Doge has been kind of a timeless meme, so that would be a good way to avoid having the movie become an Unintentional Period Piece. However, I think Doge's personality should be based more on the newer ironic Doge memes than the original "such wow" memes.

This forced meme becomes an ugly, zombie-like abomination. Bonus points if it's a variation on a very outdated meme, like Advice Animals.
A major theme of the movie is how memes should start naturally rather than being forced by one person.
Also, one of the heroes gives this CEO a Shut Up, Hannibal! line: "Ok boomer."
