine despite it being some distance below it. Instead of exploding, the device got completely frozen. Wild Sea then immediately used a normal arrow of energy to loudly yet safely shatter it just as the nominators would reach the exit.
Loud enough for the creature to hear.
Now... Let's see if our dear friends truly are worthy to be adversaries of the Mawkin tribe. she thought, excited at the upcoming "test".

Tokage followed Mavis and noticed how reluctant Lex was to get out of here.
"Mavis is right, Lex. I think you paid enough for your mistake. And it's not like nobody likes you. Vonda and Mavis are still here for you."
The Grovyle then frowned a bit.
"Besides... My team will keep a close eye on you until you're clear if that's what troubling you."
Tokage smirked and offered his hand to Lex through the bar.
"And well... We kind of need you. We're preparing a special dinner for Aaron and June. Surely you wouldn't mind helping us with Mavis and Vonda?"
Whispering Pines
The minions listened to Oscar and backed down, albeit they all looked disappointed. Lucian looked gratefully at Oscar before taking some deep breaths.
"Y-Yeah... T-Thanks for the kind words b-but... But I don't think we're going to do another race, that was... w-way too intense for us both. Maybe we'll try again one day... But not as drivers, and as long as it isn't dangerous or with high stakes." Lucian managed to spit out.
And especially not right now. The Lycanroc was too tired.
"Rooooh...!" All minions (asides from the Buzzy Beetle) groaned.
"We got it, don't worry." Larry reassured the duo. Lucian sighed in relief and leaned against Oscar.
"Alright! Time's up! Get going guys!" the Koopaling exclaimed. The minions lifted the piano and resumed their walks towards Whispering Pines, but not before waving at Lucian and Oscar.
"Are you guys coming?" Larry asked.
"N-No... No, I think we'll stay here to relax and wait for June and Aaron... Could you tell the others that we're fine?" Lucian said with a small sigh, knowing he and Oscar could stay alone with Squishy in the meantime.
"Can't blame ya. It's awfully quiet around here." Larry grumbled before rubbing his mohawk.
"Whatever! Take care! And don't worry about your two buddies, I'm sure they're kicking asses!" he exclaimed before hastily following his minions. Lucian waved at the young Koopaling before resting his head on Oscar's shoulder.
"Phew... I hope Larry's right..." he said.

(Cleo is still extremely on edge as she continues to swim alongside Wanda and Sidon, despite the sharks making it clear they won't deliberately hurt them.) I do hope they aren't leading us into a trap.
Hey, they seem like pretty upstanding guys, Cleo. I think we should be good as long as we're careful. (Wanda says.)
I hope you are right... (Cleo says, anxiously.)
Can ya believe it, Aaron? We're almost to th' treasure! (June excitedly tells Aaron.)
Dark Stanford's Lair
(The other alternate Stanfords all visibly freeze for a moment and look in Short Stuff's direction, not daring to move until they see that Skarbick is alright and regenerating.)
Funny story, that first potion was supposed to be a potion that would increase the strength of my friends and I tenfold. (Short Stuff says.) But when I had Hickory test it out...poor ol' Hickory...the rest of my crew declared me insane and ran out on me after that, no matter what I told 'em. Losin' all of 'em damn near killed me.
Then after spending days on end just sittin' there angry with myself, I thought: "Sherman, what if you could explode at will...and survive? You don't need that crew anymore!". So I kept that serum and created another one to go with it that enabled me to regenerate from even the tiniest little molecule. (The wolf continues.) Eventually, I perfected the strength serum anyway, but...combustin', regeneration, super strength...it's a HELL of a combo, ain't it?
