For every low there is a high.

1.1 = 1.5 > 1.3 > 1.4 > 1.2 so far.

I like 1.1, but wish it were a cleaner shot.

I lean towards 1.1 as well; is there a closer crop?

It's a meme from quite a while back. Above is the original clip. YouTube is probably suggesting a bunch of edits for you.

My vote is for the image of Angelica from the Rugrats episode, "Angelica Breaks A Leg". If that one doesn't work out (since Angelica's leg was never actually broken in the episode), then the image could be of Charlotte from the same episode (since her leg actually was broken).

Rainbow Dash, apart from being cuter than Angelica, is also much more visibly injured in just a few of the screenshots a quick Bing search reveals.
