Nope. The closest we have to that is an event in which a tribute builds a church and forces the other tributes to worship them.

(Player 1) kills (Player 2) with a pebble.
(Player 1) turns (Player 2) into a skeleton warrior.
(Player 1) becomes a lich.
(Player 1) casts Magic Missile towards (Player 2).
(Player 1) kills (Player 2) with Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken.
(Player 1) founds out they are already dead, and their head asplode.
(Player 1) gets VAC Banned for pirating H-Games.
(Player 1) fails at rolling saving throws and dies for mysterious reasons.
(Player 1) gets lynched by a flock of chickens for attacking one of their folks.
(Player 1) throws a chicken at (Player 2), attracting a flock of chickens to attack them.
