Granted, you make a full recovery somehow and now you'll never break your bones ever again due to them growing back stronger.

Granted, but you gain awesome powers abd eventually you and your fusee learn to work together and become an unstoppable team.

Granted. Turns out the well leads to a small underground a bunch of highly advanced medical technology that you can use to fix your leg. And, really, any other health problems you have.

Granted. The developers take the harsh criticism seriously and Ace Combat 9 end up being near universally agreed upon as the best game in the entire franchise

Granted! Said window is only 3 feet (0.9m) off the ground, and there's nothing sharp nor pointy to break your fall either.
