Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

I would absolutely love to have mandatory hat reasons and bomb reasons for that matter.
I also think it might be ok to have hats (= 'this is a solid trope idea, please continue with the efforts') and something else, I don't know, crowns for 'this draft is ready to be launched'.
People don't use hats as they should be using them.
I love Xfilo's idea! Too bad the TLP Reform thread was closed before Xfilo had a chance to say it there.
Also, if Magical Eye Streamers doesn't get unlaunched so Marq and I can fix the title like we want, I'm going to Trope Repair Shop.
If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight.

Mixtape of Love was rogue launched by someone who did not participate in the discussion and I think OP was still active and maintaining the draft. Nobody indicated it's about to be launched. Not all examples from the comments were added. That said, the trope proved quite popular and it has lots of edits (and not all are from the rogue-launcher of a troper).

Rogue launcher seems to be new; edits are about this draft.
- If this was a Pichu-kun draft, (from what I head from him, he makes his drafts tropeworthy and viable for launching, and he doesn't mind when someone else launches an inactive draft), it can be left as it is, but still I'm for unlaunching it.
ETA: Definitely unlaunch it. Rogue launcher edited it a few days after the OP last edited it; I went on transferring the edits to the draft.
- "Stop the Hero" Twist also needs mention. It was launched while it was in the middle of discussion.

Narita 90 also launched Adaptational Late Appearance. Seems to have participated on it yet launched it regardless without consent. But I think we should leave it as it is. That, or someone else should transfer the edits before unlaunching it.
I believe Fiery Lion was launched early. The trope was still being discussed as to what should happen with it since the OP wasn't responding.

There are doubts that the OP might not come back on this draft even though they're active on the rest of the site. And there's suspicion that sockpuppets have been used to hat this (hopefully they're not from the OP).
Correction from the holler: the launcher participated from the discussion; he even fixed the description.
My impulse got the best of me. My bad.
Also, heads up on Fiery Stoic. It currently has 21 hats, anyone will launch this without fanfare.

I need feedback on what to do with Long Last Look and this draft Final Glance Around.
They are the same thing. The trope Long Last Look was discussed in YKTTW, but launched independently. So the draft remained active and the launched trope doesn't have an archived TLP on the discussion page. Which is obviously a useful thing to have in case the trope suffers from Trope Decay and we need to go back and see how it emerged etc.
I checked the history page and the page was actually created by the original trope sponsor, but for some reason, they chose a different name than the current working name.
The proposal was dug up in our TLP discard/salvage project. The description and the extra examples were moved to the actual article.
Options:
- We can launch this as a redirect to Long Last Look. The number of hats is sufficient.
- We can bomb this draft now and discard it when the number of bombs is higher.
- Is there another way to archive the discussion in TLP and attach it to the discussion page Long Last Look?
